I will be living in these apartments going on 3 years now. I have had a great experience! The staff at leasing center has always been attentive and kind and has answered any questions or helped out with any concerns. Always has been easy to get help with maintenance issues and fix and issues in a timely manner. It’s a great competitive price for the location and units are spacious. I feel safe here and haven’t worried about a package getting taken from my door step. Neighbors have been friendly throughout the apartment complex. I love the amenities and benefit of the parking garage access.I’m really grateful I’ve found this place when searching 3 years ago! I’ve since recommended these apartments to many people I’ve known.

It is a very nice place to live and I am truly sorry that I have to move. Very calm and secure. The Wholefoods across the street and the Dart train station allows someone to have a car free life. Also, shuttles for UTD have stops near the apartment complex. The park across the street is also very nice to exercise. CityLine has several activities (outdoors market, concerts,...) that bring out the neighborhood together. Maintenance is fast and solved our problems quickly. The staff at the leasing office is competent and friendly.The negatives:we add some packages stolen, which was something that appends frequently if I interpret the community message board correctly. Also, our car was broken into once but noting was taken.The management did installed security cameras and since then the reports of stolen packages diminished in number.

I lived here for 4 years and had a exceptional time! It was competitively priced for the area and it was SPACIOUS. The apt. management and maintenance crew were always responsive and helpful.The building is and has been extremely reliable. While other buildings were losing power or having water issues during times with extreme weather, my apartment never had any issues and I felt extremely safe.I never had issues with missed packages or trash in the hallway. The trash crew was always on-time, diligent and office management always communicated when there would be no trash pickup. Packages were delivered to my door or in my mail box with no issues.I lived in the building with open/outdoor parking and always locked the door to my car and left my belongings out of sight - I did not have any issues with break-ins or damage to my vehicle.If youre looking for a reliable, safe apartment with walking access to a grocery store, great restaurants and walking trails, this is a great spot!

I’ve been a resident for almost 8 months and have had a great experience. From the moment I moved in, the management team has been welcoming and responsive, always going above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. The apartment is in a great location with many restaurants, a grocery store, a beautiful creek, and anything you need within a mile away. I highly recommend The Standard for anyone looking for an apartment.

This review is long overdue. I had a important issue with my apartment pop up out of the blue on a Friday. I contacted the office and Jennifer jumped on it immediately. Chad came over & went out of his way & took care of it. I cant say enough great things about the staff. Just had my carpets (2 rooms) cleaned (on my renewal) - the office called , let me know the carpet cleaners were here -checking to see if I was home. I was - easy, quick and a great service was provided. The gentleman was friendly, professional and did a great job. Thank you to Jennifer, Lorena, Chad and the rest of the staff ! Everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving.

I moved from San Diego to beautiful City Line Richardson. The Standard apartments is a prime location right across a huge park with scenic trails and walking distance from restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always have great all the time. I’ve been living here for over a year and the experience is top notch.

Absolutely LOVED living here the last three years. The location is right next to the nature preserve, whole foods, restaurants, CVS and so much more! If it wasnt for the fact we are buying a home I would gladly stay here longer. Lisa and Diane are wonderful in the front office and have been a pleasure working with while I have stayed here. Definitely the best apartment complex I have ever lived in!

I love this property and its management! Lisa, the office manager is the absolute BEST!!! Lorena is incredibly sweet, caring and helpful! Maintenance is also great, and very efficient! I was a resident here for 3 years and my stay was PHENOMENAL!!! I hated to move and I truly miss them, but I needed to move closer to my grand baby! This property is a 10 out 10 for me and I would definitely recommend!!!! Sign that lease, friend…you won’t regret it!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never written a review before but I felt this was something important having read some of the reviews right before I moved in last fall (2017). First off, Alex and Diana were so kind and attentive. They helped me at a very challenging and pivotal point in my life and got me into the perfect unit. They knew I liked trees and found me a corner unit right across from Cityline Park and with large pecan trees just outside my door. The maintenance people were courteous and I really never had any major issues. Anything cosmetic or minor was handled promptly. Now, granted I did not use all the facilities (workout room, etc) but what I did use was always functioning properly. My nieces loved swimming in the pool and it was just neat place. So, thank you Standard at CityLine for your kindness and assistance. If I ever have to move again, I will be back!

I had an excellent experience living at The Standard at Cityline. Safety is a top priority here, and the management responds promptly to any concerns. Jennifer and Lorena in the leasing office are not only professional but also incredibly sweet, always willing to assist in any way possible. The office manager, Ms. Lisa, went above and beyond to help me save a trip, displaying exceptional dedication and understanding. I’ll genuinely miss living here, and I highly recommend this place for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

Ive lived here six months now and I am so impressed with the Standard. The apartment complex is safe, clean, secure, and the staff are above and beyond.The parking garages are tall and are residents access only, which means no one will be breaking into your vehicle. They have a reliable power grid and AC which means summers are cool and winters are warm. The halls are well lit and your mail is either delivered to your door or your mail box.Overall a great luxury apartments. Love this place, I will be renewing my lease.

Despite the negative reviews you see, because everyone has them, the experience at Standard at CityLine is actually pretty incredible. Customers are more inclined to write negative reviews than positive reviews because of the heightened emotional response. JENNIFER guided me throughout the whole entire process making sure everything goes smoothly. Staff was very responsive and prompt with communication. She explained everything into detail. Very genuine and kind. There are soooo many amenities at this complex. Garages, storages right nearby the apartment, a big gym, a dog bath center, etc. The high ceilings throughout the walkway and within the apartment itself makes every thing looks more spacious. Trash valet almost comes twice a day. Extra parking will always be an issue everywhere you go because you know it is an upkept apartment. Whole Foods across the street walking distance, CityLine always have events for the residents, like check out their Instagram page! At this time of review, I lived here for almost a week. Will update as time goes by.

Lorena called me & left me a message that I had a noise complaint. I have lived here since December of 2020 and never had a complaint against me, which Lorena knew. I saw the voice message after the office was closed on a Saturday. I called Sunday afternoon, Lorena answered & we had a great conversation about the complaint which she knew wasnt me. Lorena was friendly, professional and exercised common sense,, a rarity these days.. Thank you Lorena.

Lisa and her team at the standard have been great from the beginning. I have lived here two years and even when an issue does arise they are quick to resolve it. They have been great to work with during my transfer as well.They consistently power wash the halls and the grounds are well kept. I wouldn’t have wanted to live elsewhere during a pandemic. They handled and addressed property / pandemic issues immediately and very well.The unit itself is spacious and has nice upgrades. It is very convenient that the washer and dryer is included as well. Love that it is a Walkable community and very close to great food and all the necessities.

We have lived in the building for almost 2 years and purposely waited to give a review because we wanted to make sure this level of service was consistent, and it was.

Amazing apartments! Probably one of the best in Richardson. Ive stayed here for nearly one year and absolutely enjoyed my stay. Also it has a fantastic gym loaded with modern equipment. Maintenance is always the priority, attended to all requests within 48 hours and the leasing staff is always very quick to respond. But prices are pretty expensive.

I love the modern style, the minimal bugs, and the view of the park and state farm building. The parking garage makes it easy to get to my apartment and I like the pool and the proximity to great stores. Its really easy to hear whats happening outside though; Im on the fourth floor and at night, I can hear full conversations outside. Its also very difficult to get packages sometimes because the office is only open until 6 most days, and it cant accept packages after.

Beautiful apartments, friendly and attentive staff, make the Standard a great place to live. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is that there needs to be more call boxes and maps for friends and delivery drivers to find everyone. Its like an impenetrable fortress, but sometimes you just want a pizza delivered to your door. Its disappointing that you have to go find them because theyre lost and cant find the call box or you.

Best apartment management I have experienced! Chad in maintenance responded and resolved the issues timely. Diane in leasing went up and beyond to make our move in go smoothly! She made us feel at home, took the time to answer all our questions, and is extremely professional. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We had packages delivered and were notified immediately! The apartment itself is great! Well thought out floor plans, no neighbor noise, extremely pet friendly (even a dog bathing station) and all the people who live here are very friendly! It is very conveniently located next to the mall and the CityLine Station. Again, I cannot tell you enough what a difference the leasing staff made in our decision to lease here. Already lost a set of keys, and they were able to make another set immediately. Everyone we have spoken to has been very helpful and friendly! Even spoke with the valet trash company, and they were very professional! Even received a call back to ensure the boxes and packing materials were picked up. This told me that they have put considerations into their contractors. I have moved 46 times in my life, and checked out many apartment complexes within the area. I consider myself a savvy apartment researcher. Also, my daughter is a RA and leasing agent in Austin, and part of her job is to research apartment buildings, furnishings, amenities, maintenance and leases. She too was impressed with Diane, the quality of the amenities, furnishings, and the terms. I dont write many reviews, but this has been the best apartment experience I have had!! This is the best value for the experience youll have by far!!!!

Nice place to live. Have been here for awhile now and here are some of the positives. The maintenance staff is awesome! Not only do they respond to requests quickly, the quality of the work is great (which I cant say for other places). They addressed even the smallest of issues with high level service and I have never had to have a service twice for the same thing.Also, compared to other places in cityline, this building is solidly built. Just went through the terrible snow week and my apt retained its heat very well despite no electricity. And thankfully no pipe issues, which wasnt the case with other buildings in the area. Good community feel with other residents without it feeling all in your face. Overall would highly recommend to anyone.

If you are in the area looking for apartments and want to feel welcomed, delighted, and treated with respect, GO SEE NATALIE. She is by far one of the most warm, sharp, and AMAZING people you will ever work with while searching for a home.Even when confronted with an irate individual (and I mean rude and screaming in the face irate), Natalie maintained her professionalism and composure. She kept it classy and STILL had a smile on her face as she showed me the property and answered all my questions.Even when I pressed her on hairy issues like crime in the area and rumors that I had read online, Natalie didn’t BS, she didn’t skip a beat, and most importantly, she addressed my concerns.Full disclosure: While the Standard at CityLine is a BEAUTIFUL place with excellent location and great floor plans and amenities, I did wind up going with a different property.BUT… As far as first impressions and welcoming new guests on behalf of the business, I cannot give enough stars for Natalie. When you are looking for your next home, go see her.

Ive lived at the standard now for just about 1 year. Crime is virtually non existent, the office staff is amazing especially Lisa and Paola, and broken things typically get fixed in an extremely timely manner. It beats expectations by far and is definitely worth the price.

Very attentive, responsive staff! Really clean facility. Residents continue to put garbage bags out to be picked up in the halls instead of placing in the proper receptacle. I find entrance for deliveries like pizza or for visitors to be a difficult process.

Great customer service, and the units are ok. Nothing flashy, hence the name, ‘Standard at Cityline’. My only critique is to lower prices on some of the units. Didn’t lease here simply because there are nicer apartments in the area that are similar in pricing. The 4 stars is only because the service is great and the people are friendly.

Overall, loved the people, neighborhood (super walkable!), apartment size/laundry/newness, staff and amenities (that gym is the best in all of N. Dallas, the iMac room is chill and the billiard, TV room is where I meet up with my neighbors and watch big games. Always a good times. I also appreciate that they hired a security company to keep the place extra safe at night.
