I’ve lived here 4 years and we love it. The management is exceptional and the maintenance staff always respond to any problem in a timely and courteous fashion. Amabel is a great property manager and Heather is a great maintenance supervisor. I just wish the security gates would get fixed.

Generally very positive experience. Occasionally there are tenants who disregard the community rules but management is very good about addressing those issues. The fact that the parking lot gates have not worked in almost a year does bother me as well as the failure to keep the breezeways clean.

Things are soooo much better at Panther Hollow now that Belle is back! Heather and the new maintenance crew are working hard to get things back to the higher standards I was accustomed to when we moved in.

Just moved here from Austin. Very nice apartments, neighbors are quiet and so far very friendly, pleasant staff who recognize that tenants are paying clients, and frankly location, location, location! Having lived in Austin for 6 years, the slower pace, less noise, great views, fewer hourly sirens, 0 road noise when in the apartment, low crime rate, all make this complex a welcome reprieve for a city weary, country boy. The floor-plans are laid out well, granite counter tops a welcome addition (rather than painted to appear as granite), 9 foot ceilings (at least in my floor level unit), ceiling fans in bedrooms as well as living room, double panned glass windows, wood blinds, which help to maintain a constant temp in the apartment. Brushed chrome accents, ample storage if you arent a hoarder, large bathrooms and counter space, deep sinks and toilets (limits over splash) washer dryer that handles comforters, dog park and very nice walking path, business center is a step above, and the pool, cant wait until summer! Bath Tubs are on the small side, Im 61, but not a deal breaker. The business class internet is a huge plus to this location if you are a professional who works from home. Im paying $40 less than Austin for comparable internet, and its a quality connection whos speed up is almost as fast as down, which is key to my line of work. So far I am pleased what my dollar is paying for, if it stays like this, Ill be here for years to come. Peace and Quiet is huge for me at this stage in my life. Small town life, with amenities that make you forget your in a town of 6000 rather than 3 million.

It has been a great experience. I came on Monday to ask for information and I was moving on Wednesday of the same week. Services work perfectly and neighbors are nice and quiet.One year later I asked for service and people was kind and fixed the issue in no time.

I have lived at Panther Hollow for almost 2 years. I have only had positive experiences with living here and dealing with the management. Karlee the property manager has always treated my husband and I with great respect and we choose to speak with her directly with any issue because of her professionalism. She has recently helped us with the move out process and it was the most efficient explanation of what we needed to do we’ve had since living in apartments. I would highly recommend Panther Hollow to any single or families looking for apartments in the Marble Falls area.

The apartments are very nice and the staff is incredible! Karlee (the property manager) is amazing! She is always very helpful if we have any questions or have any problems we have. The dog parks are a big hit !! The pool is nice! Very relaxing.

Beautiful modern apartments did a tour with Marina shes been an absolute joy through this whole process, and a big help to making the dream of moving here a reality. We are very excited to move in in March! The pool is beautiful and we love that its saltwater (great for kids and your hair lol) the office is beautiful, everything about the apartments are just so nice and up-to-date. We love that its a gated, secure Community with so many features and options.

Not a single inch of this complex is free from ants. Outside sidewalks, outside my front door, the perimeter of my bedroom, living room, and of course my kitchen. Have had to throw out 2 bags of dog food that I kept in my pantry, and my dogs paws are covered in bites where they have crossed her bed to get to wherever they’re headed. Main office had said they will spray around my apartment after I mentioned I have found two scorpions in the bedroom, but I saw no improvement. This is extremely frustrating.EDIT:Must say, the pest control has improved a lot. Could be better, but certainly can tell the leasing office is working on it. The amount of ants I see decreases daily and you do get a few stragglers with the larger bugs but they are few and far between. Glad to see a decrease all around.

These are some of the Newest Apartments in Marble Falls, Texas. The complexes are inside a Gated Community. I was a passenger in a vehicle with a Friend that was dropping off some items. I did not enter an apartment, but I believe one would find the apartments to be a Great Residential choice.

Current Resident:Panther Hollow has everything you need for a luxury apartment. Beautiful views, salt water swimming pool, gym, community center, BBQ pavilion, a trail, secluded drive, gated entry. As a prior military member I can also say they have a great move-in deal!

Butterfly house Milano Marittima... magical place, an immersion in a unique experience, it is advisable to go when the weather is bad, the butterflies come out of their shelters and land on the people visiting, wow its not much, seeing is believing especially for children, it is highly inadvisable to touch them, we must be content with their very delicate support on us, 2000 stars
