    I had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex for over three years, and it was an amazing experience. Amanda, Kerry, and the entire management team were consistently professional, and the maintenance team was always on top of things. I have so many great memories from my time here, and the place really had a warm, homey vibe. The only reason I decided to move was because the rent became too high, and unfortunately, the management team wasn’t open to negotiating. That said, I see the rent has gone down significantly for the new listings, along with a month of free rent – which is a great offer. While I wish we could have come to a deal, I hope to return someday because I truly enjoyed the community and the people here.

    I was recommended to this complex by Madison from Smart city. I arrived for my appointment and the manager Kayla greeted me, and went out of her way to answer all my questions. This lady is phenomenal. She had one of her leasing agents Crystal give me a tour. I was just overwhelmed with all the amenities, and overall cleanliness of the entire property. The breezeways were spotless, and the landscaping is just beautiful. Everything is so well kept and so clean. I just loved the apartment that she showed me. The apartment itself is modern, functional, and spacious. It seems to me people take pride living at this complex. Im a senior citizen and I am going to fill out my application on the 1st of February. The entire staff made me feel welcomed. I really felt like this is home. The Springs at Indian creek is the first place I looked at. I have to be out of my current complex by May. I feel there is no reason to look anyplace else as this place had it all. A big thank you to the entire staff of The Springs of Indian Creek for being so awesome. Looking forward to seeing you soon, and being a new Resident.

    We love living in this community. The floor plans are well thought out. The amenities on the property are incredible. The 2 dog parks are well used by our large breed dog. He loves to be able to run around or just relax. I would highly recommend leasing an apartment here.

    The Springs of Indian Creek is a great place to rent an apartment! I have been at the complex 16 years and havent had any issues.The staff in the office are great people. The maintenance is awesome, when you put a work order in they come the day of if not the next day. Great complex

    My son and I have lived here for over 2 years. We love the amenities and our dog loves the huge dog park! Great neighbors and we also love having a garage for our vehicle! Definitely would recommended as the staff and maintenance have always been amazing and kind with anything we have ever needed! 10/10!!!!

    I have been here almost a year so will have to sign a new lease soon. I definitely plan to sign the new lease. I had a few issues when moving in but the great staff in office and professional and quick replies on maintenance made the process easy. No complaints as of right now so hopefully my next year here will be even better than the 1st

    Great apartment complex with amazing staff in the front office. Gym and basketball court is always clean. Maintenance comes quick and is very thorough when called. Definitely a great place to stay

    Crystal was the biggest help getting me into these apartments fast! It’s a beautiful complex and there’s so much to do around here. Maintanance is on top of it. Every time I’ve put in a request and it’s taken care of right away. 10/10 recommend living here if you’re considering it!

    Very happy with my move in experience and for the office staff for dealing with my abundant phone calls! All the ladies in the office were very kind and helped me to work through some issues I was having. Also, was happy to get approved after being turned down at other places and spending tons of money on application fees. Credit isn’t the best after a recent divorce, so this management team working with my unique situation and having and actual person making the final decision instead of an algorithm is TOP TIER! I love our apartment and the community. The apartment has been well maintained and was very clean upon move in. The valet trash is amazing and so far so good with my assigned parking space. I am not sure why there have been so many bad reviews about trash services and parking etc. I’ve only lived here a short while, but my trash has been collected each night and my parking spot it always open for me to park in. Also, maintenance came and corrected and issue I was having with the intruder alarm within an hour or so of calling and speaking with Vanessa about it. Overall, this has been a great move in experience for us and I am happy to be here.

    Moved in not long ago and there’s so many things to do here for the summer. The office staff is always so nice and helpful. It’s very quiet community everyone’s respectful. I put request for dishwasher and the next day replaced for new one. Very efficient

    When I finished school, I was on the hunt for my very first apartment. I checked out numerous complexes in the area I wanted, but from the moment I stepped into Springs of Indian Creek, I felt an incredibly warm welcome. The folks at the leasing office were not only kind but went out of their way to help me. They didnt just provide information; they also shared personal tips about what its like to live there.I lived at Springs of Indian Creek for a whole year, and the only reason I left was because I got married and moved to my husbands place.I have to give a special shout-out to Amanda and Keri; they were absolutely amazing every single day. Not only were they excellent at their jobs, but we also formed a closer connection. Id even frequently bring them food as a token of my appreciation haha The atmosphere they created there made it such a fantastic place to live.Oh, and let me tell you about the pools—they are absolutely stunning! I found myself using them all the time and even bringing friends and having a great time. Both gyms are also very good and I used them daily. My boyfriend at the time, now husband, would use the basketball court and he loved it.I had no issues whatsoever when it came to moving in or out; the process was smooth sailing. The apartment itself was beautiful, and everything was in great condition, including the utilities.The management team deserves a special mention too. They handled any concerns I had with grace, and all the employees were more than happy to lend a helping hand whenever I needed it. I cant recommend this place enough. I truly wish every apartment complex had employees like Amanda and Keri.In conclusion, if youre looking for a fantastic place to live, Springs of Indian Creek should be at the top of your list. It was an experience Ill always cherish.

    I e been here almost a year now and let me tell you it’s great. After more than 20 years of living in a single family home I downsized to a spacious 2 bedroom. The staff has been amazing and the maintenance never misses a bit fixing all my issues in a timely manner. I was nervous getting back into the apartment life, but after almost a year, I highly recommend this complex!!!

    I’ve lived here for about a year and I love it.It is a quiet place to live. I don’t feel unsafe when I walk around at night. When I have any work orders or issues they are immediately taken care of. The office staff are nice and sincere. I would highly recommend living here. It is a family oriented complex and also in a great location! Plenty of places to eat and I love that the river is just down the road I can load up my kayak and go fishing!

    We have never had a bad experience with the office or maintenance staff. Theyre always very accommodating and polite. Amanda at the office remembers us and always asks about our health and our pups. There are no bugs, which is frankly shocking in this heat. I love the enclosed yard and the fact that the apartment came with a washer/dryer, not just hookups. Definitely recommend this place!!!

    I just moved in here but so far Ive had nothing short of a great experience. First of all, all the girls in the office are super nice. Marisol is a rockstar though! She showed me an apartment and I absolutely loved it but after going home and crunching numbers, it was out of my price range .Maybe 2 days later she contacts me telling me about a smaller unit that was in my price range and available soon. She walked me through each step of the application process with tons of patience and understanding. She even got me in a little sooner than expected. Overall went above and beyond for me and the apartment is stunning. Its gorgeous!! Its in great shape. I had a maintenance request that I submitted after hours one day and it was completed the following day and took no longer than 30 minutes to do. They even gave me a courtesy call prior to inform me that maintenance would be heading my way in a few minutes. Love it here thus far and am so thankful to be here!

    I dont understand why this place gets such bad reviews. I have been living on the property for nearly 4 years now and we have never had any issues. Repairs are made in a timely manner, they pick up the trash at your front door four days a week, the staff mind their own business and are very sweet to me and my daughters anytime we go in to the office. There is some road noise due to the highway on the back side of the property, but that will be the case in any complex off 121. The ease of access out weighs the noise . They are constantly maintaining the property with landscaping and new paint. We just completing a build on a new home and will be moving in there, otherwise, i would be content to stay here.Just to add, one of the other reviewers mentioned the property was unkempt...there are landscapers there every week. The painting crew has been on site for a while, but it rained for two weeks straight. I have never noticed any mess near our building nor near my parking space.I have never in four years seen a roach in my apartment. I would assume if others are experiencing that issue it is due to housekeeping. Makes me think that the individuals that write those ugly reviews are upset about something else, since none of those issues happen on the back row of buildings.

    Have been living at the Springs of Indian Creek for the last 4 years. I love living here ! Never have any issues and when I need to put a service request the guys come out and get it fixed quickly. It’s sad to see negative reviews on here when the staff and management in the office have to enforce the rules. The girls in the office are super friendly and professional

    I grew up in these apartments and started living here in the 8th grade with my parents. I am now living here again as an adult with my husband and two kids. The office staff is amazing and kind and go out of their way to accommodate you. I will give my shout out to Kayla and Tiffany. Everything is always kept clean and tidy. The school district is amazing. It is the school district that I grew up in and I feel very comfortable with my kids going to the same schools their Dad and I went to. Even my neighbors are all quite friendly and sweet. I would recommend everyone to give this place a chance!

    I lived here for 5 years, and i had to move out of state,or otherwise I would stay here. The complex is safe , secured, gated, very very clean and maintained , pool, BBQ, gym, laundry room, and 2 car wash, .. everything you need .The apartment is clean ,appliances are upgraded, maintenance service is very quick I just call and they come same day or next day to fix the issues no matter what it is, all utilities providers are serving the complex, customer service is beyond excellent as there is always people in the office to help you for billing, mail shipment packages, or anything you need.I will miss all the people who work there in front office including Estefany( the best),Kayla,Amanda,Tyler,Tiffany,Marisol and the maintenance guys.

    I have lived here a couple of months and I have never had a better experience living in an apt. From the first day I met Amanda I was impressed by her commitment to get me into the unit that made me happy. The property is clean and well kept, the maintenance crew is awesome! Very attentive and friendly. They get things done quick! So happy to be out of ZIP code 75287!!!!

    I’ve lived here for 3.5 years and there are so many reasons that I love it! The office staff is awesome and always attentive, maintenance is always friendly and on top of things, there’s so much greenery and the landscapers keep it up to par. There’s 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, indoor basketball, sand volleyball, mini golf, a game room with a pool table, a theater. a dog park and a playground. They also offer garages and enclosed backyards! The location is perfect - so close to shopping and restaurants and the major highways. Also the schools are amazing! Obviously I can’t say enough about this place! Moving here has been the best decision for my family. I give it 5 stars for alllll of that! :)

    I have lived at The Springs of Indian Creek for a couple months now and I actually really like it. We have had a few issues with our AC unit though. The units are probably pretty old. However maintenance has been really great and very urgent when fixing issues.

    I wish I could give 10 stars to this complex. I am a new resident and I just cant say enough kind words. The staff is amazing!! I must call out Kayla, Rahell and Kristina for being so attentive and genuine. Everyone that I have come in contact with in the leasing office from the manager to the maintenance foreman is on point and honest. The amenities are awesome, the property is well maintained and my upgraded unit is beautiful. BTW, Thank God for not having to take out trash anymore, thanks Valet staff!! Whoever reads this review believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed with the value, quality and overall experience with The Springs of Indian Creek. I love it....

    Alright, so Ive been here for just under a year now, and Ive never had a complaint about the apartment. Or the complex in general. Yes, there are times that the gates malfunction, but typically they are fixed by the next day. Yes, you can occasionally smell the dump, but not nearly as often or as bad as people say. Parking CAN be quite a pain if you dont have a reserved spot (which occasionally can be taken by someone else but a nice dont be that guy note typically works well), I have a garage and a spot and honestly dont have an issue at all now. Honestly, Ive lived in numerous apartments and houses, and this one is by FAR the best Ive ever lived. Very well kept (no idea why people keep calling it a dump), valet is awesome (although their rules at times can be a bit much, no more than an inconvenience to be honest), everyone around me in my building is really nice. And I cant speak well enough about the complex management. Always incredibly polite, and helpful. Maintenance is quick on the job when I put a work order in (even something as small as the dumb little cable that turns on the light on the fan [that I ALWAYS seem to confuse with the fan switch, which tends to make me become Indiana Jones trying to figure out JUST how much to pull it to get the fan back to high speed......but I digress]. The ONE thing that I wish they would have is the ability to immediately pull money from my account when I use my debit card to pay my rent (as of right now it doesnt process for like 3-4 days which is again nothing nothing more than an inconvenience, but hey #firstworldproblems, amirite?!).Again, the complex is gorgeous, well maintained, and pretty affordable for the area and all the amenities that come with it (the dogs LOVE the dog park, although the corgi doesnt seem to grasp the concept of the agility sticks and kind of just stares at me with the face of You want me to do what?). On top the apartment itself is BEAUTIFUL, AND it has a bark yard, which is awesome since I have dogs, and the patio is big enough to have my hammock out while enjoying a nice cold beverage. Just wish the fence was a BIT taller, since my lab likes to pull an American Ninja Warrior and hop it (so if you move in and you see a doofy hyper and overly excited lab running around the grass behind building 9, dont fret, shes sweet and just wants you to pet her. Seriously. If you dont touch her shell MAKE you touch her. You dont have an option. Shell noodle her nose into your hands. But again COMPLETELY harmless. And If she does get out I already usually know and have already called her back.).Youll like it here. Promise. Everyone is nice, and minds their own. Typically in apartments you have to worry about people stomping, screaming, partying, fighting, children screeching like banshees in the hallway, and random raves; but to my pleasure, nothing of the sort has occurred.

    I’ve lived here since 2014. This is a great apartment complex. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The staff that does maintenance and upkeep does a fantastic job. When you have a problem, you know it will be resolved quickly! I love living here.

    The best experience I have ever had with finding a home for my boys and moving in. The boys love the playground and are obsessed with the pool. My location is so great and the staff have treated us so wonderful like family since before I even moved in. In particular Mrs. Kayla!!! ❤️ My boys absolutely love her she is always so helpful and so sweet and very professional and always has a smile on her face and we have been extremely happy here!!!! We also appreciate and have to mention Ms. Stephanie, so sweet and professional as well to us. Thank you guys so much! We appreciate all of you!! Great place to live and since weve lived here, we havent smelled a thing, not even when it rains!!! My boys think we live by a mountain....lol.... Plan to keep it that way!!!

    Im going to be completely HONEST with this review. Out of about 75 apartment complexes in the area I chose this one. I have a bit of OCD and I cant stand a toilet in view of the tub. Also, I required a double sink in the master bath. This place was it. Yes, its by a landfill (that is proposed to be expanding soon) but honestly its not that bad. Maitenance comes rather quickly and anytime I have an issue the staff is more than willing to help. When I moved in I have to admit the process happened a bit too fast and it concerned me. The leasing agent did a 5 minute walkthrough and didnt really look at everything with me. I believe I am to blame for that too because I should have asked her to slow down. A few weeks later I noticed a broken window in my second bedroom and my lower cabinets were broken. Overall I really like this place. I have lots of square feet and I will remain here until I am ready to purchase my first home. Hopefully I will be able to pay my rent online soon (I know they get tired of people calling once a month for their balance) LOLProsGreat Location, assigned parking (for a small fee), great elementary school, no pest issues, clean landscapeCons-constant gate issues, rushed move in procedures, NO ONLINE Rent payments, not pretty on trash pickup mornings, Not enough resident events (my old apartment did something once a month so Im spoiled)Now, it cant get any more honest than my review. If someone had a worse experience its their own fault.

    We moved in about a month ago and have been very pleased with it! The only thing that we have noticed is that our downstairs neighbors sit out on their patio, for what seems like all day and all night and talk very loudly! They were partying up until midnight last night and made it very difficult to sleep.

    These apartments are right off of highway 121 and Hebron. They are nice and have a beautiful pool area, sand volley ball, the most thorough workout pout facility Ive ever seen in an apartment complex! It was beyond nice and LOTS of equipment like a gym youd pay a membership for a well as an enclosed half court basketball area.I was visiting for a pool party and got a tour so im not sure about management but the complex has alot to offer.

    Since management has changed the property has been much better! The office staff is great & the maintenance team is very prompt with any issues I’ve had. If you are looking for a quiet complex in a nice area, I’d highly recommend the springs!!!

    Very large complex, lots of parking spaces plus single car garages are available. Nice floor plans and updated kitchen amenities. Large grassy areas for active kids to run and play.

    The amenities are nice, the staff is ok, had some smoke in the apartment but I think the person downstairs is smoking inside the apt. They charge for the gate remote which is extra and (1st one).

    I love this place. The manager is amazing the office staff and maintenance staff is wonderful and I can not be more happier then to call this place home.These reviews are so rude and it makes it look and seem like this is not a good to place to live but that is not the case. It sounds and looks like its probably people who did not get there way or things happen that did not go in there favor.
