I love it here. Ive been here not even a month and the security guard watches. Well, the ladies in the office car very sweet and the maintenance here are on the go. They do everything that you ask him to do. Theyre on it. This is a nice place to come live. An the Manger an Celeste were so wonderful they make u feel like family living here.. Like I said all of the ladys that work in that office are wonderful.

I have been living at this apartment complex since 2005 when it was Westwood Fountains. I’m sooo glad it’s under new ownership. They are now remodeling the whole complex which was needed. Since I’ve been living here I have not experienced any problems such as people breaking in my apartment or car. New owner has surveillance cameras and security. This is more of a family oriented community. The people that live in this complex are really nice. It is also a diverse community as well. All nationalities live here which makes it even better. The new management team took really good care of me by moving me out of my old apartment into and upgrading one. It really nice and affordable. Pretty cool spot to rent out.

The a/c repairman was knowlegeable and took the time to explain the problem and the fan was assembled on the unit within the hour and was able to communicate to our wants and needs regarding the a/c unit in 2007. thank you

I am Nelson Deras from 1413. I live here and I respect everyones opinion based on their experience, but as for my experience I have no complaints so far. They treat me very well and everyone is very friendly and my apartment is very nice inside and out. And I consider the pressure to be very regular. For me, I am very satisfied until today, that is why I renewed my contract. I think that they are changing the administration for the better.
