I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to one of the maintenance people here at the Reserve at 47!! Hector, the maintenance guy, has been a tremendous and incredible help to me while I have been living here ever since a couple of months ago. When I moved in here, there were things that were put in wrong, things that weren’t working, but Hector came in and fixed those things and is still working on some things. I just want him to know that he is APPRECIATED and your work makes a HUGE impact on me and you have a purpose! Keep doing what you are doing and I am so glad to have him here at the complex! 😊

The staff is.amazing! They have gone beyond helping me in every aspect of moving in. Now due to personnel crisis have gone beyond in helping down size to a smaller apt. I could not ask for a better group of ladies. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Rhonda Mercer.

Look out now! The best apartment living I’ve experienced thus far!!!! Hands down Reserve @ 47 has the best leasing in the city! Being transparent as possible, there were very few issues I had to endure but best believe they were handled with professionalism and the maintenance is on point! I’ll miss the ladies that RUN THIS ISH LIKE THE BOSSES THEY ARE! Respect! And thanks for everything!

My fiancee and I lived at these apartments for 5 years and overall the experience was great! Audra, the office manager, was the best part of the experience and she made sure that anytime a resident needed something she was always willing to help.

The office personnel are very polite and friendly. Amy Powell went the extra steps to assist me. She responds to requests promptly and gets the situation taken care of.... She always has a great attitude and you can tell she really enjoys what she does.

These apartments are pretty good for what you pay, my floor plan was spacious and cute. The office ladies are nice and responsive to any issues, maintenance is also fast.Parking can be stressful, people were always parking in my reserved spot especially in the summer months because it was close to the pool. I was also unable to leave at times because people would park in the fire lane directly behind my vehicle. For the last year I lived here, my mail box was broken so I had to go to the post office to pick up my mail. I would sometimes miss important time sensitive mail because my work hours didn’t coincide with post office hours. The neighborhood was not very safe, but police were very responsive to calls.Overall it’s a pretty good place for a great price

I finished my year long lease with this apartment complex, and I enjoyed every month living in here! My partner and I had a cute and spacious 1bd/1bath, and despite a few plumbing kinks and a warped kitchen sink cabinet, there was nothing else wrong with the place. (The building is a little aged, so I attributed the problems with age.)You cant beat the price on this place! This complex was cheaper than some apartments I tried in Houston AND my apartment came with a washer and dryer??? Blessed! And even if I had financial issues and was ever behind on rent, I would inform the office, and they were very understanding with any issues I came across.Its not luxurious, but I wouldnt have the place any other way. I highly recommend this to any of my friends moving up here! :)

Ive been bouncing around from complex to complex and this is by far my favorite one yet! Ive lived here for about 6 months and the staff is great! Any time Ive needed maintenence in my unit they came out right away and were very courteous and time efficient. The staff is friendly and eager to meet your every need. Im definitely going to renew my lease, everything is so convenient. I dont have to travel around town to my laundry or to even let my dog run around because they have washer/dryer hookups and an on-site laundry facility and dog park!

First place my husband and I lived after getting married. Got in on a brief rent special on one of the older units, and loved what we were getting for that price: two bed, two bath, decent size kitchen with dishwasher and lots of cabinetry, washer & dryer hookups, outdoor patio area, central heat/ac, and working fireplace! And the most wonderful neighbors!!! Didnt want to leave all the friends we had made living there, but didnt want to start building our family in an apartment, so we bought.Unfortunately, pet deposits/fees/rent is a little high. Other people arent as courteous about picking up after their dogs either. And maintenance can be a little slow about getting to things. Otherwise an all around great experience living there!

I’ve been a resident at Treepoint for a number of years. The manager, Audra, has been wonderful to work with. She makes sure my needs are met, communicates very well, has excellent customer service and makes sure I’m a satisfied customer to the best of her ability. Treepoint Meadows did a solid job selecting her!

They offer spacious, and updated floor plans with reasonable lease prices, with great incentives. The staff is friendly, and very professional. Any needs will be met to the best of their abilities. With a central location, Id recommend signing a lease 9 times out of 10! The only issue I had was maintenance can be a bit behind, but nonetheless, will help with any issue you have!

When I had came to view the property I was pleased. They were able to help because my credit is AWFUL. I did pay assign additional deposit BUT they worked w me... I wasnt able to move till March 1st, they had asked if I had wanted it by February 1st? I did let them know that we werent planning until March and then it would be okay to wait. Things that actually changed and we decided we were wanting to move in on February 10th. I was able to ask them if they can have it ready on that day? They had let me know that it was not ready and then we will try and get things taken care of as soon as possible. They were able to make the apartment readily available in 24 hours. They were kind and have the ability to remain professional and still deliver what we had asked. I will recommend it to anybody.

I would highly recommend the Treepoint Meadows Apartments. The management is very well organized and theyre always on their A Game as well as the maintenance team. The amenities are super amazing and so are the floor plans. The faculty is very welcoming and always supportive! If anyone in the Amarillo area is needing a place to live, get your application filled out; the faculty will kindly help you out with any questions and needs ! Great place to live!

We just signed our lease yesterday and I couldnt be more impressed! Joshua was the one who assisted us in everyway; from showing us every floor plan, to making the paperwork easy, to helping us entertain our hyper and bored 5 year old daughter. We looked at multiple apartments and Joshua blew us away with how amazing Treepoint can be!!! Cant wait to move into our beautiful apartment!

Loved living here, but maintenance was slow, and they arent always honest with their hours of operation. Online and on their front door even, it clearly says 9-6. But they arent usually open until almost 11am, and they always close early, like at around 5ish. Just my experience

Well, my experiences, I have been here for two months, near the closed pool, it really looks VERY UGLY, at least they can cover it or cover it with dirt if it wont open anymore, I would like THEY OPEN IT... In my apartment, initially I I had a bad impression and I didnt like the carpentry, but then I understood and I already have a fondness for it, I am here very close to the bus point for my work and I have washing and drying machines, very necessary. A problem arose with a bathroom and IT WAS IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED by their maintenance staff and I was VERY SATISFIED... THANK YOU TEAM.Then they also helped me with other personal details to decorate my apartment and at least they always listened to me.An inconvenience, I AM NOT HAPPY, with the rent, it is paid until the 3rd and I paid it on the 5th and they charged me an 85 dollar surcharge, I talked to the manager and she explained it to me, she didnt convince me but I paid for the consequences, really I didnt want to pay them, because I CONSIDER IT UNFAIR AND EXTREMISM...two days in the first payment? To collect they are acid BEWARE of their bills!!!! By talking everything is resolved. There are positive things that suit me and the contract is for one year (quiet, quiet and central place for me, I feel good. The office staff informs everything they are going to do in time (Christina) very friendly and attentive, you just have to check your email, all good treatment. I am home for very little time and I have not had problems with THE WATER, my pets are happy and we are very well and the maintenance staff tries very hard to resolve, they listen to you and comply in coming and diagnosing the problem 😵‍💫 😵‍💫 😵‍💫 but there are many apartments in poor condition and deteriorated, old and they have to be fixed and conditioned to be able to live in them...I RECOMMEND, come see EVERYTHING where you are going to live BEFORE MAKING ANY MOVE to avoid surprises...I learned that the NEW OWNER is trying to invest in remodeling but it is almost everything and it needs time, she offers and you decide I wouldnt like to judge, but if I think its expensive, thats my way of seeing it because of the structure and conditions, there is no remodeling in my apartment.Anyway, Im in a good place and its only going to be for a short time...come see them first...The office staff is impressive, friendly and YES listens and does what is within their power, I TELL YOU, THEY HAVE ALWAYS, ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME WELL AND ON THE GO TO PROVIDE SOLUTIONS. IN GENERAL WAY, I AM AND FEEL GOOD HERE.You have your parking with a roof and many free ones, I am close to everything and I solve my problems in more than 80 percent... In short, what I need I look for and I try to accommodate my life in my way and style and they do not intercede nothing, I always see them working and in the office they always stay on their schedule and they ALWAYS respond when you call or write to your email, WHAT I LIKE AND, it is a point in their favor, in general I think they are making an effort to solve everyone their problems, I understand that too, there are many of us and they are organizing their new work team... Thanks to Gabriel, the maintenance supervisor and the assistants... Really, from my heart ❤️ thank you but demand that the owner invest more. Do you want money? 💰 then offer more quality in a timely manner and personally visit your business, listen, read tenants opinions, your work and quality of services depend on it, the eye of the master fattens the horse 🐎🐎🐎, this is a popular saying... Whoever has a store takes care of it or else sells it It is my advice, LOWER THE PRICES A LITTLE MORE AND YOU WILL HAVE + TO FIX, REMODEL AND REPAIR... THANK YOU.APARTMENT M12-1155... I would like THE OWNER to visit me personally, I think that, without extremes, with justice and love, making our problems his own, visiting his units and reviewing the services, he will do better and help us more, coexistence will be better and we will live more comfortably in its facilities.Thank you.It is a good place to live and very quiet.
