They had jazz music playing and fresh coffee and donuts 🍩 today. They also have great leasing specials, too! I recommend this place to anyone. It’s close to Memorial City Mall which works for me!

Current resident. My apartment is decent I love the detail of the apartment. Pest is not a big issue plus they have a good rotation on pest control. Community is a bit disturbing at night on a safety level however I been in worser community before. The should just have patrol onsite especially at night time. Thats my only concern is the fact they dont. The rent prices is exceptionally good if you need to save or on a budget this is the place to be.

The new manager TeVaun has been so great with helping me apply. They do not look at credit history, and is a second chance apartment complex. What a blessing for me. When I was completing my application and paying TeVaun was working on my screening and sending it over to override my credit history for an approval. What great care he had for me. I truly feel like everything is gonna be okay. That takes a special kind of person to do that for others. Im blessed to have found this apartment complex.

I just want to say how Godfrey the gentleman that keeps you a complex cleaned up could not be nicer and could not focus anymore on keeping the complex clean as far as the maintenance personnel, Eric and Raul they’re awesome whatever I need they’re there they fix it within a day or so after I Turn in a request.My only complaint is the security supposedly they have security that On site, I personally have never seen them. I am out different times of the day and at night to walk my dog.Last night someone broke into my vehicle, cracked the front windshield and broke out side glass. I am concerned about gates functioning as there always seems to be the exit gate didn’t work several weeks it was recently repaired. Now the front gate the entrance gate does not. Close. I know there’s issues with the Mail system. I keep being told that repairs will be happening soon That would be my only concern is the safety of the complex.. I’ve been promised that they’re doing something about it, so I hope that I will see some progress soon.

He is the best thing that has happened to this place in yearsYou know I have lived in these apartments early 2012 so I have seen the owners (who are not Brandon) abandon their property and responsibilities to a place I have called home for over 10 years. Then Brandon and his team were hired and it’s very nice to see our home be cared for and taken care of again. Thanks Brandon we love you!

The property looks alot cleaner. Management has improved, tremendously! I would recommend. Request are done in a good timely manner. After seeing all the improvements, I am definitely renewing my contract for this year. The only thing I wish is that there will more events for the residents.

Under new management these apartments have made a drastic turn for the better. I had a issue with a neighbor and my unit and management went above and beyond to help me get a newly renovated unit and I have been happy ever since. They always do things for the community. I went here last week to apply in person to check out the apartments I was interested in. I spoke with very kind people up front and was escorted to the apartment i was interested in by David the leasing agent. He was very kind and helpful and even related to me on whatever issues I had. Both he and Samantha(another leasing agent) both helped me figure out which apartment was right for me and the regional manager, Julie, made sure the apartment I was interested was perfect for me. I am still waiting in earnest for a call back regarding my application. I look forward to being a renter thank you!

After being here several years, I have seen more than a few new owners and managers but I am very impressed with my new manager. She is proving to be the real deal. We have so many new positive changes around here, my hope is renewed. The entire staff seems to have a pleasant disposition and the manager actually listens and cares about ANY concerns you call or come in with. Maintenance has this place shining like new money and shows up like clockwork and security has it so peaceful now. It looks great, it feels great and Im more than happy to recommend anyone looking for an apartment to definitely come here. Very amiable staff and management. Does what they can as soon as they are able. Living in ANY apatment can be a struggle, but it is easily the best my family has been in for some time. That can be attributed to the new management in my opinion.My only 2 issues are that the mailboxes were vandalized horrendously and need to be fixed and that the front gate malfunctions occasionally. Hardly something I can blame the complex for though.Overall, the place seems to be on the up and up now.

I love the customer service at the leasing office that Daniela gave me when I applied. Very informative and guided me tru the whole way. The apartments are looking beautiful!
