Well spoken, very respectful, with the few times I’ve sat down & converse with her, I can speculate how much she truly cares for the well being of her tenants and staff! So far it has been great here. Just moved in, and there were a few problems that needed to be fixed. Submitted my requests on a Friday, and by Monday, almost everything was resolved. Jerry was amazing. Even stopped by to go over everything and went over some of the issues that couldn’t be resolved just yet before closing out the ticket. Really appreciated the quick service and kindness.

Looking for an apartment isn’t easy but Lakendra made it so easy and personable, that after I left, I knew I found my new home.Jerry the maintenance “guru” goes above and beyond for you. I recently needed something done for me and I couldn’t get off work, Jerry stepped in and took care of my needs.Lakendra and Jerry are two great examples on great customer service. The Reese is extremely lucky to have them both.

Stefanie and Lakendra are all excellent they was very professional and definitely made us feel comfortable and helped feel good to be in our new home. The maintenance crew and staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. I love the whole staff at The Reese I will want The Reese to be my home for a very long time. I put a ticket in but because I really needed the outlet for business on my computer I contacted the front office to see if I could get someone out sooner, I spoke with Lakendra an maintenance was at my door within 30 minutes from my call. Life is stressful enough therefore I am greatful for Lakendra and Adrian for going the extra mile in assisting me in the process quickly!!!!!!

From our window we have been watching a technician in the parking lot, going back and forth, non-stop, all day long. We were wondering when he ever takes a break. The next day it happened that this technician whose name is Jerry, came to our apartment to fix few things. This gave us the opportunity to see who he really is. Jerry is a very hard worker, competent, who knows what he is doing. He assist us and make sure that our problem is solved before he leaves.Jerry is a good asset to Reese at Eastchase.

Colin always does a great job, he’s literally the best on the complex, he’s super fast at responding to any work orders, always professional, and always goes above and beyond to maintain resident satisfaction. He’s the only one that I allow to work in my unit, because with everyone else it’s always more said than done but with Colin it’s the opposite.

Been here for 3+ years now. These apartments were awful until new management came. Now its awesome. They have fixed everything in a timely manner. New Management is better than the previous. Maintenance (Jerry Hamilton) has been awesome!! He fixed our toilet, the tub drain, replaced our smoke detector & even tighter my personal grip bar on the tub for me. When my husband and I moved in April they seemed very professional, but all of that changed the day of. They told us we would have our unit ready and cleaned and when we arrived with our Uhaul Dishayla, the leasing agent at the time, told us we were not able to move in because it wasnt ready. I ended up cleaning the apartment myself. Phones were never answered and messages were never gotten back to. Ever. I had a leak pouring in my ceiling and they did not properly repair it, a leak under my sink for 2 months that I went in and called more than 6 times to be repaired. It was terrible.Then 2 weeks ago we got new management and when I say its been amazing ... like AMAZING. Ive lived in apartments my whole life and this is what Ive been used to. They fixed everything hazardous in the first week and I can tell an environmental difference. They answer immediately, have kept the residence clean, and have gotten back to me on everything even though I know Im probably annoying. Jerry Hamilton has been the maintanance man doing the repairs in my unit and hes so kind and even does follow ups with us. I really appreciate the difference and hope everyone else is feeling more at home.
