    I have lived at The Standard for about two years and would have loved to renew my lease for a 3rd year, but due to job relocation I was not able to. Maintenance has always been very fast and efficiciante. Very quiet community if a disturbance was to ever pop up property management would always take care of it and many law enforcements constantly patrolling the property. I have always felt safe to live here and could walk my dogs after dark with no concern. Parking lot was never dark always light up. As for the units they we beautiful and very good taken care of, I remember my washer broke one morning in my first year and by that afternoon it was fixed. Management has always been so helpful and so communicative with us through email and taking our phone calls. If you are looking to move to Baytown this is the place! Thank you to the management team for my great experience at The Standard.

    We just moved in to these apartments and so far the community is nice the area is wonderful so convenient close to all main stores and to the i10. The office staff is very welcoming, Zisly has been amazing she is friendly easy to talk to kind and very patient since day one, she’s bilingual which is a huge plus! upon move in the apartment had some minor damages but that was taken care of right away maintenance I believe his name is Joey very professional & kind so far it’s been a great experience for me and my little family.

    Ive been staying here for maybe 2 in a half years, and I have little to less complaints. The only complaints I can mention is the parking by building 4 and building 5 can really suck when getting home late, spiders has been an issue inside the apartment and outside as well, and dog poop was an issue but has improved thank God. Other than that, Im satisfied with my stay here. Staff are respectful, maintenance are friendly and very helpful, neighbors I stay around are quiet (besides the dogs barking lol). The community is very quiet and clean. My fiancé and I are pleased staying here.

    Ravella at Eastpoint is probably the best apartment complex you can find within the Baytown area. I lived at this location since 1/2018 for about 2 years until I had to relocate for work. During my first year, the complex was managed by Gray Star. Both of the property managers back then (Kim and Jessica) were wonderful management personnel! Although I had some issues with having seasonal centipedes in my unit, the management scheduled quick and regular pest control and the issue was gone in a few weeks. After about a year, the management changed to the Morgan Group. A few of the management staffs changed but Kim ended up staying. In my opinion, both Kim, the new property manager Stephanie, and their wonderful staffs were an extraordinarily great and fluid team. After dealing with many different apartment managements in the Houston and Katy area, I have never seen an apartment complex with such great personnel and management. These folks truly care about their tenants. Their entire staffs team were super professional, considerate, caring, friendly, responsive, and on top of all the issues arising around the complex. I absolutely recommend living at the Ravella at Eastpoint under the current management team.

    Best apartment complex in Baytown!!My husband and I have been living here for two years and we absolutely love it! The entire staff is amazing and genuinely care about their residents. The property is beautiful and the maintenance team does an awesome job with the property and getting request done quickly. I highly recommend anyone looking for a apartment to rent to come here!

    Just moved out after my term..... going to miss it. Great community and im going to miss sitting out by the pool and reading. Nice location and great memories. If you are moving to the area I recommend Ravella. They are pet friendly and have some nice landscaping. They respect your privacy and help out where they can if you need it. They also have days where they treat the residents. They have a great game room and by far the best gym i have seen at an apartment.

    Im not sure what the negative reviews are about...This complex has exceeded my expectations and the staff are extremely helpful. They have made adjustments that have helped parking and I never have any issues. The maintenance staff is extremely quick to help with anything requested and the women in the office have done a fantastic job helping with anything I need. All around an amazing place to live!

    Great place in Baytown. 6 months here have had no issue with parking at all!! We had first got a carport because all the reviews but after a month we stop paying for it because we had plenty of free parking right across from our door! Love it. Ladies at the office are great!! Super helpful! Great amenities! Super well kept. I love our home.

    Definitely Baytown Texas Best luxury apartment and Townhomes . Super wonderful New Property Management and team. HonestlyStephanie and Kim should be awarded for their attitudes and professionalism both of these ladies have been super helpful.If you’re searching for an Luxury apartment community this is by far the best in Baytown.2 minutes from I-10 / close to the mall and lots of new restaurants. Walking distance to schools and a daycare facility. Pool is super amazing, especially if you like grilling and laying out in your own cabana. Definitely ignore any bad reviews in the past because there’s a new sheriff and deputy in town and their name is Stephanie and Kim. If you’re looking for luxury, safety, convenience,great amenitiesthis should be your choice in Baytown. I love it here.

    Incredible community. Look and feel of resort style living with all of the amenities. Apartment has a house feel and layout. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Quick access to I-10 and all local eateries!
