    Been living here for over a year now, and I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I’ve ever been a part of.From the moment I moved in, the staff`s Eva & Amanda (Manager) has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. The leasing team was so accommodating during my move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free.I absolutely love the community events and kids’ activities here!The management team does an amazing job organizing a variety of fun events throughout the year. From annual pool party to deerfield movie night theres always something exciting going on that brings everyone together.Anytime I’ve had an maintenance issue, whether it’s a minor repair or something more urgent, they’ve been incredibly responsive and efficient.

    Visited this community a month ago, looking for a future move in for mid year off 2025, job relocation. Toured with Eva, she gave me a lot of knowledge and I noticed right away how passionate she is about the community and residents. I will definitely go back and drop all my information to lease as my move gets closer. Great location and clean community. I love the mini resort feel the pool area gives as well. Let’s not forget the staff, I had the pleasure to meet the whole staff, which is a well rounded group.

    When I moved here 5 years ago I just loved this community for the reason that it looked nice, was well maintained and wasnt overcrowded at all. The biggest selling point for me was the greenery and the cute little trail that runs on the other side of community , and a tiny dog park! and I have to say that I really loved my apartment because it was facing the courtyard and was easily accessible from parking lot as well.Over the last 5 years the management team has changed multiple times, most of them were just okay but I am really impressed with the current management team who has just joined a little less than a year ago. Manager Amanda, Assistant Manager Eva and their team is very friendly. During last 5 years I havent seen any major renovations happening, however current management is going above and beyond to fix the issues and make the property even more beautiful! There are more maintenance people working on the ground and are helping the residents with issues unlike previous managements where only one person used to look after all the units in all the 16 buildings.I left the community just this month because I needed a bigger place for myself and my family. My move out experience was also very smooth ,after living here for 5 years I did not have to pay any extra money for damage charges and was covered with just the deposit amount.Thank you Point at Deerfield for the wonderful times and beautiful memories!

    AC has been broken for a while, maintenance fixes it but then it breaks again. When I email them to open a repair ticket they close it without checking with me to ensure it was properly fixed. Staff is super friendly but I feel ignored as this issue started in September and there is still no fix.Update 3/2 They fixed it, review adjusted

    Experiencing a water heater break middle of the night on a holiday, I was relieved that Juan and Albaro and their extended team were quick to respond.     We have lived here for 6 years now its very peaceful all my neighbors are very nice and friendly. The one thing we love is the maintenance department if you have any issue they handle it right away. The grounds are all very well kept and we have beautiful amenities the pool area is especially nice i would definitely recommend living here.

    Moved here almost two months ago. Needed an immediate move in and they were quick in communication and were able to approved us in two days.Was a little rocky start with the a one or two maintenance issues and a few things but they were able to sort those out. All of the staff is eager to help but Tianna was particularly outstanding. Everything is great to this day. Would recommend.

    I have been living in The Point of Deerfield, apartment management, Plano, Texas for almost 8 Months. From the day I met the Leasing Staff till now, They have been a perfect example of an Apartment Management Leasing Staff. They are always there for you any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. Never had one as extraordinary as Leasing Staff. Even when they are too busy, they make even the smallest problems a priority. Not only does the Leasing staff take care of tenants but the apartment as well. Leasing Staff is constantly making our buildings safer and more pleasant every day/week/month. They respect all of us the same and allow us to feel like a community. Because of the wonderful Staff I choose to rent to; I can say many of the other tenants are friends I will have for a lifetime. I will always have wonderful memories of our time at Apartment and that’s mainly because of all the hard work, effort and love the Leasing staff and Maintenance team put into their job. The Leasing Staff is truly one of a kind, In My Apartment, I dont see any Bugs are Roaches.My Special thanks to the Apartment Maintenance team.

    I only give the apartments four stars because it’s a older property and with that comes a few issues here and there, there also isn’t a designated play area for children, HOWEVER, the property is up-kept very well, service requests are done in a timely fashion and management is very attentive. We got new management last year and they have really turned things around. They are very friendly and customer service oriented and make you feel like family. They often host events and raffles for the community and have upgraded our amenities. I would also like to point out that the community is very quiet and slow paced with the occasional laughter of children here and there. It is located in a nice area close to both Stonebriar district and Legacy West. We are also located about 10-15 minutes from both Grandscape and The Star, as well as zoned for Frisco ISD and the school system is wonderful. I am happy to be a part of this community.

    I spent 3 years at this community and I was so sad to leave. We went through numerous management changes but Tiana, Eva and Amanda were by far the best team I have seen come through. Amazing location. Amazing staff. Love the floor plans. Will definitely miss living there!!!

    Our property manager Amanda is by far the most hands on manager I’ve ever seen; from spray painting dog waste containers to getting wet and getting hands dirty out in the heat! While being a definite hands on manager she also has grace the way she goes about handling things. Obstacles don’t cause her to be shy away from pursuing what she sets out to do and with kindness. Difficult situations only inspire her to find a solution while never getting frustrated. The property looks better than it ever has since Amanda came to Deerfield and the residents love and respect her. She and the office staff are all refreshing assets to our community.Amanda’s personality works well in this environment as she makes your issue seem just as important to her as you. For such a busy office Amanda and her office staff make a perfect combination in always welcoming and accommodating you as well as possible without making you feel like your intruding even on a busy day.The office is well organized and is always a pleasant place to go. I don’t think any issue I’ve brought to Amanda hasn’t been resolved or being worked on for resolve.Amanda and her staff do a great job all around.

    Im a current resident and would like to share the below feedback and appreciate the management team for their effective and efficient support.During this summer, we had issues with AC & CB and AC used to trip up to 4 times a day. Juan, the person in-charge from maintenance, responded very well including weekends and holidays. He ensured the external assistance to replace the CB at the earliest for a permanent solution. Juan along with Amanda from the management team put their best efforts for quick action and resolution, maintained positive and transparent communication during the emergency situation. Since the replacement of CB 3 weeks back, there was no issue with the AC.Thanks a lot and keep up the good work team!!

    Update: We have now lived here for four years, and it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff, led by Amanda, is kind, professional, helpful, and genuinely cares about the community. They are always friendly when I visit the office, and the maintanance staff does a great job with service requests. My neighbors have always been pleasant as well. We feel safe and content here. There are many options out there, and I am thankful we found The Point at Deefield.We recently surpassed the one-year mark of living here, and I gladly renewed my lease for another year. I have waited to write a review as to have adequate experience to be informed. I am giving The Point at Deerfield five-stars, because while no apartment complex is perfect, I have been very pleased living here. I have lived in different complexes in Plano and Frisco for the last 15 years. I will break my review down into portions that I consider important.Unit Conditions and GroundsIf you are looking for a brand-new complex, this is not for you. I personally find the giant box-style apartments going up everywhere lacking character, totally sterile, devoid of community feel, and generally off-putting. That said, the buildings here are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The grounds themselves are beautifully maintained with a variety of tropical plants and large trees, a resort-like pool, and a pretty nature trail. The units themselves are spacious and have nice features like elevated ceilings with crown molding, unique architectural features, and good natural light. Visitors to my unit have commented that if feels more like a house than a traditional apartment. I agree!StaffWhen we toured the complex, the staff here could not have been more welcoming and pleasant. Since then, every interaction I have had with office employees has been very positive as well. In fact, I cannot recall a single negative experience with them. Of course, I treat them with respect and kindness and they gladly return it. The maintenance crew is also friendly and have always completed my requests promptly and thoroughly.SafetyI have zero concerns about the safety of my family here. The residents are quiet, friendly, and calm. Never have I felt leery about anyone here, and I also enjoy night walks (the time when its actually cool enough!) through the complex and around the neighborhood without any fear. This is a testament to the types of applicants who are approved by management.LocationThe location is quite excellent. The intersection is not a very busy one, but there are major areas for commerce and entertainment within five minutes in every direction. Highway access is also close by. The complex is surrounded by nice houses, wonderful parks, and a short walk to a long biking trail that runs through Plano along White Rock Creek.ResidentsAs mentioned, my fellow residents are kind, friendly, and respectful of others. I have never had an unpleasant interaction with any of them. We have a great diversity of people here with a nice community feel. People seem to be happy here.I hope this review helps you make a decision. Again, everyone has different wants and needs when seeking a place to live. For us, The Point at Deerfield is everything we want in a home.

    Referred to tour Deerfield by a friend that’s a current resident. I met a lady in the office and a maintenance guy named Ken. They were super helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had. The property was pretty and well kept. Definitely interested in moving here.

    The things we were looking for when we moved here from Illinois about 3 months ago with our 1 year old and dog were: 1st floor with wood floors, lots of parking with easy access to apartment, covered parking for my husbands car, gated community, dog park, walking trails, quiet apartment with lots of storage, natural light, tall ceilings, spacious, and covered balcony with additional storage space, a large pool, and to be in Frisco/Plano ISD. Deerfield checked all the boxes and the office team is very communicative and friendly and the maintenance team is quick and thorough at what they do. We couldn’t be happier!

    I wasn’t able to make a visit to the property today, so I called and spoke with a lady named Jocelyn. She was very nice and gave me a lot of information about the property. I had a lot of distractions in the background of the location I was making the call from but she as so patient with me and reminded me that she was there to assist me with all the information I needed. I’m glad she went over the amenities and floor plans with me. Very nice to have spoken to her. Great customer service. 😀

    I recently went to view and tour this complex. I must say I am very imressed with the grounds maintenance and the beautiful apartment homes they have to offer with multiple spacious floor plans. They have everything I am looking for and more. The amenities are great. The office staff is Awesome, the Manager Veronica and Leasing Agent Letty are both very friendly and courteous also very helpful in answering all of my questions. I look forward to hopefully making this my new home in the very near future. I definitely recommend this complex.

    It’s a great complex. Friendly staff, beautiful area, and the apartments are nice. The ONLY reason I withheld the fifth star is because they can often be very difficult to get in touch with. But just pop into the office and you’ll be taken care of. I very much enjoyed my time there and wish it hadn’t been so short. If not for a new job, I would have stayed there for years. As long as you’re a good tenant, it’s a great place to live and I would highly suggest you look at it seriously.

    Moved in few months back and this indeed is a very nice and friendly community to stay. All the service requests are handled in timely manner,. Also lot of community events are organized for the residents almost every month (movie night, national night, holiday party, henna/handpainting, breakfast on the go and what not).The only thing I am missing is a kids park. Since there are lot of kids in the community it will be great if there can be some arrangement done so that the kids can play in a safe environment.

    Ive been a resident at The Point at Deerfield for just over a year now. When I first started looking at the property, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the layout, and the floor plans they offered within my budget. All of that, however, was second to the way the staff treated me from the time I walked in the door to the time I left the property. The young lady that showed me the property (4 different floor plans), whos name escapes me, was beyond nice and thoroughly answered my questions. Once the tour was over, she did not pressure nor hound me about signing my lease. I left to go check out (2) more properties that day; 1 Plano and 1 Frisco complex. While they were nice, the staffs at both properties could not hold a candle to the ladies at The Point! I called them back 2 days later with a couple final questions. This time, Veronica, Property Manager, politely answered the phone. She listened attentively and allowed me to voice my concerns. She offered a second tour and of course I took the opportunity. Upon arrival, I was met by her and one of the other managers at the door. Not only did they address me by name (very important in sales), she already had keys to an apartment that she had cleaned for me to walk through. Needless to say, I signed my lease that day on that very apartment! Fast forward a bit, Covid hits and I lose my job. Not only were the office personnel compassionate to the situations of their residents, they took what I felt like was a vested interest in making sure that I and my family were ok through this unprecedented and emotional time. Even through the winter storm earlier this year, they were on point in making sure residents were properly looked after...especially the elderly and those with kids. While I didnt have any issues other than power intermittent power outages, I couldnt help but notice how the maintenance staff was on-site during the storm helping residents with everything from busted pipes to moving cars to helping the elderly up and down stairs. I could go on and on...but you get The Point!If youre looking for a nice apartment thats very affordable, centrally located with access to highways, jobs, and the local night-life, look no further! I STRONGLY encourage you to pick up the phone and talk to Veronica or any of the wonderful staff members at The Point at Deerfield. You will not be disappointed!!!

    Super friendly and make everything so easy. When my daughter first helped me apply for this community, the leasing office walked me through the application process. Within a week, I was able to move into my own apartment and Im thankful to my daughter and Assistant Manager Mandy. I love my new home and have been enjoying to the fullest.

    I want to start with management first as that is what makes and breaks deals. Cindi Flores is quite impressive in her job and she knows community building very well. Residents are often surprised by the events that she throws regularly such as movie show, pizza party, carnival and so on. Maintenance requests are taken up on timely manner and Felix is a great guy. Overall staff is very friendly and I have worked with Cecilia who is great. New members are also very cheerful and helping. Great location with great schools and restaurants specially if you love Indian food. Malls, gas station, Post Office, temple, grocery, Walmart, Sam’s and many restaurants are very very close and even at walking distance in good

    My boyfriend and I moved in a few weeks ago, we had a few small issues that I immediately called Brittany about, and she was so helpful and quick to fix the issues. The staff was very welcoming and easy to get ahold of and talk to. The inside of the apartments are beautiful with the vaulted ceilings, crown molding, the storage space is AMAZING! Located in a great area near pretty much everything. I was nervous moving back into an apartment after renting a house, but Brittany made the process as stress-free as possible. I recommend The Point at Deerfield, especially if you love Plano and want to be close to everything! Huge shoutout again to Brittany, the Assistant Manager, gets what you need done quickly and is very reliable.

    Welcome (Nicole Rider) The NEW manager at The Point of Deerfield Apartments.My husband and I are very excited and grateful. She has only been here for a little over a week and has already proceeded to fix major problems that we have lived with for years. She also is taking care of three work orders repair’s that haven’t been fixed since the freeze.Ron and I are senior citizens and lived here for almost 8 years.     We always complain when things go wrong but forget to appreciate them when everything goes smoothly.I have been residing in this property since last 3 months and having a great experience so far. All the problems or maintenance activities that I have reported have been resolved on time.Karla Oppedisano, who is the property manager, is a very helpful person, who tries to resolve any of the queries or issues as soon as possible. I have never seen a property manger who is so active. She provide timely updates regarding everything, sends reminders regarding the payment dues so that you are never late and organizes so many events, that are related to all nationalities, to engage and connect with all the residents.     Good thing about this apartment it that all good schools come in this vicinity. Also apartments are very comfortable and airy. The only thing about trash you can only do only two days I think it should increase to at least 3. Other than that happy to live here.

    The new property manager at the complex is very proactive in listening, taking notes making certain your concerns/issues are addressed and resolved I’m an appropriate timeframe. It is refreshing to have the complex manager be an advocate for tenants.

    Mostly positive things about the apartment. Lot of parking space. Nice pool but very small. Nice people in apartments n lively. Service guy is active n helping.Few things that stops me giving them 5stars:1. Staff sometime are rude, specially when we go to pickup the package (not all, just one lady, sorry)2. Packages are delivered at office, and office is closed after 5:30pm...and closed all day Sunday. So its difficult to collect package immediately.3. Rent can not be paid as reccurring pay. The window of rent pay is just one week. Many of fellow tenants including me missed paying in time...and ended up paying $100+ late fee.4. Gym is just one small room, can not accomodate more than 3 people. We had to join gym outside.5. They do not provide extra key or open the door if you lose the house key.Remedy for each:1. Tell office lady to relax n be nice to tenants when they are at leasing office (for any reason).2. Tell amazon, ups n usps to deliver at home. Or provide secured mailbox.3. Update the website to recive payment anytime during the month.4. Use space between leasing office n poolto make bigger 2 floor gym.5. Be more helping to tenant. Rules are made by people, ensure its helping them.
