I have been living here for a year. I recently renewed my lease for another year. I love these apartments. My family and I have not had any issues. The visitor parking is limited, but that is something they can not fix. I loved the previous manager Justin. He was the best! I love how these apartments are quiet. I would recommend to anyone!!!

I have live at the Trellis for three years in one of the 2/2.5 units and have had good service for most of that period. The current manager Tony and his maintenance staff have afforded me customer service and repair beyond any i have had in the past. All maintenance and clerical problems have been resolved within 72 hours and the only delay has been due to back order or transportation time need to get material or contact appropriate persons. A high five and five star salute to Tony.

Tony Davis is the best thing to happen to The Trellis Apartments since theyve gone under several managers. If theres a problem, you just email him and he replies quickly and gets the job done. Trellis is improving each year and Ive been here for 4 years. Thank you for making Trellis such an amazing place to stay and an enjoyable living experience!

I lived here the first year I was in Dallas. The apartments are beautifully renovated, and the neighborhood is close enough that anywhere in the DFW Metroplex is easily accessible. The management was always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was great. I only moved out because it was too far away from my job; otherwise I would still be there!

I have lived at the trellis going on 4 years i love the small community, it always quiet, and ive never had an issue living there. Tony and his maintenance staff are always great they get things taken care off in a timely manner!

Generally pretty peaceful apartments. Everyone minds their business. Theres usually always enough visitor parking for friends or family. I would recommend living here.

I only been here for 3 months but I really like the manager Tony hes very thoughtful and kind. Hes goes above and beyond to help his tenants. We need more managers like him.

Its a cool place to move in with your family.The manager of this apartment is a serious and dedicated person. I recommend the complex to anyone that loves peaceful place.
