    I am so impressed with the team here at the view. Kendra gave my partner and I a tour earlier this month. Kendra was very thorough, polite, and knowledgeable throughout the whole tour. Kendra was very personal and relatable with my partner and I which gave us a great sense of comfort and welcoming feeling. Weve gone to tours where it didnt feel like going home but just another transaction or the staff could care less. Kendra treated us like family and we look forward to seeing her in the office whenever we walk around this beautiful community. Kendra has such a great smile and personality.     Wonderful family friendly complex!The leasing and regional team are amazing! Rachel has been like family and Lindsay Wise has also been such wonderful help!So personable and make it a point to know their residents and make us feel even more at home!Local to everything in cedar park with a great scenic trail and sculpture garden right across the way great for sunset walks!Claudia and Ryker in the front office are always so helpful as well!

    Apartment living is a bit of a change but hands down, this place 100% feels so much safer than others I’ve had to run out of. The air is even easier to breathe here. All of the leasing staff are awesome, accommodating and friendly. Setting up internet and cable was a stitch with Nick, the main corporate rep for AT&T. I was even able to get that done right over text. He was patient with me as I sorted my address change with my bank and was very proficient in his guiding me through the set up. Everyone here has been nothing but friendly and supportive. This place is nothing but a breath of fresh air and a sigh of relief. I am extremely grateful to have found what is now my new home.

    My name is Nico! I’ve lived at this apartment complex for awhile and all I can say is Caitlin from management is a rockstar. She went above and beyond to make me feel like family, not just a renter. I can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and creates a welcoming environment. I highly recommend this apartment complex because of the exceptional service and personal touch Caitlin provides. Shes a true gem! 🌟

    Laura gave us an amazing tour! Her passion for the complex made me want to live there, and her excitement and drive made me feel like the company would be great to work with. I told my husband when leaving, wow she was so great at her job, I felt like I was on an episode of HGTV. It felt like working with a realtor. Claudia has also been so wonderful to work with. She has made the paperwork so stress free and has been on top of every question weve had. In the week Ive worked with Claudia and Laura, Ive been treated more kindly than my current complex of 5 years. Ive never had an easier move in process in my entire life. It makes me so excited to live here, and cannot wait for move in day!!!

    Laura and Claudia have made living here such a dream! I really appreciate how helpful they both are when Ive needed something.     I went with my friend to tour for his new apartment and fell in love! Kendra was so knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. I went there to support my friend and she sold me on moving to cedar park too.

    I had the oppprtunity to tour here a couple days ago. I was looking at a few properties in the local cedar park area. I was not impressed with most properties that I previously toured but that all changed when I toured here with Claudia and her wonderful team. Usually, a tour experience isn’t the ultimate decision on where I choose to live, but because of Claudia I am more than thrilled to start my journey at The view at cedar park! Great service!

    The View at Cedar was on the shortlist in my apartment search. Rachel was working my account and can honestly say she was fantastic to work with. I looked for apartments closer to the city. I found on what appeared to be the perfect apartment near the city and turned it down simply because of how the apartment manager treated me. Not even half or quarter as nice as Rachel. The apartments are nice and well kept but the reason I kept coming back to consider was Rachel’s customer service. Her customer service is outstanding. Apartment staff is crucial to selecting an apartment because guess what you will have to deal with them for the next year or two. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and her team.

    I came in for a tour and Claudia was exceptional. She answered all of our questions attentively and was very knowledgeable about the pricing, policies, and amenities of the complex. She was very nice and provided an all around great experience. The complex is cute with adorable units and amazing staff.

    I have really enjoyed living at The View, it’s a small community and very quiet. Very close to shopping and food. I love that there is a trail close by so do get a little nature as well. Claudia and Laura are extremely cool, the management has alway been great and very responsive. I would absolutely recommend!

    Excellent, clean, affordable apartment living with an outstanding and friendly staff. Rachel in particular is a pleasure to talk with --always cheerful and helpful throughout the day. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional as well! The best part is the location, being near all the great food and entertainment options makes this a hot spot to be!

    What I love the most about living here, is that everyone who lives here is super friendly and nice. Ive made some good friends here. The apartments are up to date, spacious, as well as the appliances. Front office has a friendly staff, their always willing to hear your concerns or any issues you might have. Finding a place that would accept my dog, was difficult, but at The View, they welcomed her with open arms. Thank you.❤

    Lived here for 2 years. Good management, great location [shopping, food, recreational parks, etc.] Nice apartment with nice appliances.Amazing place to live if you dont mind 25-30 minute drive from downtown (no traffic).Loss of 1 star:My apartment was not properly cleaned prior to moving in. There was so much dog hair in the carpet that it should have been replaced. It was shampooed in a timely manner, but no matter how often I vacuumed, I never got all the dog hair out the carpet.Balcony door needs weather strip. Anytime theres a major thunderstorm, water seeps through the door. I woke up to a nice puddle and flooded rug on a few occasions.

    Keep in mind most people only write reviews when they are upset with something their apartment has done. So here is our review after living here for 4 months.Before moving in, we were hesitant due to a few bad reviews. However, none of these have proven to be true. The apartments are nice, the bathrooms even nicer. It feels modern and comfortable. There is a nice dog park within 100 yards of anywhere on the property, and in general there is not a ton of dog poop lying around the community, in fact with the exception of the dog relief area, animal feces is far and few in between. We cant hear our neighbors except on a rare occasion, and there is always parking anytime of the day. The gym is clean, and well maintained and the pool is just as nice. Yes there are bugs outside in the spring and summer, but there are bugs all over Texas and the only problem we have had within our apartment itself, is a small amount of Ants in our baking pantry. However, ants can be expected anywhere in the south, and buying airtight containers alleviates this.That all being said, this is still an apartment. The floors have dings and dents from previous tenants, and the door frames do have some water damage due to storms over the seasons. Neither of these are super noticeable and honestly I see the maintenance guys working very hard day in and day out, so I know its not due to negligence on their part, and you only notice these things if you live here, our guests have never noticed.The management is pleasant and VERY easy to work with. We have worked with both the Manager Mark and everyone under him and havent had a single bad experience yet. Mark is friendly and quick to address concerns. He even came in SUPER early on a WEEKEND to make sure our needs where met. When is the last time you saw that ANYWHERE?Another HUGE selling point for us was the big pond and park across the street. Its so nice to be able to take your dog out whenever you want and be right next door to a park.

    Kylie and Rachel are amazing! I was out of town and received an error message through my phone regarding my locking system. I contacted the office and Kylie was able to help with resetting the bluetooth on the Yale locking system. It was ☝🏾 of those random situation that dosent happen. 🙃It was an easy quick fix and she took care of it with no hesitation or problem. Future Rock Star! Thanks Kylie
