    It has only been 2 weeks but so far our experience at Providence has been amazing! We LOOOVE our apartment (3 bedroom 2 bath floor plan is gorgeous, the kitchen and master bath are SO beautiful & look just like the pics online). I did extensive research before choosing this place (other reviews had lots of bug and management issues the biggest review I saw here was maintenance was slow) but we have had extremely fast maintenance response even with the damages from the storm still being repaired (which we appreciate very much). Office staff is also very sweet and responsive, answering all our questions and concerns & has helped our transition tremendously (especially Nataly she is so awesome!). We really wish we waited and got a unit with a garage because that would have truly been the perfect set up but we are so happy with our place we are willing to transfer if one opens up lol. Def excited for this to be our home until we are ready to buy a house šŸ„°

    I have been living at Providence in the Park for 2 years and 3 months, and I couldnā€™t be happier with my experience. The community here is welcoming, the amenities are top-notch, and the grounds are always beautifully maintained.A special shout-out to Tara Donahue, who has been exceptional in her role. She is always responsive, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure residentsā€™ needs are met. Her dedication truly makes a difference in the quality of life here.I also want to commend the newest addition to the team. Though I havenā€™t caught her name yet, she is already proving to be a fantastic asset. Her friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist have not gone unnoticed. Itā€™s clear that she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work.Overall, Providence in the Park is a wonderful place to call home. The management team, led by incredible individuals like Tara and the new team member, ensures that residents feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great living experience.

    I live here!..Pros: The apartments are have super cute floor plans~clean~updated appliances~ nice flooring ~no roaches!(which is a super big plus in my book).They have one car garages(I believe a few units do not).Some units feature fireplaces~Nice big garden style bathtubs~Patio/balcony~...Office staff is great!..Great location!So many restaurants ~shopping ~Mall near by!...Nice safe Neighborhood.Cons: 1)The trash service~Horrible!2) Ground keeping~ could be lots better! There is often trash blowing around parking lot from the residents/the horrible trash service šŸ™„3) Pet waste: People DO NOT pick up after their pets here!!...This a big problem here!!!!! Im not sure what the office can do for these grown people that dont know how to pick up their own pets waste??..But Its just ridiculous šŸ™„.4) Security Gates: They are always open..day and night...They do not work!!.We thought it was gated when we first drove by months ago~ before move...So FYI...But!..other then that...We love it here!

    I just moved into this beautiful apartment home on the 19th and love it already. Alaina has been so great checking on me. I have had an issue with Spectrum and her and Chris have stayed on top of things for me. This is my home and am so happy Iā€™m here. Thank you Alaina for all your help.

    Our Providence apartment was a three bedroom, two bath with attached garage that was not available elsewhere in Arlington. The layout is spacious and the appliances provided were very good and reliable. The very friendly maintenance crew is a real strength with their vast knowledge and quick response to any need. The office staff has always been very helpful. Door side trash pickup was a much appreciated service. Our interface with Tara Donahue was superb and we could always count on her concern for our satisfaction. If there was a six star rating we would use it.

    I have been living here for about a year. The area is pretty busy, but the good thing is that you are close to so many attractions, restaurants, retail stores, malls, grocery stores, gas stations you name it... its here. I love how the office keeps the property tidy and clean. Maintenace is very fast and efficient. The office staff are very friendly and professional. The office manager Tara is awesome!! She is very nice friendly a great listener and is always available if you need to speak with her. Maurice is awesome as well always greeting you with a smile and there to answer any questions you may have. Apartments inside are very nice spacious and upgraded and the pool stay clean for us tenants to enjoy. They have a Digest to where they keep us update on anything that is going on around the property any parties, events and even cooking ideas. if you ever have an issue with anything they will most definitely get on the problem and get it handle because our safety is very much important to them. If youre looking for a place, please stop in and take a look see. I will definitely give this place 10 stars!!

    I have waited a full year to write an honest review. Providence in the Park is a wonderful apartment complex. It is a quiet community in Arlington with many nice restaurants and business located near by. Maintenance is very professional and the team sends someone out to assist promptly should you need any assistance. The leasing team at the front office are always dressed very professionally and they try their best to assist with any issues and answer any questions. Living at Providence in the park, I have had no issues with pests or rodents and many of the residents are kind and quiet. One minor issue is that residents may not always dispose of their trash during the week when trash is picked up by the trash service and on weekends the garbage containers overflow. It is unpleasant to the eye, but not the worst thing in the world. I was nervous when I first moved to Arlington and was extremely worried about safety, but I have felt very safe and secure in this community especially with the gated access. Out of various different apartment options, I am happy to have chosen Providence in the park. Overall I think this is a very nice place to live.

    Providence, is a quiet, gated community, with many amenities. The entire staff is very friendly, from the office team to the service team. I have to recognize two people Iā€™ve worked closely with. Tara, the Resident Experience Manager and Chris J., Service manager. Tara is very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly reachable. No matter if Iā€™ve called or emailed, her responses are quick and Iā€™m able to get a resolution. As well, I truly appreciate Service manager Christopher J. Iā€™ve had many encounters with him and heā€™s one of the best! He truly listened to my concerns, easy to communicate with, respected my wishes for my home. He quickly worked to make sure all repairs were completed expeditiously and was easy to contact.

    I only moved in to the complex just recently, however thus far the experience has been great. The location is excellent, and despite being in such a central location the atmosphere is very peaceful. That said, I am primarily writing this review now to commend the staff in the leasing office. Alaina Harvey did an exceptional job of assisting us with our specific situation -- she was very understanding of the complications that can come with moving and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible for us, even before we made any sort of commitment. She was always very responsive to our questions and did everything she could to help find the perfect apartment for us, which I am now very happy with. We are very grateful for all of Alainas help (the caliber of which we encountered nowhere else on our apartment hunt), and would very much recommend anyone looking for a new home in the area to consider this location.

Itā€™s relatively quiet, not too much going on at night, and all the staff is really helpful when you need them! Especially Nataly!     This complex has been great. I moved in last Feb, and Alaina helped me with the process and got me in swiftly. Since being here, I havent had any issues. Maintenance requests come swiftly if I need minor things here and there, the entire office team has great customer service, and the complex itself is nicely kept together. I havent had one issue since being here, and the cherry on top was me renewing my lease. I anxious to see what my new rate would be, but thankfully Im still very close to my original range. I plan on being here until Im ready to transition into home owner.

    Absolutely LOVED living here! TWOOOO Dog parks! Loved my apartment. Decent Gym and theyre gated. The staff in the front office are SUPER helpful. Nataly especially helped me a bunch of times with my /many/ questions and maintenance requests. And the Maintenance and groundskeepers are all really sweet and respectful.

    Ive lived here for 3 years now. Its located minutes from anything you would need. The property is really nice and clean and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Its a huge property with 2 pools, a nice gym, two dog parks, and plenty of other amenities. The office staff is pleasant and always willing to help. My family and I love living here .

    Iā€™ve been living here for about 7 months and I love it! The community is family friendly and the staff are very helpful and nice. Anytime Iā€™ve put a service request in which has only been a few times they come quickly to fix anything and itā€™s always a quick and effective fix. My one bedroom is perfect in size for me and my cat! The apartment itself is beautifully updated! Plus the balcony sizes are great, I can fit my viney cucumber plants, tomatoes, jalapeƱos and more out there with room to sit and relax.

    Overall It was a great experience thanks to Natalie Cruz she made the process very easy and was very helpful. Definitely recommend speaking with her!! , the apartment is really nice with a lot of space , the units are up to date ! Grouse does a very great job at keeping up with the complex it stays very clean tons of it amenities two pools on the property and a Jacuzzi that stays open all year around and not to mention itā€™s very close to the shopping centers in the area including the parks mall

    I have been living here about 5 years now and this has been a great home for me and my girls. Any help we have ever needed management is always available and ready to help. They always have events for the community to help us get to know the management team as well as our neighbors. The community is safe, well kept, we enjoy walking most mornings. I especially love Tara, she responds to all of my emails and always makes me feel like a priority. So we are definitely grateful to live in such an amazing complex.

    I have to start out and say Maurice, the agent who helped me with the lease. He was very nice and very helpful. He also understood my situation, and I believe he tried to expedite things as fast as he could as to help me.Seemingly nice and quiet apartments for my first night.Maintenance inside and out appears to be good. Though shower/bath tub water pressure is very low! Dont expect high volume flow.These apartments are gated, they have a pool, dog areas, workout, and Ballards room.Ill say, this place is not cheap, and driving around the parking area is a maze. One or more entry exits on the northern end of the complex would be a help to get in and out faster.Overall, if you like apartment life and have the money for the rent. Then this place might be for you.

    I called in to get leasing information for a friend that was having a hard time finding a place. I spoke with a wonderful leasing agent by the name of Emily that was very professional, patient with my questions and informative. One thing I love is good customer service and she definitely has that. Within minutes I was sent over everything that was needed for qualifying.If you are looking for an apartment with people that listens to your your questions and concerns and are passionate about their job this is the place for you. Not everyone is like that trust me!

    I am a new resident and am very happy with my experience so far. Alaina was very helpful to work with during my leasing experience! She still helps out any time I have a question or anything! I love my apartment and am very happy living here. No place is perfect, however all service requests are handled very promptly! The biggest perk to this apartment for me is the attached garage. The community here feels very safe, which was so important to me when looking for an apartment.

    I love this community itā€™s nice clean and everyone is friendly once you meet them. The neighborhood is great itā€™s peaceful and quiet. The office staff is amazing, but Mrs Tara Donahue omg is all I can say. Sheā€™s amazing she be spot on. She will help you in any way. When something needs to be done she is on it.     My son rented an apartment at Providence in the Park upon his relocation from Boston for work. We had to make arrangements from Boston and rented it sight unseen. He wound up loving it.     My family and I went to go view the Providence apartments last weekend and had a great tour with Maurice! His friendly nature and professionalism succeeded in making us feel welcome, and he went above and beyond in providing the information we needed to make our decision. On top of this, he was proactive in providing a bowl of water for our dog and showing us the pet-friendly amenities the complex has to offer.Overall, you can tell Maurice loves what he does and is passionate about providing a great experience for future residents!

    This has been one of the best places I have ever lived at. Tara, apart the office staff has always gone above and beyond for us if we needed any type of help. Amenities are great, for example my dogs love the pet spa. The maintenance staff is amazing, always working hard and responding to any requests in a timely manner. This community is also in a great location, just off of I-20 and its right next to target and the parks mall.

    I lived here for 5 years and am sad to go. Management is stellar, Tara Donahue is amazing. She responds promptly to emails and always has a positive attitude. Ive lived in places were management was very rude. Have not had that experience here. The grounds are well kept, theres a lot of places to walk your dog(s) and there are a couple of nice dog parks. A dog spa as well! Obviously, very dog friendly. In the last 5 years that I lived here, I havent had any safety issues as far as break-ins, etc. Its a safe environment to live in. Again, Tara thank you so much! I will miss it here.

    We just recently moved into The Providence In The Park. We have been hunting for the right apartment for a few months and we can say that we have finally found the right place. It was a great experience touring the property with Nataly Cruz, one of the propertys leasing consultants. She was very helpful with information regarding the apartment complex and surrounding businesses, stores, etc.She was very knowledgeable and attentive to all our questions and concerns.Finally the day came for us to move into our apartment and it was a very easy process.     Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs.Tyler (manager/Leasing agent) not totally sure which one would be her title either way just speaking to her over the phone was one of the BEST experiences Iā€™ve had when calling to inquire about a property. Sheā€™s a total vibe & definitely in the right business because she had me sold with just her amazing personality. Can hardly wait to go view the property. Thank You Mrs.Tyler!!!!!!!Update: I went to view the property & was sold havenā€™t seen my unit yet so Iā€™m all over the place excited and nervous for this new start! I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs.Collette O. Sheā€™s definitely a Angel sent from god , every other day Iā€™m calling her with questions and each time she answers each one with the same PERFECT ATTITUDE, I donā€™t know her personally but I def love her. So far sheā€™s everyone Iā€™ve met at the providence has been a pleasure! Buttt again and again thank you Mrs.Collette!!! ā¤ļøHiyaaaaa! Itā€™s meeee back again!! Not a paid actress I actually do live here and I wish google would let me make separate reviews & not just updates.. haha but whatever letā€™s talk about providence in the park AND THEIR AMAZING STAFF!! No honestly it kinda saddens me that when I came here two years ago I never knew about this place, not only do they care for the upkeep of the units but they also care about their tenants . Iā€™ve had no major issues only a leaking faucet and my air system froze up it was fixed the same or following day. No bugs , no noise , very peaceful and a place I love to call home considering all that Iā€™ve been thru with apartments in the past if I ever go anywhere before buying a house it better be under courtland management! Because they really no they reallllly care about their people! Iā€™m here for a long time and a good time I LOVE IT HERE!     The grounds are so amazing. Maurice and his staff are the most helpful staff members Ive ever encountered in an apartment complex before. I never wanted to leave this complex but my mother needed help at home so I had to back to help her in her old age.     I lived here for a year, just renewed my lease its quiet, i love the area, the community is quiet.     My husband and I have lived here for over a year and have had a good experience so far. The property is large with plenty of courtyard/grassy areas to take our dog out on a walk. The grounds are regularly well taken care of. This place is very pet-friendly in a fairly quiet area and the residents are polite. Close to the highway for commutes, but hidden enough to be away from the busy main streets.Management and maintenance are timely in their responses and they are on top of communication and customer service. Gena Hampton (the concierge in the office) is friendly, professional and real. She is one of the few office staff members in all of my experiences with leasing who have made me feel like a fellow human being and welcomed.The only disappointing things I can think of are minor complaints of an inconvenient layout (but who can really control that?) or workmanship on a specific apartment piece, but they were not anywhere close to being deal breakers. For the price were paying and all the other perks, its much better to live with them and be thankful. No experiences with bugs, rodents, etc. so well take that as a win.

Iā€™ve never met a more dedicated and hard working person at any property that I service.     Providence in the Park! A place to call home. My boyfriend and I just moved here about a few weeks ago and couldnā€™t be happier. Weā€™ve seen and weā€™ve lived in apartments in the past and none of which compare to these! Trust me, my word is good. We had an all around wonderful experience from the time we took the tours to the time we decided to move on in! The details within the apartments are amazing. I canā€™t say that enough! Details. Details. Details. I love them. The apartments are so clean and classy! And Itā€™s so well kept! They work hard here at the Providence to make sure we are all kept happy and satisfied. We loved the leasing staff and one in particular, her name is Tara. Ask for her! Sheā€™s absolutely awesome! I am one of those people who look for great service everywhere I go. Tara made sure we were taken care of completely! Helped us with any and everything we needed. I will never forget how welcomed she made us feel because that is so important when making a decision like this! If youā€™re thinking about leasing here... do it! do it! do it!

    What I enjoy most about Providence is its location extremely accessible to anything you need! Management has changed multiple times, but the I ran into Chris Jackson and he has always helped us with any issues that may have come up. I have seen him on my way to work a few times and he always asks how we are doing, if we need anything, are there any issues within our building, its nice to live in a place that checks in from time to time and I dont have to hunt someone down when I have an issue, awesome help. We enjoy the community. the gated entrance helps with most criminal activity around the area. There are always a few people in apartments that ruin it for the bunch but Providence has done a good job of weeding those type of people out of the neighborhood.

    I moved very quick from Atlanta after being there for over 15 years. I didnā€™t know anything about Dallas except the Arlington area where my mother resides. Walking into Providence was one of the best decisions I could make! The staff is amazing! More importantly GENA!!! The best community manager there is! She moved efficiently and was able to get a move in date that worked for me! The apartments really they are ā€œhomesā€ are beautiful. The amenities and the style is modern and updated. The little things go a very long way here! Everyone loves living here and are so happy :) close to one of the best malls, all shopping centers and eat eat eat!     I moved in about 8 months ago and everything has been great ever since! I dealt with Alaina when finding my new home and she was awesome to work with, answered all my questions and was very good at following up with me. Which is something I was dealing with when looking at other places Is the leasing agents wouldnā€™t follow up with me in a timely manner. Alaina helped me find an apartment WITH a garage which was personally a deal breaker for me and so far couldnā€™t be happier. Iā€™m also surprised with the amenities that comes with the place. The two pools, gym and IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYER which was another deal breaker for me and very pleased I have that!

    Im starting to question the validity of these reviews. Honestly, its a pretty nice and quiet complex. Its pretty expensive, a little overpriced in my opinion, but thats a main part of why the complex is peaceful and maintained as is. Ive seen lots of professionals and working class living here. No playground for my kids, but on the flip side you dont hear children running around yelling at night. Every maintenance request I have put in has been completed within 2 weeks, and thats at the latest. Any issues with your garage door are fixed immediately. Now I dont put in maintenance request in at the office, I do it online and it seems to process faster. Staff is always friendly, but then again Im just trying to pick up a package, not be their best friend. I do hate cats, and they seem to be all over the place. And I wish they had closer trash cans or different trash pick up schedule. Some neighbors walk like they have cement blocks for feet, but no real issues or problems that cant be overlooked or solved. No place is perfect but if I move, the apartment complex would have to be better than this one, and from the looks of the surrounding complexes, this one is the better choice.

    I went to view the apartments. Itā€™s a well kept location, close to the outlets and shopping. The staff was very accommodating, explained lease terms, gave me a tour, and help me decide on the best location for me. I thought it was informative to say, a lot of locations are limited to the way they show you a property, due to Covid, and I was grateful the team here showed me the difference. Iā€™m old school, so making a decision is still based on how Iā€™m treated and the accommodations the location provides. The team at Providence stood out! And I will be looking to lease soon.

    I really have enjoyed living here so far. The complex is quiet despite the engines of a few nice cars here and there but these noises are limited. Most of the residents seem to be professionals working normal hours and respectful of others. Kim Shelley has made sure all of my maintenance needs are handled promptly and accurately. My neighbors are all very helpful and accommodating. Iā€™m on the first floor and noises from above are limited which is great. Iā€™ll be renewing my lease here. Appliances are super new and well kept. Covered parking is adequate and garages arenā€™t expensive if you need one. Best bang for your buck in the area out of the 15-20 complexes I checked out.

    When I went to see these apartment, I was greeted by Maurice and he made me feel comfortable with my decision making. He didnt not make me feel pressured into renting a property. The property was very clean and welcoming. I had a very good experience and love the layout of the property.

    Ive been living here for almost a year now and it has been overall a pretty good experience. The price is good and I love that I have a covered parking spot right near my apartment. The layout is nice and any problems I have had maintenance has been very responsive.They do need to replace the windows because they are very cheap and thin, so you will have a very high electricity bill in the summer (even with energy efficient curtains)I like the location, it is near all the shopping in Arlington yet still easy to get to with the entrances on non major roads.I would recommend living here.

    My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 months and love it here so far. We got lucky and got one of the upgraded apartments and get compliments whenever guests come over. Parking is great, weā€™ve never once had to worry about finding a spot for our second car. Itā€™s very dog-friendly, when I go to pick up my packages from the office I bring my dog in they donā€™t mind and even come pet her (their little dog park is also great so I can let her off leash to run). Weā€™ve found the people in the office very helpful, especially Kim. Overall the apartment complex seems really safe and well taken care of.

    Iā€™m not usually one to leave reviews, but WOW! This place is beautiful! The landscape is so pretty and neighborhood is nice. Bonus: Its walking distance to Target! You get what you pay for here. I had help from Mrs. Kristen and she was such a huge help! She was very accommodating and sweet. She helped me out so much and answered all my questions.     No Where Better!Iā€™ve been living at Providence in the Parks for six years. Each time Iā€™m going to the office the staff is very professional and treats me with courtesy and respect. Gena is the current leasing manager and Concierge. Gena is such a delight to speak with. Sheā€™s very professional and a class act. I recommend anyone who wants a professional community to live in to come see Gena. If we think of moving, we canā€™t when people like Gena are in the office elevating the experience.     I was moving to the Dallas area from Memphis and had to locate a property sight unseen. Gena at Providence in the Park was the lucky soul to be tasked with managing my leasing experience and I could not have found better assistance!! She eased my anxieties pleasantly, professionally, and with good humor. I emailed Gena incessantly in the two months preceding my move and she answered every inquiry thoroughly and with the patience of a saint! She took the time to understand my needs and matched me to the floor plan that would best meet my expectations. She gave me the 411 on the surrounding area and assured me that all my necessities were close by. Her closing words were always Trust me. I did, and that trust was not misplaced. Gena made an otherwise scary undertaking pleasant and not in the least bit disappointing. I cannot thank her enough!!!!!UPDATE: Moved out after a year because I moved out of the area and my rating is still FIVE STARS!! Move out process was easy, without any surprise charges. I miss this place!! Amenities and service are outstanding. Great experience.

I have worked with Kimberly Posekany and she has been amazing, especially during the last 3 months where my bank has been sending my rent payment back as account canā€™t be located. Kimberly has been very understanding and patience, she has worked with us and went beyond her call. Kimberly is professional, kind and extremely easy to work with.     My roommate and I moved into providence nearly 2 years ago with the help of Ensenada and recently I decided to find a place on my own with the help of the lovely Ensenada again. Not only was she able to quickly help me find what I needed but the apartment I leased as all of my needs. I had looked at other places in the area to try and suit my needs, but each place either was sketchy, did not have my requirements, or were in an area of high crime. If youre looking for a place you can call home that not only has beautiful upgraded interior, is gated, and has a great office staff look into moving into Providence! You wont be disappointed!I have now lived here for another 6 months and we officially have a completely new staff! Everyone is so sweet and accommodating, and really helps to make me feel at home. I have not had any problems getting my minor maintenance requests filled either! Love calling this place home!

    We have lived here about a year, and over the last couple months have had quite a few issues with our AC. Megan is always very helpful in getting it taken care of ASAP. She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. Thank you Megan!***UPDATED: Im guessing that none of the management that was present when we left are still there, we were told we would receive a statement in the mail with our remaining balance due, if any. (That was end of December 2018) never received anything so we figured it was taken care of...NOPE! Got a letter from a collections agency for over $800.00. Have sent all emailed correspondence (fees needed to end our lease early, stating that we would receive a statement, photos of mold found, etc.) to the agency and awaiting on a response. I will hire a lawyer if needed, I REFUSE to pay them the money they claim we owe. Its in the black and white of email!Not to mention the MOLD we had in our apartment with an INFANT who was always sick. His doctor said they could not pen it down to the mold itself, but it definitely had a contributing factor. They tried to just paint over it the first time, but I saw the dark spots under the ONE layer of paint, so I scraped a piece off and had them come back out and replace the sheet-rock. TALK ABOUT A NIGHTMARE.

    Ive only been living here for a week and a half. I read all the reviews before I came here, so i knew what I was getting myself into. But, so far so good. I like Regina and Veronica-very attentive and answer any and all questions I may have. There are a couple things that need to be fixed in the apartment, but nothing thats not a quick fix. I do have two dogs and I pick up behind them every time, because I wouldnt want to step in dog poop...Even if the bags are across the way, I fight with my dogs (pulling) to get to the bags and I pick up their mess. But there are some residents that Ive watched from my window let their dog poop and they just walk off and leave it there. I wish there were cameras so these people can be fined or something. I think that the price (with a garage) is great, especially being next to the mall and lots of shopping areas. I dont have to drive far for anything. So, I love it here. Hope it stays this way!

    First, let me address all the nay-sayers. Go buy a freaking house if you dont like apartment living. Then you can put up with and pay for your own maintenance and upkeep, no waiting. People scale the fence? Seriously? Dumbest freaking thing I ever heard. The pools are crowded because there are 400 apartment units and only 2 pools, idiot! Noise and yelling in the parking lot.....how can you blame the apartment management for that???? Am I supposed to give the management 1 star because all of you complainers on google are giving me a headache? Blame ME for the noise; Im the guy who rides my motorcycle with the loud pipes through the complex on occasion.Now that I have that off my chest, heres the real deal. Ive been here for over a year, I live in an apartment and I have a freaking garage directly attached to the unit. How cool it that?? Not a whole lot of options for that around Arlington. The maintenance staff has always been responsive and quick, relatively speaking. My God, how many units do they have to service on a daily basis? Kudos! The office staff always greets me with a smile and a willingness to help. Maybe its just because Im NICE TO THEM! Let me just say to the office staff and the maintenance staff: Keep up the good work and thanks for making Providence In The Park a great place to live.

    When I first looked at Providence in the Park, Shelby was the person that showed us the property. She was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. Even at the last minute I had a request to change the term and she quickly took care of that as well. She made me feel like I was the only person that needed assistance the entire day. I called back and forth at least 4 times. She never hesitated. Always professional, knowledgeable and open to addressing my concerns of location uncertainty. I called back 2 weeks after our initial conversation, and she asked of my family and my motherā€™s health. She remembered!! I couldnā€™t believe it. When all of my arrangements are finalized here in Nigeria, Greystar properties will be my only choice for residence..

    These apartments are very nice and offer many amenities that we were looking for in a new home. Alaina was very helpful with answering our questions and professional in her demeanor.

    Back to school event was AWESOME!! Great music, food, drinks, and even greater people!! So nice to see the kids come get their school supplies and enjoy time with their parents and community. Always a good time, thanks staff!!

    We toured a one-bedroom with Sherree and although we didnt sign a lease due to the unit size, Sherree gave us a 5-star experience! She was extremely warm, patient, and her cheerful energy was infectious. She was very knowledgable about the complex although it was only her first day! We were thoroughly impressed. The complex was extremely beautiful as well!

    My husband and I have not lived here long but we are continuously blown away with how fantastic this place is ran. Requests are always acted upon in a timely fashion, and when our A/C went out they went above and beyond to make sure we stayed comfortable. Shout out to Tara at the front who is beyond hospitable!

    Iā€™ve lived with Roommates consistently since moving out on my own (about 10yrs. Ago now) and have been wanting a place to call my own. Providence has made this possible. With a homey asthetic appeal, spacious 1 bedroom apartments (perfect for single college student living) and an excellent, speedy, top-notch maintaince staff, i definetly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment complex to call home for a good long while.Not to mention the rules and regulation of the valet trash program has cut down on pest problems and overall look from trash sitting outside apartments. I really Appreciate the attention to detail with this program. A lot of apartment complexes Iā€™ve lived in in the past have tried to start this program and it hasnā€™t worked out as well as this one. I really Appreciate it.

    I lived here for 2 years and loved it, has been a great community to live in and when ever I needed something or had a question the staff was always ready to help me out. They are on top of all the maintenance requests, keeping the community clean, and very quick to react to high priority action items like the AC dying in the middle of summer. I would suggest this place to anyone.

    Theres a lady named Shelby, Very nice lady to talk to and a very nice lady to do business with do not overlook this lady. If anybody trying to find an apartment here always go to that lady. She she will assist you in every kind of way. not read the reviews, do this whole thing and I think all of them are bogus.

    I am extremely satisfied with my choice of residence with my relocationion from Mississippi. On our search for a home we were surprised at finding the place we can call our new home on our first visit to Providence In The Park. Ms. GINA HAMPTON was great with making us feel at home.     The maintenance supervisor Chris Jackson is phenomenal. His professionalism is a breath of fresh air, and his line of communication is unparalleled. The most impressive thing about Chris is his responsiveness as he always answers his phone and is prompt to tackle any task thrown his way. I can always rely on Chris!!!

    I loved my apartment at Providence In The Park. I lived in the Aspen floorplan. Spacious kitchen with an abundance of cabinetry. You donā€™t find a kitchen of that size in very many apartment homes.

    I can write a book on the superb services that I received at providence in the Park. The young lady that helped us Gena Hampton was the most professional and proficient person we have ever expierienced . She went over and beyond the call of duty to help to meet our needs as far as what we were looking for in an apt. We called her numerous times and she never got snappy with us or loose her patience with us with all our questions. I will definitely be referring everyone to this place.

    I have worked with Gena Hampton and she is amazing. Gena is professional, kind and extremely easy to work with. All the staff is wonderful but she is by far my favorite. Get your rental home with Providence.

    My daughter has lived in Providence for 2 years and now switching apartments but staying in Providence. Ensenada is always a pleasure and such a huge help!! We have no complaints with Providence. My husband and I are extremely happy with Providence In The Park and are glad that our daughter feels safe calling it home.
