I fell in love with these apartment complex thanks to the young leasing agent Gisella. She made everything run smooth and made me feel less nervous about the whole process. She shows that she has compassion and cares about the residents she will be the one i got to for any doubts or questions. 100/10 These leasing agents are phenomenal!!

After many places of dismissing attitude and frustration from lack of thorough help in complexes in the area, I must say I found the service at The View to be at peak. My only complain is that there aren’t more young ladies as kind as the staff here. I was attended by a kind young lady by the name of Gisela and wow! Such a sweet and patient agent. Thank you for all your help and outstanding support through my journey. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Gisella, you won’t be disappointed!

My leasing experience here has been immensely positive thanks to management! Laura (the property manager) is phenomenal and an absolute angel! She’s kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful while also upholding the duties of her job. She actually cares about the residents and will do anything in her power to ensure a great living experience. Gabby (the assistant manager) is just as amazing! She’s so sweet, super helpful, and committed to helping. In reality, constant perfection does not exist when it comes to apartment living, BUT having management that actually cares and enforces the community rules is top tier! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I rate this a 100% because this apartment is sorta improving but, from my experience, there were weirdos trying to steal cars around the area , this lady reported it, because she told my parents about the situation when we came outside to leave , she said it was minutes ago when they left and we came out, we believed her because I always see her from the window looking outside, to anyone who had this experience please dont hesitate to call the cops , even if theyre not around, they can still be out in other places

I am so happy with the fast respond to every request I’ve had in the past. Laura have been so helpful and I appreciate all the work they do as a team at the office as well maintenance of the apartments. i highly recomend to come and check these apartments because is a quite and safe neighboorhood. they responde fast to your inquiries. I’ve lived here for 2 years and no complaints at all just 2 due to the weather but like i said they had responded right away. 😊🙏.Thank you so much.

I moved in a couple of months ago when new management started and I know there has been issues but I can say the new office people are doing way better than the previous management company. The office staff is very helpful and nice. I hope they stay here longer than the last people, I can honestly see the great changes that we’ve had the last couple of months. If you move here you will not regret it.

Karina and the manager on site are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, listen and provide a solution in a timely manner. These ladies are always smiling and know there residents. I appreciate them being able to adapt to all the different energies that walk in. These my girls hands down. My sister and I are enjoying our new home and appreciate the help anytime we walk in the office.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Karina Torres, who works on the management staff here. She immediately greeted me when I first walked in, answered every question I had, and happily gave me a tour of a unit. She is extremely professional and responded to every email very quickly and politely. Its evident she has an amazing work ethic and really cares about people. The day my application was set to be approved for my second-choice-unit, she called to let me know the (less expensive) unit I originally wanted became available -- evidence of her desire to truly take care of her tenants and find them a home that works for them. Because of her, my two young children and I were able to have a home before Thanksgiving, and for that, Im so grateful. I will happily refer others to this apartment complex and specifically, to ask to speak with Karina. She made an otherwise very stressful time in my life extremely smooth and blessed. Thank you, Karina, and thank you to upper-level management for hiring such great staff here!

I am so pleased with the service i received here! I moved to Dallas and needed a place to live immediately. Karina showed me available units right away and processed my application quickly to get me in as soon as possible. I needed my belongings stored for a week before i moved into my unit, and Annette went way above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and secure. She even got in the Uhaul and helped us park it!!! My entire experience with this complex has been nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend !

I have lived at the View for eight years and have seen many managers and staff. However, this staff of Alice, Cassandra and Aaliyah are by far the most courteous and professional thatI have encountered. Also, the maintenance staff are friendly and easy to approach and talk to. after transferring to a new apartment,(fortunatelyI was able to move next door), they came and made repairs within two days. I recommend that people check them out.

I would like to say that after dealing with different properties to lease from Alice is the most straight forward person that I have encountered since moving to Texas two years ago... I followed her from her other previous property because its hard to find a decent place to rent without all the BS ....She works with you if you work with her but if you are trying to get over she isnt the one to mess with. With that being said, if you are having difficulties just reach out and she will assist the best that she can. Yet, If you pay your bills when due you have no problems with her or any of her staff and maintenance. Treat people how you want to be treated..They are willing to work with you just have patience and you will definitely enjoy your stay.

I have lived at The View at Lake Highlands for about a year now and I would HIGHLY recommend it to any and everyone!! Ms. Alice is the apartment manager and is hands down the sweetest, most reasonable, and professional staff member I’ve ever dealt with. The ladies in the office; Alaiyah and Cassandra are always so nice and helpful. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem (regular maintenance things) they’ve had the maintenance to my apt that day or asap. Also, the maintenance staff is great and trustworthy. The apartments are also super nice, reasonably priced, and in a great location. I wish I could write a list of cons but in all honesty; this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in in my 5 years of renting(and 5 different complex’s)!! 5 stars for the 5 star staff!!! Thanks for being so great, ladies!

Alice the leasing manager is absolutely amazing. She was kind, sweet, professional and patient. I feel so much more comfortable living here knowing someone like her is overseeing the property. She understood my concerns and even told me a neat way to make some extra money buy participating in the properites halloween contest (who doesnt like extra money) If you lived here for the past 2 years you know its been a struggle with management but this is definitely a step in the right direction. Its quiet no noise, peaceful. Maintenance is quick and they fix the problem. No insect or roaches in the apartment. Clean and the staff people are kind and caring and friendly they make sure your problems are solved. Great Place to live!

I must say I have lived here the last 7 months and the only issue I really had was getting them to answer the phone in the beginning. Anytime there has been a maintenance issue they have come and fixed it right away . They were on their way out and have come and fix the problem with the lights outside, because I mentioned the issue. The only concern is parking now that the remodel has happened and the parking lot redone. They took away so much parking there is no way to have enough parking spaces for company to park all around the apartments

I would have to say I Only been on property for a short time (3 months) I have enjoyed my time here EVERYONE in the office is efficient professional and loving the new property management is doing great things for the residence(s) here! The amount of money you are paying and the amities that are being afford is great I have the upgraded lg one bedroom and I have to say I fell In love with my unit and the lay out. ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN AFFORDABLE APT WIT BEAUTIFUL UP TO DATE FLOOR PLANS PLZ I ENCOURAGE YOU STOP BY CHECK IT OUT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
