There is nothing negative I can say about this complex. The grounds are kept extremely nice, office staff is understanding and always communicates( and answer every question we have), they go above and beyond to make your feel at home and heard. maintenance guys are respectful and knowledgeable. For being an older complex the apartments are spacious and updated and look like little homes. We have truly been blessed to find such a great apartment community. Plus they are a pet friendly and take large breeds! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This was and is a great place to live. Has so many Amenities, different floor plans to suit your family. Has a nice pool, workout room, playground for the kiddos, tennis court, very nice area to grill some good food and lounging area. Sandy Rocha is a great asset for this place very professional, friendly, and knows this place inside and out! Eager to make your place and stay fantastic 10+ Stars

I had the pleasure of working with Rosanna to find and lease my apartment. From the moment I met her, Rosannas professionalism and dedication stood out. She not only understood my needs but went above and beyond to find me the perfect fit—a stunning, never-used, completely renovated 2-bed, 1-bath apartment at an incredible deal. Rosannas attention to detail, expertise, and genuine care for her clients made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I couldnt be happier with my new home, and I have Rosanna to thank for making it possible. Highly recommend her services to anyone in search of their ideal living space!

I stayed at in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom from September 2022 - August 2023. Sandy and the rest of the Harvestree staff tended to our every need and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Available parking was an added bonus as there was always an empty spot for both me and my wife to park close to our unit. Our dishwasher and washer/dryer did run into a few problems but the staff was quick to respond and fulfill a work order. I never had a problem with packages being stolen when amazon left them on my front step. Neighbors are nice and never had any difficulty with any of them.

Have been in harvestree from 2019 till last month and definitely I recommend this. Apartments looks a bit old but interior looks good and spacious.Rosanna and Sandy are the best to work with and they help us always with minimal price increase for renewals.They charged me nothing even after my move out and returned all of my advance amount too.Thank you Harvestree for the good experience for last 4 years..

We lived in Harvestree Apartments for 4 years. We recently moved out because we purchased our first home. The staff is amazing! They are quick to resolve issues. The property manager Sandy Rocka is amazing! Rosanna and the rest of the staff are so top notch, kind, and welcoming. The school system is great. The church next door always holds events for the kids in the community. This apartment is a nice and affordable community.

I love living here. Yes the complex has been here a long time, but they keep the maintenance up very well on the outside. They are always working to keep it up, and the complex is very clean. The rent is high and the apartments are small for what you pay...as are all apartments in Collin County. But the environment and how the staff treats you is worth it all to me. When I moved in almost a year ago, the apartment was new, fresh smell, new carpet, brand new appliances. Ive had no type of bug or rodent problems at all. The pool is always clean, my neighbors are family oriented, theres always kids playing at the tennis court, and best of all, Sandy and Rosanna are so down to earth, and really treat you like family and not just renters. Also, for the first time ever, i actually have never had to call maintenance for anything. Love them. :-)

Rent was a bit high but its on par for the community and the standard of living you get. Really safe to live in, had some tenants who were a bit questionable but what community is perfect? The staff was really nice and always helpful. Really big plus they take all breeds and do pet interviews so you dont have to worry about aggressive pets. Maintenance has always been great and kind. They always notify tenets of any changes or issues. Pool is really great and lots of a good amenities for kids. No security from what I am aware of but they safety is definitely valued by the manager and once and a while you can find a local officer patrolling for good measure. Would definitely recommend to a family looking for a sure fire place to have their family grow up or just to transition.

We’ve been here for almost a year. The staff here are amazing. When I ask for something that possibly needs done they are there to fix it. If it’s something I’m concerned about they are there to answer. Between Sandy and Rosann, they’ve been above and beyond. And I can’t thank them enough for being so wonderful

I lived at Harvestree for a few years and loved it here. We had one of those units that looks like a little house with a gardening area out front. It had a nice layout and a closet for a full size washer and dryer. I remember we did have an ant problem with them coming across the patio and into the kitchen (and the mowers would always get stuff all over that patio) so we never really went out there ever. That wasnt enough to make us not love living there though. The area felt safe, kids would play around outside, just a nice feeling modest little place. No work orders ever, something I really took for granted then.I had looked into maybe moving back at one point, but they put in some wood flooring and prices shot up hundreds to Shops at Legacy / Addison Circle pricing (which it definitely is not). So I give Harvestree 5 stars for the apartment, value and customer service I had back then. The woman in the office named Roseanna was memorably wonderful to us

Rosanna was the best. After two months looking for place that accepts my large dogs I was tired of looking. With her friendly, helpful & informative guidance I found the perfect place to call home.

We lived here for almost 7 years total in two different apartments. Harvestree is an old apartment complex, and it shows its age, but the value for the location and the space was really fantastic. I frequently would walk around the complex at night and it was quite safe. Parking was usually plentiful and close-in.It’s surrounded by a middle-class housing development and a Catholic Church/School, so it’s definitely a nice environment. It was so quiet at night and the rooms are well insulated. I loved the spacious kitchen, truly one of the nicest we’ve had in an apartment.The manager, Sandy, and the assistant manager Rosanna were both such sweet ladies, they helped make HT even better. The maintenance fixed most problems in a timely manner and we really enjoyed our time there and miss it!

6 months in, and its the best apartment complex Ive lived in. Front office staff is absolutely awesome. Occasional maintenance issues aside...its relatively cheap considering the area, its very quiet given that its a rental property, and for the most part, its worth the money. Ive lived in cheaper, and more expensive places, and nowhere else have I had a good word to say about the management team. Will certainly be renewing a lease here!!!

The management is great to work with, they are always quick to respond. The actual apartments are quite old though, they have foundation issues, and quite poor insulation.

I have lived in several complexes in Plano. Harvestree is by far the best. The apartments might be “older”, but they are well built. The property is well kept, and the office team is spectacular. The manager, Sandy, has been there for a while, and she is professional and compassionate. If I weren’t moving out of the area, I would live here for as long as possible. I will miss this place.

The ladies in the office made us feel at home before we were accepted.... hope we continue to love it here. Awesome experience so far. Apartment is super cute and roomy....

Home sweet home. Harvestree has everything what we need to have in a perfect house, with all the facilities. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. In fact it is the best place to stay in plano, with addition to the best location. Excellent management, who are always helpful to take care of every single issue. I would highly recommend staying at Harvestree Apartments in Plano, Texas.

I just moved in here and absolutely love it! I would give it 5 stars but there’s a few things that need to be fixed and wasn’t before we moved in. I’m currently writing up that paper work for it to be submitted but so far I love it and another bonus I’m right across the tennis court from my best friends!
