I love the Trails of Sanger. The office staff is amazing and so easy to talk with. I have lived here for 2 years and I have not had any problems. I visit friends in apartments and can believe all the noise you hear from all over and for the most part it’s pretty quiet. I also lived in a house for 18 years that backed up to some apartments and the noise and other stuff was always going on and I was worried moving in to the Trails of Sanger it’s nothing like that. I really enjoy living here and there’s no complaints that I really have :)

The apartment are quick to respond to workorders. I arrived home late from work and found I had no electricity due to my braker outside of my apartment had been tripped. They were right on the seen to turn back on my electricity. Thank you for the quick response.

This is a nice place to live. Maintenance is prompt in resolving tickets. The boiler for water has issues. They try to give as much notice as possible on boiler repairs.

Love this place! Been here 5 years! Staff is amazing! Wish we could get my neighbor to quit slamming her door, but outside that. Great place, responsive and knowledgeable maintenance staff, and great office staff!

These are the best apartments and team you will find. I’ve lived here for almost 3-4 years now, can’t remember lol, and there’s a reason I keep renewing my lease. I love this team and this complex. It’s so quiet and the apartment are in excellent condition. If you need something done maintenance is right there helping. Amanda is the manager and let me just say she will go above and beyond to help you. She has been so understanding and caring with situations I ran into. Lexi is the sweetest, most welcoming person, anytime I call the office she always answers the phone with an excellent attitude. They truly are a wonderful complex. Don’t listen to any of these bad reviews on here… they’re all just negative nancies :)

I absolutely love living here!! Anytime I need something done they are always there!! The management is absolutely five star in my book!! They do excellent work and I hope to be here for a long time!! Thank you for all you do!!❤️❤️ The management is absolutely 5 Star in my book and so is Maintenance. Always friendly and always willing to help when I need it. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.❤️❤️Trails of Sanger Apartments are absolutely the best place to be. I love living here anytime I need something done Terry is always here to fix it or if I need help from management Amanda and Lexi are always there. Best team ever. They are all five star in my book. Hope they are appreciated.❤️❤️I absolutely love being here at The Trails of Sanger Apartments. The management and maintenance staff is so great. They get things done ASAP and are so very polite. I am going on four years and I hope to be here a lot longer. They all work very hard and go out of their way at times to do things that arent even required of them. Great team and best complex.♥️♥️

Wanted to show appreciation to Trail Of Sanger and leave a quick review. The management and team has been phenomenal in taking care of me and my family! I have had quick responses from the management and maintenance team and it’s been a great!! They have been very flexible and patient with my schedule!!

We’ve had a very nice year and a half here at the complex. Amanda in the office clearly has a passion for what she does and works very hard to make the complex a good place to live. She seems very no nonsense, which is great when there are clearly residents that do not respect the world around them. The maintenance staff is also wonderful. Our AC went out and Terry was there in no time to get it all fixed. Poor thing came out after hours and in his good clothes to make sure we were taken care of. So far, this has been the best, and most consistent, place where we have lived. Great communication and pretty quite. A nice place to live.

Best apartments I’ve ever lived in by far! I wouldn’t be moving if I wasn’t getting a house! Management is so sweet and communicative, maintenance always gets to you within a day of submitting a request.

Me and my roommate have lived here for about a year and we have had the best experience! I feel so safe in this community and the staff is amazing! Anytime we put in a maintenance request they are in and out so quickly and do exactly what we expect! Amanda at the front office is extremely helpful and is always there so answer your questions and concerns! This apartment complex is everything you could hope for and more!!!

I had an issue with my mailbox and key..... it was fixed the same day I submitted the request! The management and service/repair team is friendly and fast. Thank y’all so much!!Update: I was having trouble with the locks on my front door. They came the same day and fixed the issue!!! Always quick to respond!Update 9-21-22: had an issue with my garbage disposal… came same day as request was sent in and everything is working awesomely! Y’all are the best! Thank you for the speedy response!

I don’t give an easy 5 stars if I’m honest. It would usually be a 4 at most but I’ve lived here for a year and not once have I had any issues. I was always well informed on changes and updates and was always helped quickly whenever I had a maintenance request. The other tenants and staff were always pleasant and nice as well. Great place to live.

Just moved in. Couple minor things to have fixed. Girls in office were pleasant and understanding. Crew member of maintenance out in about 20 minutes. Everyone friendly and really efficient! Happy I moved here!

I have lived at the Trails of Sanger for over 2 years. The office managers are awesome. They care about the residents and take care of all issues in a timely manor. As being disabled they are always checking on me if they do not see me around. The property is well all the staff. The apts them are awesome . The pool and the club house offer so much. It is quite and just far enough from town, All i can say is keep up the great work Trails of Sanger staff.

We have lived here since July 2020. By far the best apartments I have lived in. The staff is extremely nice and the maintenance man is very quick to get things fixed! They are also in the process of making some upgrades which is amazing! I would recommend the trails of Sanger to anyone!

Kristin, Karen and Bailey are some of the most accommodating people you will meet. They truly do their best to make you feel welcome. Our move in was one of the easiest I have ever experienced. We couldnt be happier with our choice!

I’ve only lived here for a few months but so far I love it! The pool is super nice and the management is great. Any minor problems I have had got fixed immediately. Great community to live in, everyone is so nice!

This apartment complex was what I called home for over a year. It is an extremely family oriented place to live, it is terrible I had to move(due to work). I can’t wait to be back, and become a future resident again! By the way, the staff here are extremely awesome!

I have been living here for a year now and I really enjoy this place the trails are very nice I would just like to say that I have not lived in an apartment complex and probably about 40 years this is the first one and I really enjoy this place its a beautiful property the office people are amazing the maintenance man is one of the sweetest people that Ive ever met they are on top of everything on the property and making sure that you are comfortable they will help you anyway that I possibly can it has been a great experience for me and I have signed a new lease I would recommend this place to anybody I really have enjoyed my experience of living in this complex

Very nice cozy apartment complex. Very close to Lake Ray Roberts. Sanger is a small town Google user. If you need more to eat or buy drive south where the concrete jungle awaits your city slicker self
