I want to give a special shout-out to Alex, who went above and beyond to make my familys transition smooth and hassle-free.Alex was always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and ensure that everything was in order for our move-in day. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a significant difference in our experience.The apartments themselves are modern, well-maintained, and provide a comfortable living environment. I have really enjoyed my time living at The Strake. The staff have been exceptionally kind and helpful—special thanks to Alex and Nohemi in the leasing office, and Bryan and the entire maintenance team for always being attentive and efficient. The apartments are well-maintained and perfect for those transitioning from college or for families. The complex offers fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, outdoor spaces, a well-equipped gym, and office spaces that are especially popular with medical school students for studying. I highly recommend The Strake for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-rounded community!

Great area to live at, nice apartments, total package amenities, but the most important is their amazing customer services. I have deal with both of the ladies that work on the leasing office, and both do a great job, but Nohemi?, she goes above and beyond to help you in whatever is needed and she is always happy to help! WOW! My wife and I toured the community last week and were in awe of how beautiful the community is. We are moving from out of state and Cayla made us feel very comfortable and made sure to pick the perfect apartment for our family. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to go above and beyond gave us a lot of peace of mind when choosing our next place that we call home. I have already recommended these apartments to family that are also moving to this area this year. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a new place to call home, to connect with Cayla. I am so happy to have found Fidelis Grand Central Apartments. I am a home owner for over20 years and I am now downsizing. I have been so nervous about choosing an apartment. The first time I saw the apartments, I really, really liked them. Sarah, who has been assisting me has been absolutely great! No matter how many questions I had or how many times I needed to see a unit, she was so kind and patient. That has meant a lot in this progress. Her professionalism is superb. I can not forget to mention her colleague Kenny who brings such humor and lightheartedness to the office. The layout of the apartment is great and I really love the amenities! I love that it is centrally located. Easy access to I-45. I am looking forward to my new home. Of course there will have to be a part 2 to this review after move in, I am sure it will be favorable.

Lived here for 1 year, had no issues with property management or the staff. One instance I needed my AC to be checked and the maintenance crew came same day. The front desk was always very helpful, their new addition Naomi especially.

First of all I would like to say that Cayla from Fidelis has been absolutely amazing!!! She was so helpful and so professional through out the entire process from showing the apt all the way to move in date !! She is absolutely THE BEST!! This is my first apt! The staff at Fidelis were all helpful and has been amazing which is hard to find anywhere else let alone ALL IN ONE LOCATION!! I love love my apt! The complex is so clean. Feels like home and having family here! If you have not signed a lease anywhere what are you waiting for!! ☺️

I gave a review when I first rented here 7 months ago. The amentities are amazing and the clubhouse is available 24 hours a day which is awesome! There is one negative review on here and unfortunately there was a huge party at the pool, but apparently nobody including myself contacted our courtesy officer or manager that night. Special shout out to Kenny in the office for always having a smile and helpful. Christian has taken care of a few maintenance issues and I love living here!

We decided to call Fidelis Grand Central our home because we felt welcomed from the minute we stepped in the door! Kenny and Sarah are fabulous. They listen to what you want and need and then find you the perfect apartment. We needed to view the apartment several times to figure out furniture and space. They happily accommodated us and let us tour the apartment each time. I highly recommend making Fidelis Grand Central your home. You won’t be disappointed!

I was completely indecisive and kept him after hours touring the facility and asking a million questions and never once did he seem put out. Kenny in particular has made the apartment feel very welcoming and inclusive. Hes always around to answer questions or just to say hi. I know my dog appreciates all the treats too. ☺️

Caden, Kenny and the supervisor team of Jacquelin and Caleb, along with the maintenance are amazing, genuine and give outstanding, consistent customer service. I leased from out of state and the Fidelis management team made everything smooth and easy. Its going on 8 months and the property has constantly added amenities. Free coffee, cable tv, rather, conference room, grills, lounge, pool table, treats, events, lightening fast maintenance, cleaning all day, sparking pool, outstanding gym, super safe, clean, ultra modern, brand new, , gated, awesome renters, ZERO crime, quiet, walking distance from everything you can need. We thank The Fidelis, for hard, seven day a week work to make living here like living in a resort. Absolutely gorgeous apartments! The main thing I love is the consistency. They stand by all they offer and keep adding more. Everyone works hard and the entire staff is genuine. Ten stares

Stumbled across Fidelis at Grand Central after looking for apartments for what seems like forever. It didn’t look like it was quite done being built but called and was able to tour same day! Kenny was absolutely amazing. And, he didn’t have to do much selling as these apartments are gorgeous. We put an application in and Kenny had us approved almost next day! We’re very very excited for our new home and thank you to Kenny for making the process a breeze!

The area is close to everything. Would like to say thank you to Kenny for always being so welcoming and nice. Thank you for being so patient all through out the process until my moving in day. He provided me a unit with a great view. We didn’t really had questions during the tour because the property is just the same exactly what the pictures we saw on the internet despite construction on some parts are still ongoing. Highly recommended.

I was interested in this location because it was very convenient to the freeway and everything you would need, stores, grocery store, restaurants, everything is nearby . SARAH and Kenny in the front office were completely amazing from the moment I walked in . They always welcome you with smiles and treat you like you’ve been living here forever . I have been a resident of this apartment for almost 7 months now and I would say that I dont like it because I LOVE IT. The location is very accessible to my work and just walking distance away to the marketplace and restaurants close by. The apartment is clean and the amenities are great but most of all everyone in the office are kind, warm and accomodating. I want to give a special shoutout to Kenny who assisted me in choosing my apartment and most of all for all his patience and kindness for putting up with my temper during the waiting period of moving to my apartment.

Fidelis 1st Tourer(is this even a word?)HahaI’m finally settled enough to write a thorough review. It is well deserved.🤗I visited these apartments when they were all bare; May I believe. When Jaclyn’s office was her vehicle.I was overwhelmed with apt searching; moving from 5 years in a 1 br to a 2br.A new construction apt was my initial search, as I was the first person to live in my unit at my 1br.Price, efficiency and convenience were my top priority. I was dead set on 1st floor after living on 3rd floor without elevators haha those cases of waters got to me! I should’ve put in my application that same day. By the time I reached out again, all the 1st floors were leased! Bummer!And Jaclyn then told me I was her very first tour! Go figure! Haha that should’ve been my sign to jump on it!Nonetheless, I still wanted to move here as it met my top 3 things. And from my first visit to my 3rd (yes I kept coming back haha), Jaclyn was very informative and gave me all the info I needed.She did something no other person did whenever I leased an apt or even visited.She knew who the tenants were and was very attentive. She told me, I’d love and get along with my neighbors in xyz units.She knew the reason why getting this 2br was important to me, and why getting along with neighbors were also a plus for me. I want to know my neighbors. She listened and remembered from our interaction from my very first visit!She even remembered my birthday was the following week after I moved in!That says a lot and means a lot!Jaclyn deserves a pampering session. Especially after going beyond customer service and the challenges faced with the summer heat.I’m so glad she was the face I met when I came by from day one. Cayla was super friendly and helped me pick out my apartment. Location is great very close to so many stores and restaurants. Conroe ISD is great. That was very important to me as my boys have attend other Conroe ISD schools.
