I deleted my bad review, and will replace it with a good one bexcuse I feel they deserve the recognition. Betty in the office handles everything with such diligence, theyd be crazy to let her go. They have fixed so much, added dumpsters, fixed the pool, inspected the apts to make sure everything is working properly (ie water pressure, lights, outlets, etc) and they were genuinely sad to learn I wouldnt be renewing ONLY because I will be attending school in Austin. Its a quiet place, and they are working to fix the trash overflow issues very hard. They fixed all the washing machines and upgraded them and now the whole complex doesnt have to share 3washers and dryers, but instead can share 3 laundromats on site. Theyve been steadily fixing the parking lot and enforcing parking permits so you dont have to be pissed some visitor took the last spot close to your apt. My apt was upgraded and looked beautiful with nice granite counters and new stainless steel appliances and bordering along the bottom of the walls. Pest problems got less and less before I recently moved out to the point I wasnt seeing anything the last couple months. Love that they have a cute little park, and designated doggy potty areas, and they are right by 2 public schools. Great property, great management. Im excited to drive by when I visit my family in town!

I have lived at this property since 2010 and over the years I have seen a lot of changes and management. I live here because it is the perfect location to raise my children. They went to Mc Whirter Elementary and now to Clear Creek.If I have a problem with something not working Chris the new manager will make sure that it is fixed as soon as possible. She treats her tenants with respect and understands our issues are important to us so she makes it important to her as well. We also have a new maintenance man that is knowledgeable in all types of repair so he will come and fix your problem the first time.My kids and I enjoy living here. This is a quiet small community, close to schools, police department, food places, movie theaters, and everything is within walking distance.

Maria showed us great hospitality with a smooth transition into our new upgraded apartment. I highly recommend these apartments. You cant beat the price nor location.

I was unhappy with the old management but since the new owners took over I have been beyond pleased. We feel much more at home and cant wait for the pool renovations underway to be completed.
