    I have been a resident of Spencer @Park Row for over 8 years. Since residing here, maintenance has always been excellent. The main worker Oscar has been the one who primarily responds to my request. Oscar is very professional and proficient at his job. He is timely and also makes sure the area is clean before leaving.Thank you Oscar for the great work.

    AMAZING! The customer service you get from EVERYONE in the office, let alone how quickly they can respond to emails when they are free is SUPERB. If itā€™s within their means & guidelines they go above and beyond even when you feel like you email or call them too much! Iā€™ve lived here a year and a half and have loved every second of it.

    My experience at Spencer has been nothing short of stellar. The leasing staff as well as the manager were very helpful and professional. I have not experienced that in a leasing office in quite some time. Anytime I reached out, Litzy was on top of it and responded in a timely manner. Rue was very professional when she showed me the unit and was sure to answer any questions. If she did not have the answer, she would be sure to get it. The unit I received upon move in was very clean. I am very happy to call Spencer home and I am enjoying my new living space.

    Initially, my friend was looking for other options within the area. We visited The Spencer at least 3 times. Each time I mentioned, ā€œit feels very cozy.ā€ The floor plans are spacious. The property is well maintained. The prices are reasonable. Also it is one of the few places that does not flood in the area. It is also one of the fewer properties that has a playground for the kiddos and a spacious dog bark as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. Litzy is an amazing leasing consultant. She gets things done without hesitation. I loved her mannerism. Sheā€™s so concise yet informative. Definitely had a professional experience with her. I am so glad my friend is comfortable and settled into her new place!

    My experience has been fantastic for the past 3 years Ive resided at Spencer Park row. I am always greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and to highlight that the leasing consultant Litzy Vasquez is by far the most professional and helpful and always nice to work with. She is very prompt in getting the answers I need and solving any problems I have.

    I lived here for years only moved because I got a house. Apartments are quite and office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance response is quick as well. Pool is nice and maintained as well as grounds. Only problem was residents running into the gate but office responded as quick as possible to get it fixed. Apartments are roomy and I never saw not one bug. Great place to live

    My husband and I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and it has been good. Maintenance responds within 24 hours unless it is an emergency. My AC went out in July and they were here within the hour and fixed it quickly. There are no bugs, and the renovations theyre doing have made a big difference, the property looks great. Nice neighbors as well. The office staff have always been attentive and very nice, especially Ashley and Jasmine. Ive never had a problem. There is plenty of parking and most units have a garage (big plus). I would recommend.

    I am so happy with the service I received from Eva- Leasing Consultant. She was very professional and prompt with all of her communications with me. That goes a long way in my book! By the time I got approved for my apartment home, I was already feeling like I found my new home. I am forever grateful for the courtesy and attention Eva showed towards me.

    The assistant manager Ashley is top notch in customer service. She assisted me with a transfer and made the process run smoothly. She assured me my new unit would be perfect. I am so pleased with how she showed compassion and courtesy. Sheā€™s a sweetheart. Very attentive and easy to reach out to. Property is clean, and safe. They are making upgrades to everything. I love loving here.

    Iā€™ve been here 3 years and I love it. Maintenance comes and fixes whatā€™s needed in a timely manner. The office staff is always pleasant and professional. Ashley the assistant manager is so nice and helpful. The complex is quiet and I feel safe. Great schools around if you have kids and the new upgrades are beautiful. I highly recommend.

    My Fiance & I decided that we wanted Spencer to be our first apartment together. The process was super easy with Evas help. We had Laura from Smart City Locating find this place for us. She was amazing!!! (If you need a locator, Laura is the hook up)!!The very first thing I noticed was how clean everything was! Thats always a huge indicator on how everything is going to play out. cleanliness means everything. Eva was so kind and so knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly as she answered all of our questions. Communication was an A+ too. We are looking forward to moving in soon! Thanks Eva & Laura!

    Itā€™s been very nice living here. I am going on my second year and donā€™t have any complaints. Chris, in the office, is always amazing!!! Heā€™s always ready and willing to help if you have any issues on property. My neighbors are quiet and clean and maintenance keeps the property clean! Also, I love the little activities and events they host! Itā€™s always a gamble when staying in apartments, but I can say I have been pleased with my experience at Sevona!

    Very friendly staff!! Their floor plans are exactly what they show you. Eva made it easy for us to submit application and was always available for any questions. It doesnā€™t feel like an apartment it feels like if you are living in a house.

    I am not a resident, but I have 2 family members that have live on this property for almost 2 years (two separate apartments).It seems like people on put reviews on here when they are madā€¦if youā€™ve been living here for 5 years and it was ā€œgreatā€ā€¦where was your review before someone upset you?There has been a management change. But they seem to be trying to upgrade and improve the property.My family hasnā€™t had any complaints, and if their is confusion, be patient and follow up properly.The staff are all human beings just like us. They make mistakes, things happen, and taking over a new property can definitely have its challenges in the beginning.Overall I love the community here, always great parking. The apartments are spacious. Neither of my family members have had issues with pests.I visit quite often and would recommend this property to someone looking.

    I have lived here going on 11 years with no desire to move, except maybe to a renovated unit in the future. I love my apartment and the fact that I have an attached garage. The complex is well cared for and quiet. Office staff are phenomenal and always friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are prompt with any repair issues and knowledgeable. Iā€™ve read all the reviews: the gates do malfunction at times but are quickly repaired. Noise and crime are present in all neighborhoods.....stay vigilant and report incidents. We have 2 courtesy officers living on site. Iā€™ve had issues with roaches a few times over the years but pest control comes routinely and Iā€™ve solved that problem with bait traps as needed. The walls/floors arenā€™t soundproof but Iā€™ve been blessed with great neighbors for the most part. The pool is always sparkling clean and common areas well cared for. The gym is well equipped and the business/work area a true asset. A lot of the complaints on these reviews are just common issues that would occur in any complex. I highly recommend this apartment community and itā€™s stellar staff.

    Just got approved for our townhouse and Lizty Vasquez has been nothing but helpful and professional. Every since I walked into the office to get leasing information she has been very helpful and quick to answer our questions. Same day showings and during the application process she was quick and helpful with any questions I needed answered. I would recommend her if you are considering leasing here.

    This place is seriously great. I helped my boyfriend move in here three months ago and Andrea made it a truly great experience. My boyfriend works a million hours a week and needed a quick move in and I had to orchestrate it all.When we moved him in, we were welcomed with a small gift, including two coca-colas - a major blessing when doing any type of manual labor in Texas. The apartment was clean, smelled great, looked great. Im very particular and went around with a fine tooth comb to look for anything maintenance may need to fix. Two minor adjustments were needed and maintenance was there to fix them the next morning.Fast forward three months - everything is still great. Neighbors are nice. The car wash area is great. I would definitely recommend this place. Cant wait until my lease it up and maybe Ill move in too!(And btw to the guy who doesnt know how to drive through a gate and/or read. Go away. Every apartment on earth has signs posted theyre not responsible for damages by the gate.)

    Despite the previous reviews, so far so good! Jasmine B. in the office was simply amazing and flawless throughout the whole process! My unit is fully renovated with a home like feel. Rooms here are enormous! Both bedrooms have king size bed sets! Again, THANKS JASMINE!

    Update: 02/02/2020We have been living in the complex for about 7 months now and have loved it! We love the community and all that is provided to us. We attended todayā€™s super bowl party and Chris was beyond exceptional. He was a great host and made sure we were all taken care of. He never fails to meet our expectations and truly shows his hospitality and work ethic when we come in no matter the circumstance.Happy to call this place home!My partner and I have been eyeing Sevona Park Row for about a year and a half now and finally made the commitment to move. Chris Curtis was extremely sweet when we first came in and was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, even after leaving the property, we had further questions he answered pleasantly and never made us feel as though we were a bother. Even when he was not available and I left a message with someone else it didnt take him long to get back to us, which I really appreciate. He is very courteous and made the welcoming experience superb. We have been in our unit for a few weeks now and it has a very home feel, its really quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.

    Hello fellow reviewers, I have been a resident of this property for 10 months now. I have to say these are the best group of staff I have encountered as long as I have been living in the apartment industry.Chris, Brittany and Pete are amazing and go over and beyond to make sure my needs, concerns, comments and/or questions are taken care of since I have been here. They are all very kind, hard working and great to talk if need be. The new property manager Jess is also nice and full of energy, always has a smile in her face. I could not just give props to one when you come in or call ask for any of them to assist you with your needs.I give the property itself a 4.5 star but the staff a 5 star. When you inquire about the units know there are upgraded and not upgraded units. Both equally nice, just depends on how you feel about upgrades and how much you want to pay.

    I love living at Sevona - Park Row. Ive been here about 8 months now and have not had any major issues. The leasing office staff are all very professional and friendly - especially Chris Curtis. I have been dealing with Chris for about 2 years now as I awaited an apartment with my floorplan (2 / 2) to become available. He is always helpful and very responsive to my requests and phone calls. My floorplan is very spacious and well laid out, including the garage. The maintenance staff are very prompt (even on a HOLIDAY from personal experience). They listen to your issues as they fix the problem, which for me have all been minor to date. Sevona strives to keep the grounds nicely groomed, and offer resident activities all the time. Sevona also offers a dog park, and a very nice gym as well. Short story, LONG - I love it here and would highly recommend Sevona to both singles and families. I hope this information helps you in making a decision as to where to live near the Katy area.

I had a problem within my apartment (maintenance wise) that I constantly complained about and had not been dealt with the proper way. I spoke directly to Chris and he was kind, professional and did not hesitate to make sure the job was done right. I just love him!

    To those who read the review-Iā€™ve been living in these apartments for now 3 years. I would prefer to give a solid 3.5, but thatā€™s not an option.Pros-very very very little/few bug issues and thatā€™s not an exaggeration. I can literally count on one hand how many bug interactions Iā€™ve had in my apartment; the renovations done to my apartment before I moved in (3 years ago) still look amazing even now; maintenance response time is exceptional and the system they use to keep up with request is well done.; management will work with and not against you (management has changed, but that remains consistent); the complex remains clean; for the location and square footage the rent price is reasonable; pet-friendly; great communication system using apps and emailCons-walls are thin (that may just be characteristics of apartments); gates donā€™t always work (gated community, more times than not); the only amenities worth raving about is the business room and the pool area; residents donā€™t always adhere to the speed limit in the communityAs I think about the last 3 years, I havenā€™t had much of the issues that are typical, and when I did have a leak or no hot water, it was fixed by maintenance (refer to the pros list). I donā€™t believe any apartment complexes are perfect, but I will say that my interactions with the management and living here has been good.

    I have been living in Sevona for about 4 years and I absolutely love it here. The super bowl party was awesome, and Chris was an awesome host as always at every event.     Okay, this review is as of 2019 and after living here going on three years. In fact, Iā€™m in the process of renewing my lease. This review is based on my experience. Iā€™ve thoroughly enjoyed living here. Maintenance is great. Thereā€™s been times when Iā€™ve placed an online ticket in the morning and by the afternoon they were out to remedy the issue.My neighbors are all friendly and quiet.The option to pay online is very convenient. And after almost three years, Iā€™ve never, ever experienced any issues with the resident portal which allows you to pay your bill and submit tickets for maintenance.The staff have all been friendly although I believe Maribel has been the only consistent face.Parking is usually never an issues since I donā€™t have a garage. There have been times when Iā€™ve come home really late and as a result I had to park in the back of my apartment instead of my usual spot in the front of my building.As far as pests, it rains a lot in Houston and of course, it can have a tropical environment. Thus, thereā€™s a ton of lizards outside. If Iā€™ve ever experienced any issues with pest, pest control came out for the issue. When I say an issue, Iā€™m referring to seeing a couple roaches or those lady bug looking critters. It definitely has never been a roach infestation for me. This is no different from my parents, who live in a house, having to call out pest control. It happens folks especially if you donā€™t practice good hygiene, I.e. not leaving dirty dishes or keeping an untidy home.Speaking of rain, Sevona did not experience the heavy flooding after Hurricane Harvey. There may have been some isolated flood issues but for the most nothing like what we saw in the neighborhood. I only brings this up because literally everything, streets, apartments, homes, and businesses, all flooded within an one mile radius.Hopefully this helps. Sometimes people get mad after not getting their way and want to bash the business. Trust me, if Iā€™m paying, and Iā€™m not receiving what I think I need or want, Iā€™m not staying. So after 2 years, I think I have a valid opinion of Sevona.

    I have lived on the property for close to 4 years. They have had a few changes in office staff, but the ladies are always kind and they work to get all of your request done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend living here. Ive never had any issues. Not to mention it is close to I-10. The property is always very quiet too!!

    My girlfriend and I moved in here about 4 months ago now and have been treated like family by the front office and our neighbors. This is a tight knit community that makes it feel more than home. Maintenance is always here within minutes when we need something fixed or replaced which is a huge perk considering past communities weve lived in it has not. When we moved in which is always a stressful day was made considerably easier due to are awesome leasing agent Chris. He had all our paperwork drawn up the night prior so all we had to do was come in review it with him and sign. The whole process only took about 5 minutes the day of which made our move that much easier. We appreciate everything this community has done for us to become part of the Sevona family.

    Love the style of apartment we have and property is clean. Very quick responses on the work orders, if you donā€™t hear anything within a day we go to the office and ask about it. By the next day it is complete. All emergencies we had were taken care of almost immediately.The office staff (except for 1 gentleman) is not the most pleasant, and their communication to residents is not on par. Passive aggressive emails about speeding, dog poop pick up and dog leashing. I havenā€™t seen any of the 3 improve but receive these emails basically weekly. When gate code went down we basically got locked out of the apartment because we left our remotes at home (we were with a family member). We had no idea and had to wait for about 15 minutes for somebody to come through that had their remote. There have been other issues with the office staff but overall not a bad place to rent.

    Iā€™ve been in these apartments for about 3-4 years now. The office staff are amazing, especially Chris, he is always willing and ready to help when needed. I ended my contact but decided it was in my best interest to stay. Chris smoothly helped me transitioned into a larger unit & Iā€™m so grateful the process was completed seamlessly. Also, thank you Pete for always helping me with my packages!The maintenance staff responds quickly, I appreciate (especially the kids) all of Zeroā€™s hard work for keeping our pool nice & clean! Thank you Zero!The only thing theyā€™re missing is a playground area for the kids to play & hang out in. Hopefully this is something management/corporate will take into consideration since there are lots of children within the complex. I know the community & kids will really appreciate it!Thank you for the brand new treadmills, providing all the fun activities/events for the community & pls keep the food trucks coming!

    I moved here and as far as I can tell this place is beautiful. I intentionally walked the property to check for trash and other creepy things, the grounds were pristine and the pool has already been cleaned once. The ladies in the office are very nice, helpful, fast and pleasant. My move in was a breeze. My only concern is the gates do not work which I was told would be fixed soon and there is no park for the children. I really hope they will get one soon. This really feels like home I hope it stays this way. I believe this is a good neighborhood also I feel safe around here.

    I stopped by my friends apartment who lives at the community last week and really liked his place. I went over to the office to chat with Pete the leasing person. He was pretty cool, spoke comfortably with confidence about the community and the area. I just wanted to get a bit of info before even considereing looking at numbers and Pete didnt push me or make me feel obligated. He tried to get me to commit to a follow up appointment and was pretty nice about everything. I will be back to lease most likely when my lease is up in December.

    This place is by far one of my favorite apartments Iā€™ve ever lived in. Extremely spacious, newly renovated kitchens (absolutely beautiful), and most importantly .. an abundant amount of parking spaces. Haha. In all honesty, even if this place didnā€™t have their great amenities, the way the front office treats their residents still make this place a 5star rating!! Especially Chris, he is amazing and always does whatever he can to do to help answer questions/problems!

    Just moved in about a week ago and by far this has been the the best experience. Chris was amazing, he was able to answer any questions that we had which made us very comfortable in making our decision. Savona Park Row apartments are modern, functionable and very quiet. These apartments are dog friendly, with a carport to vacuum you car. Also there pool is open all year around which I love because who doesnt love to swim. We are grateful for our experience here and highly recommend Savona on Park Row.

    I love these Townhomes/Condos. Maintenance is quick, the leasing office is very engaging and works with you with any problem that you might have especially the leasing agent that helped us get our town house Chris Curtis he is awesome and will hold your hand through everything.Update we have renewed our lease from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and it feels like an actual home. The space and separation is awesome. Chris yet again went above and beyond to make sure the transfer was smooth. I really enjoy staying here. Chris please dont leave Sevona lol!!...well at least until we buy our house you make everything easy!!

    Sevona Park Row has a pleasant and very professional staff. The complex and community is clean, very up kept and upon moving Chris was excellent leasing consultant from start to finish. Sevona is a safe environment and very quiet and peaceful. Everything from the fitness center,pool ,and guest lounge is always in order. Definitely 5 star rating.

    Me and my boyfriend are moving from Florida to Texas, this was the easiest transition from state to state all because of the very helpful staff (specifically Chris) at Sevona Park Row. He helped us figure out which apartment would give us the most space while staying within our budget (actually under). He made us both feel very comfortable through the whole process from the viewing of the model, the application, and even recommended some great furniture stores. All the help Chris provided was exceptional and we are looking forward to moving into our new apartment!

    I recently moved from Sevona Park Row, but I lived there for four years. Sevona is open, and feels more like a small neighborhood instead of cramped apartments. It was almost completely bug-free during my entire stay. Maintenance was always prompt and thorough with all requests. Iā€™ll also say that Chris, in the office, alway treated me like a friend instead of a resident who was just leasing one of Sevonaā€™s apartments. That makes such a difference when living apartment life. There were times that there was noise through walls, and the occasional random thoughtlessness of other residents, but usually it was addressed and stopped. One more thing~not all of the apartments have pantries, so Iā€™d be remiss not to mention that a new resident should ask. I also feel like the valet trash fee was needlessly high.All in all, Sevona was a great place to have spent four years, and I have nice memories! Great staff!

    So far I love this place. Its my first time being in an apartment building that has a garage attached to it. Its a plus for me because its safer and convenient. The complex is quiet. The staff is great. Theyre always doing something for the residents which is truly awesome.

    After living here since this property first opened, Ive seen the overall decline of importance for the landscaping improvements and or upgrades, the only area that receives constant attention is the front of the property for pleasing curb appeal, the rest of the property only gets maintenance such as grass and strubs. Weeds have killed a majority of the grass and I have an eight foot section of strubs that are dead along with decorative plants that apparently died during the freeze this past winter, also theres non operational vehicles on this property that havent moved for several months, one of those is outside my kitchen window that has a blue tarp because apparently someone rear ended something or someone, that tarp covers the front end that has major damage. Management doesnt inspect units before new tennents move in, they take the word of employees that the units are up to standards that apparently dont exist, I moved to another unit and had multiple complaints about several things that were not acceptable, they garage wasnt cleaned and I had ask for the garage floor be power washed if there were any fluid stains from previous tennents vehicles, the garage wasnt cleaned at all, dead leaves inside and about a dozen stains on the floor from vehicles leaking fluids. I can go on to even more problems after moving in. The property is only as good as the management.

    This is a huge property with very well maintained grounds. It is pet friendly, maintenance/ pest control services were amazing, and the leasing office always treated me with kindness. Even after I moved out to another State I was able to resolve my outstanding balance amicably. I miss this place and hope to return again in the future.

    We have lived at this property for over a year and the office staff has always helped me when I had an issue. The manager and assistant have both gone out of their way to address any issues Iā€™ve ever had. When they initially took over it was a rough start but seeing the improvements they have made in the past year are a huge reason why Iā€™m going to stay.

    I am looking to making this place my new home . They landscaping was very neat . The area was very quiet , and the apartment has a home feel . The leasing agent I spoke to Emma was very nice and helpful as well and greeted me right away .

    This was the easiest process and easiest move in into an apartment as far as I can remember. Defiantly love my large one bedroom my wife and I share. Chris Curtis made this process easy and couldnā€™t have a better person running the office

    I used to live here and I really loved. I moved in when it was getting remodeled and I was suppose to have a unit but wasnt ready. So one of the staff upgraded my unit and remodeled for the same price I was gonna pay for the smaller size. They will go out their way to help.Lived here about 2 years ago.     Despite what the previous reviews say I have been Feb 2011 ad I love the place the staff are friendly and are always prompt with a request. If you only got 3 filters then it sounds like a lack of communication because i have received every month I have been here by simply asking for it. This a very clean and quite site. I would recommend this place to anyone.
