Celia is the assistant manager/leasing agent and she has been as absolute doll. I just relocated from Dallas with 3 children and she has been above accommodating. Literally got an response on my application in less than 24 hours and signed my lease. This has released so much stress off my plate not to mention the apt is great minus a few details I couldnt ask for a better renting experience with anyone other than Celia

I was inquiring about 1 bedroom apartment and she gave all the information I was looking for, from showing me an apartment giving me prices and options. Thank you Ms. Keitlyn for your service.

Excellent experience with the new management team. Maria is super helpful and sweet. They are nice to me when I visit the office. They are very interested in correcting the problems if there are any and making this a great place for residents. To the staff, please keep up the great work! We appreciate everything you do! My apartment is amazing. Super clean. All these reviews saying there are roaches there aren’t. I haven’t seen one. Honestly love it here!

The staff is wonderful especially Lucy he is an awsome manager....always friendly and helpful. Very clean apartments and no bugs or roaches! My only complaint....not enough storage space in or outside of apartments. If you are looking for a one bedroom or even two bedroomthis is the place....very affordable.

This is an amazing place .I got help with everything I needed. Maria was very sweet when I needed help she was always there. I would reference everyone to go talk to her and the apartments were AMAZING. I also love the master bedroom mirrors and it was perfect size for me too. I had the best experience there. 10/10 would recommend .

I recently moved into this complex from a completely different part of Texas, and I did not have very much time to make a decision on where I wanted to live when I moved here. I purchased a one-bedroom apartment here at The Pointe on Calloway because it was a great deal... affordable, in a great location, (close to 820 and Northeast Mall) nice amenities, and friendly staff:) According to my friendly neighbor the old management was the reason most people were living and unhappy due to the lack of communication and respect but the New Management is awesome ladies there are helpful and got me situated fast and easy.. When I moved in, I did see some things i was unaware of and unhappy with (like kitchen drawers being loose and fridge not cooling) but after just one call to the office i got that fixed right away to my surprise since i’ve heard and read quite some bad reviews on here about maintance working poorly.. Yesenia and Marie worked diligently and more important QUICKLY, to get every single issue I had resolved. would highly recommend this complex to anyone. Im sure Im not the only one who believes that the staff is what can make or break the experience at an apartment complex.. but these guys are doing something right!All in all it’s a pretty quiet clean place, quick and on call maintance friendly staff and great location which is a plus for me.. price varies on the floorplan you desire so i got a good decent price. Very happy tenant already.

My husband and I recently moved here, and we couldn’t be happier. Maria and Jessenia, they been so sweet and helpful! The staff/maintenance has been very friendly and welcoming. Also The Pointe of the Calloway are in a great location (right near a grocery store, banks and food). The residents have been kind and quiet so far. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere!

Have been living about a month and can frankly say my experience has been GREAT! Ms Gloria is a great leasing professional and the manager is new but Ms Jazmín is great and gives fabulous service! Happy to be here truly feels like home! Not to mention the free for at the resident event lol.....

I been living here almost my whole lifeAnd when people clean their apartments, there is no problem with the Roaches,But some people don’t clean on their apartmentsAnd if the trash is around the trash can is because people is too lazy to put the trash insideI have no problem with my apartment and everything I don’t like they change it or they even support me to change it my selfI like Lisa and the other lady that I always forget her name, but I Like them both

I have a relative who lives there. We went to have some maintenance details fixed, and the staff was very friendly, they sent maintenance at that moment and they fixed everything. I would consider this place in the future for me and my children. Thank you for being so kind.
