Today me and my husband visited this community for the first time, and we decided to stay and submit an application because of Nicoles exceptional assistance. She took the time to explain everything in detail and found exactly the options that matched what we were looking for. We wanted an apartment with lots of natural light and a great view, and she made it happen for us. Plus, the apartment was brand new, with no previous occupants, which was an added delight.Nicole also gave us a full tour of the amenities, explained the hours of operation, and walked us through services like package delivery. She was incredibly polite and patient, answering every question we had — and we had a lot! She made us feel completely comfortable and never rushed us.Nicole was also very helpful with the paperwork, providing a checklist and ensuring everything was in order, guiding us through the application process. She is truly one of the best leasing managers we’ve met, and weve visited over 12 communities.It’s so reassuring to work with someone who is both skilled at their job and genuinely helpful because if we’re approved, she’ll be the person we rely on for any questions. Were very grateful to Nicole for her help and wish her the best in her career. Her goal was to make our experience smooth and comfortable, and she succeeded beyond expectations. She’s not only an excellent professional but also a kind and dedicated person.

We had a hiccup when we originally attempted to visit the property. Nevertheless, Nicole came in and saved the day! She called and promised us she would personally give us a tour and when we walked in, we were in love! The place is so beautiful inside and full of space. It is a new build and you can tell they paid attention to details. Nicole answered all of our questions and concerns. She was there every step of our approval process. It was a long time coming finding a place my roommate and I felt was a good fit, but each time we have come in the door it feels like “Welcome Home!”

The process was pretty smooth with the application & getting approved . Ashley was a great leasing consultant. I would highly recommend the apartment complex however I did not give them 5 stars because apart of the move in was 4 weeks rent free & $1,000 giftcard choice . After it was all said & done then they tell you 30-45 business days for the giftcard. For future renters it’s a waiting time for the promotional giftcard .

When I came to take a tour of these apartmentsThe Verge at SummerPark, I was absolutely blown away on how gorgeous and beautiful the complex was, and Nicole my leasing agent was absolutely amazing. When she walked me into the different models I was sold. Nicole was very positive and made me feel like I was already home. She was very professional. She assisted me with the whole process of the application and etc. The head property maintenance guy Brunno is amazing as well. Hes very knowledgeable and quick at what he do. So coodos to him and his staff as well. Thank you all for being such an amazing staff and team.

This place is a very pretty and quiet community so far! Apts are very modern in design, etc. Ashley, our leasing agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in making our move-in as smooth as possible❣️ My husband and I had some what of a big request that Im sure wasnt easy for management, but Chloe made it happen for us and we are forever GRATEFUL for her hard work and advocating for us. The ladies here at The Verge really do value your stay and want you to be comfortable and happy! I highly recommend 👌

Hello,I currently live here, moved in Nov. 2023. I have to say these apartments are very brand new. Beautiful pool area, gym, Internet sitting area very quiet, and the layout was constructed very well. Parking is very spacious, if you need a garage theres plenty of them. Very peaceful, nice neighbors and the office staff are wonderful. They attend to you quickly, Ariel one of the maint -personnel is a very handy & knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend if youre looking for a new fresh start in a great area, The Verge at Summer Park is where you belong. Ive experienced the winter here warm & cozy, now I am ready for the summer so I can enjoy the pool area.

I have visited several apartments and The Verge made my top 3. I chose The Verge because I was looking for a brand new apartment and one that made me feel right at home. I liked the apartment set up, the pool and gym. The office staff Ashley, Chloe and Nicole are very sweet and caring. During my application process there was a little hiccup, but Ashley guided me and never once got mad at me when I was a bit frustrated. They even let me see the apartment more than once in this hot heat. I made the right choice!!

Great ***BRAND NEW*** community to live in.We moved in about a week ago. The office and maintenance staff have been very courteous and accommodating.They offer great events in the clubhouse for guests to mingle and get to know their new neighbors. (i.e gift wrapping stations, Holiday Pajama Party, etc.) can’t wait to see what else they come up with!The community and units have a very modern, contemporary and open concept feel. Also have an abundance of community amenities. I personally can’t wait to enjoy the pool and outdoor social areas when the weather permits!

This is an updated review with pros and cons now that I have experienced tropical storm / hurricane Beryl as a Verge at Summer Park resident. Overall, a great place if you are use to or can tolerate noise from the surrounding area and the residents.Pros-Building structure is sound and the area seems to be storm proof (good selling point).-We barely lost power. It was restored in less that 4 hours. Testament to the areas public services.-Dedicated staff. They are very responsive and proactive with the residents. All of my work orders have been addressed right away. Management emails are informative and helpful.-Staff is great at keeping the community nice and clean.-Nicely planned events for the residents. The holiday party was adorable.Cons-I have to significantly lower my standards to tolerate the annoying emergency response Sirens in the area. Theres no limit as to when the sirens go off - it is an all hours of the day type of problem. This is the main factor to me that reduces the quality of the Summer Park area.-Not the best windows. They leak and do not block out any noise.-Several inconsiderate neighbors in the apartment community.

The Verge at Summer park on Park place blvd, 77469 (not registered at Google maps yet) is the most awesome place. I went to tour this brand new(still under construction) property 2 weeks ago. Chloe greeted me with a smiling face and kind words. She was very helpful touring me around in the 120 degree temperature. I had already seen multiple complexes that day and had narrowed my search to 2 places (The Verge, being one of the two). Chloe Never complained once. (I did though, about the heat). Later, the next day or so ,when I returned to the property, She took the time to sit with me and go through the application process. There was a a great special in August: one month free rent, and a 500 dollar gift card if you move in by August 31st. That happens to be my timeline. It fit perfectly.. This is not why I decided to move here, though. Yes, the special is a nice perk and all however, I decided to move here because 1) it is brand new,2) comparably priced,3) kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff, 4) the grounds are spectacular.The views of the pool and lake were very aesthetically pleasing, too . Further, the big yards on the first floor apartments were so adorable. Though there are only a few living here, I expect The Verge at Summer Park place will be filled within a couple months. Fast forward to paying my deposit. I had some technically challenging issues, well without any eye-rolling or complaints, Ashley volunteered to have me face time her, so she could go step-by step in order so I could pay my deposit correctly without issue. She was so nice. I would have hung up on me, if I were her. (LOL). I have spoken to Nicole, Ashley, and Chloe in this last 2 weeks over 20 times, easy. I can say every one of the times I called Chloe, Ashley, or Nicole have helped me beyond what is acceptable, meaning, I can have a lot of questions!! (LOL). They all were super friendly, happy to help, and always had a nice word to say.I highly recommend The Verge at Summer park (Park Place Blvd. 77469). I am looking forward to living here for a long time.A personal thank you to Chloe, Ashley and Nicole for making this transition into a new home , easy, stress free, and pleasurable.
