I just moved here from out of town and all of the staff at The Preserve are so nice and ready to help. With it being a brand new complex, there are some things that needed to be sorted out and I had questions with a lot of things, but they are very good at answering the calls during business hours and maintenance crew is above and beyond. I was helped by Ellis and he made me feel at home and addressed all of my concerns. I feel safe here and would recommend to anyone looking in the area or attending UMHB. The views are amazing and all the appliances are brand new!

My roommate and I just moved in and we absolutely love it here! It’s a perfect layout for us and the perfect size. Not to mention the amenities and view we have! It is perfect for anyone who is attending UMHB but wants more luxurious living than on-campus housing! I highly recommend moving here if you are on the fence about it. The whole process was so smooth and easy.

I have loved living at the preserve. It’s brand new and beautiful, with brand new appliances and amenities. I’ve enjoyed the outdoor spaces in courtyard with friends, sitting around the fire pits with a great view of the river. Being so close to campus is great for connivence and safety.

Beautiful complex within a very short walk to campus. The finishes of the apartments are first class, and we appreciate the overall design, including the courtyard which makes it easy to meet people.
