My boyfriend and I lived here for about 3 years and we loved it. The leasing staff was always very friendly and great with communication. Maintenance was always quick to fix things and the amenity areas (pool, gym, amazon lockers, etc.) were always clean. The groundskeeping was always kept up with as well. The apartment itself was so nice and updated and we hardly had any maintenance issues and never had any pest issues. We unfortunately outgrew apartment living, but if we could, we would absolutely live here again.

We absolutely LOVE living at The Preserve! The apartments are so classic and homey. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous, and the amenities are wonderful. You have to see the pool area!The staff is kind and always very helpful. We have no complaints! If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend making The Preserve your home!

I have lived here a couple of years and it’s absolutely beautiful. I love the open space, the green grass, the beautiful landscaping. The maintenance requests are same day or next day. There are for sure people who are inconsiderate, and don’t pick up after their dogs, or they walk their dogs off leash. But that’s apartment living. At the end of the day, my unit is nice, the maintenance is great, and the staff are amazing. I love living here. I’m on the top floor so I don’t hear my neighbors. There’s a beautiful park two miles away, a dog park that is enormous, HEB has quality produce, and you are centrally located to bars and restaurants in woodlands or Tomball, or an easy ride to hardy toll road and the airport or to downtown. I leave the area a lot to explore and I’m always content coming home to my peace and quiet. The amenities are great and I love relaxing at the pool. But number one is the people here are great and the staff really cares. I highly recommend it here.

I have been living for almost 2 years. This has been one of the best experiences so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Paige and Dylan are the best at helping you figure out positive solutions. I have never lived at a community that stays on top of the apartment community calendar like they do. There are always family friendly activities each month. The maintenance staff here is very quick and efficient. They are also good at keeping the property looking very nice. Preserve at Spring Creek is good community to call home.

I moved here one year nine months ago. This place was a refuge and sanctuary for the life change that came my way. A place of peace and healing. The apartment itself is modern with every accommodation that makes life comfortable. Beautiful wooden laminated flooring and great modern appliances. Huge bathroom and adequate closet and linen space. Beautiful trails for walks, especially with your four legged companions. Well maintained external surroundings. All clients responsible to clean up after pets and do so. The swimming pools are to die for with accommodations for friends and family if needed. Most of all great maintenance if and when needed with the most friendly and helpful maintenance team. The manager is the most compassionate and caring person who understands people. Just moved in but they have the best staff!! This is my first rental home and I have found this community to be a great place to live. The units are well maintained, and the maintenance team is very responsive.There are some really nice people living here and it feels safe. Can’t wait to join in the community activities and use the pool.The property is clean and easy to find my way around.

I have called The Preserve at Spring Creek home for over 5 years now! I absolutely love this property. The maintenance crew is fast, efficient and friendly. The front office is staffed by helpful, friendly folks, who will go out of their way to help you. Special shout out to Paige, who I have never seen without a smile on her face, and willingness to assist in any way needed, and to Dylan, who has gone over and beyond to help me out (he helped me locate a gift my mother addressed to the wrong apartment!!). The property itself is beautiful, with fantastic amenities, including not one, but 2 stunning pools in the middle of a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The Preserve at Spring Creek is a wonderful place to live!

I have lived here for 3 years, but not once have I had an issue with the property staff. Everyone has been nothing but nice, and it really makes me feel comfortable living here. The maintenance man, Ernesto, is one of the nicest men. He fixed my washing machine very quickly and was happy to fix the things around my apartment when I was not able to myself. Paige, the property manager, has always been very kind and very helpful. I highly recommend moving in here!

Ive been living at the preserve at spring creek apartments for over 5 years and every day still feels like the first. The entire staff is incredible. Whenever I have needed any help, they have been quick to respond and correct any issues. The location of these apartments are also beyond incredible. Anything ever needed is within walking distance. The preserve at spring creek apartments is the place to be!

Ive lived here for almost 2 years now, and I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. The grounds are very well maintained, the staff is super nice and helpful, and where Im at (building 9), its very peaceful and quiet which I LOVE! Any service requests I put in are attended to promptly. Definitely worth the price of living here. Paige has been the best property manager Ive had the pleasure of knowing.

The Preserve is an amazing place for all kinds of people. This is my first apartment and the experience has been amazing. The front desk was very communicative, informative, and attentive to our needs and questions. The grounds are very well maintained and it is clear that management cares about cultivating a positive and fun environment for its residents. The apartments are also reasonably priced, we got an A1 apartment and are very pleased with it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone searching for a quality home.

I really miss living here I wish I can move back here but you know what they are so amazing the manager Paige is awesome very into the residents and pays attention to detail. This is a very beautiful complex I moved to the Houston Westheimer area and there is no comparison Chalk and Cheese . I loved beautiful modern and clean. This place is exceptionally well maintained it’s like living in really in style for an affordable price. Everywhere else gauges your pockets here it’s not like that . This property is really Resort style living the swimming pools are 2 large pools the pool area is state of the art the bathrooms by the pool area is so well kept the bbq area and cooking grill are always clean the premises are always well manicured, there is also a fire pit.. the pool area is 24 hours. . I lived here for almost 5 years I’ve never had an issue the maintenance is on point out here. The walking trail is absolutely lovely the place smells fantastic always. I give this place a 5 star rating !!!

I lived here for the past year (July ‘21 - Aug ‘22) and i have to say i have loved every second of it! The leasing office has always been available, kind and helpful. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly and staff is also great. The tomball area is amazing! Everything you need is close by. The unit itself, modern interior, stainless steel appliances & wood floor! I love all the grass for the best walks, the pool is amazing, the gym is nice & big, also have a dog park. I’m gonna miss this place. Thank you for being an amazing first apartment experience 😻

My daughter and I have lived here for 4 years now and still counting more ahead! It has been an amazing experience from the very welcoming management staff to any maintenance needs! The staff is fantastic here!!! They make you feel at home and truly care about their residents! I HIGHLY recommend this luxury apartment complex and it will fit all your needs you are looking for!! I have lived in other apartments and none compare to this one!! Definitely one to check out and after touring the beautiful facilities and meeting the amazing staff it will make your choice super easy!

I lived at The Preserve the last year, Paige and Savannah are awesome !!! They helped me with any questions or issues I came across while living here and always made me feel very welcomed!The property itself is spacious and clean!The amenities are awesome as well! The pool was my favorite! Also there’s a fire pit for when it gets colder out!Also it’s great when the food trucks come out as well!I would definitely recommend living here!!

Anna and Leticia are great. I lived there for a year and they were awesome helping with the fire we had on property. I would of stayed if they had the floor plan I wanted. Highly recommend the place if the staff is still there. Great price for large floor plans.

Ive enjoyed living here very much. The amenities are high-end and well maintained. The neighbors are quiet and even living in the building close to a main road, the apartment is quiet. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They all make an effort to get to know you and help in anyway that they can. You can definitely pay a lot more for this quality of apartment living. Great location too with easy access to shopping, the Grand Parkway and lots of parks and walking paths just across the street as you head into Creekside.

Any maintenance issues are sorted promptly and the grounds are maintained to a high standard. If you are looking for a new apartment I would look no further.

I lived in building 5 for about two years. Never had an issue. Maintenance was always timely and never had a bug issue. I had to move to Atlanta for work and with the amount of bugs that are in that city and the apartments that have issues there I truly appreciate the work that was put into keeping the preserve a nice place to be in. I miss living there!

The grounds are so nice and clean and so maintained. And if you have a maintenance problem, they are there ASAP . I Love this place and I am proud to call it my home.

Currently in my third year as a resident, and I couldnt be more pleased.I did detailed examinations of most of the facilities in the area before choosing this community and I remain thrilled with my choice.Maintenance issues have been quickly resolved in a friendly fashion, and the staff that was brought in following the most recent management change has been great.The open spacing at the heart of the facility adds to the high-end feel of the complex, and keeps noise levels to a minimum. I have neighbors below and on two sides and have literally never heard them, so they are either very quiet or the place is well insulated.Three things I would point out for anyone interested in moving here:My balcony faces the Northeast, and therefore rarely gets direct sun. This means the apartment can be a tad dark in the evenings, but is saves a ton on air-conditioning.Second: There are places around the area that are slightly less in terms of rent, but the amenities/peace and quiet/private feel make up for it. Spending the extra $50 per month is MORE than worth it.Third: Find an apartment in the inner ring around the pool. Looking out over the green field/trees/pool areas makes the place feel like a nice townhouse and not an apartment.

I’ve been living at the preserve at spring for almost two years . It is Beautiful place to live , it’s very clean area , there is two beautiful pools . Shopping centers is 2 minutes away. Very comfortable for families with kids. The management are very nice and always with smiles on their faces ))

Just signed my 3rd lease here. I love the staff in the office, the apartments are beautiful. They have things that matter that other apartments dont. Such as a full size dishwasher, nice fixtures, and a fridge that has ice and water that come out of the front. Two pools is nice when its hot and there are a lot of people outside. The only problem I am starting to have it parking. Its getting hard to find a parking spot near my building when I work late.

My wife and I moved in about 6 months ago. Theres maybe 1 or 2 things I dont like (things I knew going in so I cant complain) and about 100 things I do like.The staff is great, super friendly and helpful. They do lots of fun things like having a taco truck once a month, they had an easter egg hunt, meet-and-greet activities, holiday parties, etc. I even have to give it up for the maintenance guys—they trim the hedge by our patio at least every couple of weeks and the grounds are always super clean. The pool area is great: tv, free gas grills, fridge/sink area, and bathrooms.The area is great and so far we havent had any major issues. When we first moved in our kitchen sink was acting up but they fixed it the same day. Then we had some box in our master closet start beeping and not only did they fix it, Michelle (front office person) came by to watch so shed know how to fix it in the future.Cant say enough. Love living here.

This was my first time renting an apartment and I’m so glad it was with The Preserve. I’m still blown away by their service and willingness to go above and beyond in every way. If it were up to me I would’ve never left but I moved for a new job in Houston. Michelle and Paige are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I dealt with them a lot and they are beyond nice and personable, very down to earth, and incredibly helpful! This place and the people in it made it SO HARD to find a new place that was close to comparable. I LOVED every minute of my stay here!!! This place is really great! Right next to Burroughs Park, and like 10-15 minutes from the Woodlands Mall. The entire staff is very kind, an maintenance is quick with work orders. Very beautiful area, and the grounds are well kept. I would highly recommend anyone apartment searching in this area to take a look; it is well worth it!! Very calm and relaxed.

When I was finishing my enlistment in the Army and beginning to move to Houston, the preserve at spring creek team made my transition go so smooth. The maintenance team has always been right on point and extremely punctual. Anything that we need as residents, the amazing team at the preserve at spring creek is there to help. We have so many great surroundings and landmarks it really makes it hard to find anywhere better.

Im a new resident and I havent actually moved in yet - but for those of you struggling through the apartment hunt I cannot recommend The Preserve enough! I had a terrible experience at my last apartment complex - both with the property and the management - because of this it made me a little gun shy looking for something new. Paige and her whole staff made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I walked in! After seeing a unit and the property I absolutely fell in love. Once I applied Paige bent over backwards to help me get the perfect unit with a price that worked for me. And throughout the entire process she was helpful and available to answer any question I had - and if she wasnt available her team was more than willing to help. If youre looking for a place where you feel like more than a number to the leasing agent and like they actually care you cant go wrong with The Preserve!

This place is awesome!! The staff was always so accommodating and helpful. The amenities are great, one of the pools was shut down a couple times when I lived there but only because of the tenats not following the rules and bringing/ breaking glass in the in the pool. Besides that the complex is top notch! I’m not sure what the review is with the bribing of moving of furniture as I would have loved help movin lol. I believe customer service is key and you definitely get that at The Preserve!

I really enjoy living at the Preserve. I do wish there was more communication for events through the Resident app as well as when trash pick up will not be available for certain holidays. I would also like to be notified if I have a package that was delivered to the front office. Otherwise, the community is well kept and has a few fun events.

Aside from the amazing pool and amenities here, the maintenance guys are freaking awesome. Had a small issue with my AC thermostat this morning.. within 10 minutes of calling, they came.. the issue was more complex than they originally thought, but they didnt leave until it was fixed. Lauren and Savannah in the office checked in the whole time until it was quickly resolved. Great job today guys!

Great Staff! Great Location! Great Amenities! I have only been here for one week, but already I feel at home. A few maintenance issues on move-in that were taken care of immediately and very well.
