Just moved in 3 months ago, and I love it here!!! It is a fantastic place to call home! The units are spacious and well-maintained, shay and staff are incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns, and the location is perfect - close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful community grounds. Highly recommend!

Greetings of New Year 2025 !I highly recommend The Ridge At Tyler Society which is a Great Place to live in The Smith County & The City of Tyler in Eastern Part of The State of Texas.The Management is Very Knowledgeable and Professionally Trained to Deal with the Needs of Existing Residents and the Future Clients too.Got an opportunity to see them in My Last Year’s Visit. They offered us the Best of their Service despite it was just a casual one.Hats-Off to their Maintenance Team as well. Shay helped me find an apartment that fit exactly what I was looking for, right under budget. She was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. It was the smoothest move Ive ever experienced. Kenya in the office was very helpful. SHe answered all of my questions (I had a lot). I love everything about this place. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking!

While it is an older apartment complex and in the past the previous owners/management weren’t as great from reading older post from years ago, the new management has been exceptionally better at handling business and maintenance in comparison. Shay and Kenya do the best they can to help and keep the property at its best running order, with the help of Christen, the property manager , overseeing, and the maintenance team that do their best to work with heavy work order schedules. I feel like the the property overall had been good to me in the last 7 months.

I applied for an apartment & absolutely loved my experience. The management team is responsive, and the community is friendly. The location is perfect with easy access to shopping and dining. My family and I moved in recently and we absolutely are impressed with the property, staff, maintenance and our neighbors!! The property is immaculate and very well maintained, the pool is sparkling blue with maintenance done every Monday, ALL the office staff are friendly, quick to help if there is a problem, and make us feel at home. Every neighbor I have spoke with says that The Ridge at Tyler is a great community and that is coming from people that have been here for 5+ years. My husband and I tell each other daily how much peace we have finally feeling At Home We recommend this property to everyone looking for a place to finally call home!!

The management here is great. They greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . Great place to live. I am starting my fifth year here at The Ridge. Love it here. Management staff are friendly, professional, and care about their residents and property, as does maintenance . A lot of nice neighbors as well. I moved from Plano, and my apartment here is spacious. The grounds are well cared for and feel safe here. Would definitely recommend this complex.

Lived here for about a year now, and have no complaints. The complex is clean, quiet and well maintained. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is always polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt with requests.

I love living here. Ive never had any mayor trouble. However, I have been living here for 3 years now and not once have they come to do inside renovations or maintenance inside the unit. The tub is painted over so the paint cracks and its ugly. The light bulbs have all died and none have been replaced. I had to replace with my own money. Hopefully, when I move my deposit wont be taken away because of these things. Other than that, Maegan at the office is an angel! together with maybe 1 other girl. Maintenance guys are great, always respectful, they do what they can with the amount of apartments they have to such a small team. Its an old apartment for a great price, you get what you pay for.

They are very down to earth, and completely understandable when you’re going through tough situations, as long as you communicate they will do everything in they’re power to help, ! I have been staying at the ridge since August. The front office staff is very nice. Rarely have any issues and when we do they are quick to respond even with any maintenance. They keep the property looking nice and clean. Pricing is good for where I stay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I moved to The Ridge around November. I had a horrible roommate that I needed to get away from with previous living conditions. I walked into the office here at the Ridge and loved the one bedroom spaces! I was able to move in the next day! Everyone was so amazing with understanding my situation and making everything an easy process for me!! I’m happy with my decision coming to the Ridge while I finish college courses at UT Tyler.

I just got off the phone with Ms.Courtney (pardon I don’t know her proper title) and she was absolutely lovely. Though it isn’t much, I have the time and I’d like to share this experience. I don’t live at The Ridge myself, however, I am looking for a friend of mine and I am thankful I got someone as helpful and understanding as she. On top of just being overall kind from the start, I was given great assistance with all questions I had asked, along with readily available suggestions for the situations I provided. She’s doing a great job with helping those who have various questions and concerns while looking for their new home. Especially in comparison to a few other leasing agents I’ve spoken to more so recently, over the phone in particular. Just wanted to give my thanks so others could maybe do the same. I loved living here, they made you feel like family. I went through some hard times right before I lost my job and as long as I came and talked to the office they would do anything they could to work with me. if you want to live somewhere that you have awsome neighbors or a office staff that truly cares, this is the place. pulse the prices are one of the lowest in town. I moved from a studio apt to a one bedroom at the ridge and saved 20 bucks on rent and doubled my square footage, you cant beat that.
