I recently spend the last year at the preserve at willow park. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay.The staff was absolutely amazing!Cecelia and Amanda held the front desk with professionalism grace and kindnessThey went over and above to be efficient and helpful in every way I cannot thank them enough ! Richard also repaired fixed anything and everything in timely matter as well as kept the pool pristine I cannot thank him enough as well. Chris in maintenance was also efficient.My apt. Was great the amenities top shelfThere is a community here that truly caresThe staff contributed herbs and plants to community garden plots which kept my green thumb happy, crafts days were funAs was Friday happy hrs. Dogs are welcome here and have dog park ect.I will truly miss my stay in preserve and texas and highly recommend.It is a diamond in the rough

I have lived here since the Preserve first opened. I fell in love with the place and most importantly the staff. They are do friendly and help me in any way they can. I have never had any issues. My dog Bucky and I both love it. The joke is that he lets me live here. I feel very safe and well protected. I love seeing the Willow Park police coming around. Friendly residents and lots of fun activities. Convenience as well...close to anything you need. The staff works very hard to keep us busy and happy. Cant say enough about The Preserve. Ill be here as long as I can . Even with all the building going on,. It is still tucked in and kind of hidden off the main drag. Come join the fun and comfort of The Preserve at Willow Park

I moved here, sight unseen, nearly 2 years ago. I love it. It is a senior complex, age 55 plus. My neighbors are awesome. The office schedules activities should we wish to attend. I enjoy the bingo once a month and happy hour every week. These activities always go on my personal calendar every month. We have a gym, a beauty/ barber shop, a spa, a movie theater, and a craft room. If you like to walk but dont want to be too hot or too cold, the hallways are a great option. Its a great place to live!!

When I discovered The Preserve at Willow Park the summer of 22, I asked my daughter to take the tour too because I wanted to make sure I wasnt missing something as I couldnt find ANYTHING wrong and so she did and she too fell in love with it and wished she could move here too...she has a few years to go before she qualifies, lol. When I took my tour that fateful day of July 22 I got to meet a few of the residents and asked them how they like it here and one said that she felt like she was on a cruise ship every day and then I started telling people the same thing because its true! And there is another special reason that Im so happy I chose to be here, I met a wonderful man that moved here and we fell in love and got married right here at The Preserve! Our wedding and reception was beautiful and it all came together with the help of our amazing staff of Tracy, Cecelia, Amanda, Richard & Chris who are always kind and go out of their way to make us all feel at home.

I have to say I am so grateful for this community. My mom lives here and it makes me so happy that she is loving her home. Tracy and the office staff has always made me feel welcomed when I go visit. This community is so clean and beautiful too. All though I do not live here, I needed to make sure the staff gets recognition for the way they take care of the property and treat the residents. You can tell they really care about the residents and the community.

My husband and I are thrilled with life at the Preserve. When we set out to find a place to live the Preserve at Willow Park stood out among the rest!!A good part of this was due to Amanda in the front office. She was so fabulous to work with and so genuinely nice . She was by our side thru the whole process assisting us and we are very grateful.Thank You 🙏

The Preserve met expectations, considerably. They have the most friendly staff Ive encountered in a long time, and they are great to work with. The apartments are contemporary, charming, and well-structured. Except for a couple of old geezers, the tenants are friendly, polite, and sociable.

I am new to Willow Park and The Preserve from the Bedford area. I have never lived in a brand new apartment and absolutely love mine. I work full time so do not get to enjoy all the activities or amenities but so happy here. The management and maintenance staff are both amazing.

Absolutely fantastic property ! I am a vendor that has done work out here. Awesome staff big shoutout to Cecilia, Amanda, and Miss Tracy for being so nice and genuine with our service, and just helping us with questions, when my partner and I came out here. hHghly recommend for anyone wanting to live out here !!! They will take care of you !!!
