Quiet community, attentive leasing staff and well-kept grounds/maintenance. There’s open parking and a nice pool area. I don’t have many complaints other than pet owners not picking up behind their dogs (you run into that everywhere unfortunately). My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in in March of 2023 and I haven’t had any major pest issues (one request which was taken care of). I recommend The Place at Green Trails for the location, community and value.

The Greentrails staff is amazing, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our needs are taken care of and always working hard to keep the complex looking neat and clean. We love the location and the convenience it gives us for our day-to-day living. Its pet and neighbor-friendly, and we have enjoyed the comfort and peace of living here. Connie and the staff always look for ways to bring the residents closer by hosting little parties for us during holidays such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other celebrated occasions. We appreciate their kindness and efforts and are thankful to have them here. We hope for many more years to come!

I couldnt be more impressed with The Place at Green Trails! Their maintenance team is exceptionally fast and efficient – any issue Ive had has been resolved promptly, often within the same day. Living here, I feel incredibly safe. Plus, the convenience of having fantastic stores and variety of restaurants nearby is unbeatable. The neighborhood is peaceful and inviting, making it a truly wonderful place to call home!

Connie, Abel & Tatiana in the front office are wonderful, they are very professional with a touch of welcoming that makes you feel like you are truly part of the community.The staff puts on small social events in the front office which help to promote the community and help people get to know each other. This shows that they truly care about The Place at Green Trails. They also provide little treats for special days, for example on Mothers Day it was a goodie bag with a delicious muffin in it among other things.The maintenance staff is very quick & efficient in taking care of any issues we have, usually within a day.This community is quiet and the people are friendly. Ive lived here since 2017. Moved away in 2022, but came back in 2023. The area is nice and quiet. Connie and her team have always made sure my needs are taken care of. Maintenance is always working hard to keep the grounds clean.

This is gonna be long but they absolutely deserve it.We first came here in July desperately needing a place to live as we had just moved here from Colorado. Abel was really great with communicating with us about everything that was happening. It wasn’t a long drawn out process which was wonderful.They aren’t a company that just want your money. They are super empathetic and friendly. They never make me feel weird when I have to split up my rent payment. They partner with “Flex” which is a program that helps with paying rent as well!They accept all types of dog breeds which is rare for a complex to do!I believe they do something where if you find a stray on property and choose to take it in - they waive the fees? But that’s just what I heard from a neighbor I’m not sure.They have a referral program and when we moved in they had a move in promo as well so we personally got $500 off and my sister got $500 off her rent for referring us.We feel very safe in the complex. We’ve never had any issues.Whenever I’ve called they answer. I casually mentioned my porch light was out and they sent maintenance the next day. I didn’t even officially request it!Regarding any cockroaches - there are the big ones outside when it’s hot out. The ones that are naturally part of Texas. and I’ve only seen two small ones in my actual apartment. They came up the bathroom drain so I keep it closed now. They spray often for pests. I believe it’s upon request. I’ve never needed it.Connie and Tatiana are also both wonderful. I’ve worked with them both a couple times. The whole team is down to earth, friendly, and kind. They have had a couple get togethers at the office for holidays and I’m just really happy here.

Always friendly and professional. I’d like to also add the Mrs. Connie is the best property manager we have ever dealt with. She is so kind and understanding of any issue. I have lived at this beautiful complex for over 2 years. Recently I have decided to move into a bigger unit. And the office staff has been so helpful. They are always finding new ways to make the community more beautiful. Over the years, I Have had several friends move into this apartment complex. And they love it as much as I do. The office staff and maintenance staff are so nice and anytime you need anything taken care of they help you promptly. If are you are looking for a great place to live in a great community-Definitely try this complex out.

I have lived here since 2020 and the office people have been very nice and very understanding because since we moved here we switched Apartments a few times only because we needed to. I recently went into the office to get coffee but their machine was down. Connie had informed me that she was going to have them come out and fix it. All the people at the office are very sweet people very nice people .you have to love the 24-hour pool even a lot of the residents who live here are very kind people. They have so many different types of apartments so many different types of families. You got from the one bedroom to a townhouse. A little bit of everything for everyone. And its not a far distance to go shopping and we even have a park nearby. And if you have any problems you can call the maintenance and theyll have someone come out. Personally since Ive been here you dont get that loud music every night kind of feeling that a lot Apartments have.

First off I want to say, in the beginning, I hate moving and I hate apartment hunting even more. However, Tatiana Washington, may have changed my views on that. After visiting the The Place at Green Trails, and speaking with Tatiana I didnt have to do anything else.. I not only found my new home, but I also enjoyed the process. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments and the area. She literally made everything super easy and simple and treated us like family! Thank You Tatiana!

Been here since December and so far love the apartment complex! Maintenance is quick to answer any problems, office staff is super friendly and helpful. Connie even goes above and beyond for the residents. I had a package delivered to a neighbor and Connie knew what neighbor it was accidentally delivered too and went out of her way to go there and get my package. Can honestly say I have never had quite the experience I have had anywhere else to where these group of staff actually cares.

We moved here at the height of covid in 2021 and Connie and her office team made our transition super easy and smooth. The maintenance crew lead by Paul are complete and utmost professionals and do their jobs quick and efficiently. My family has lived in many apartments, but the place at green trails is top notch. from office and maintenance staff to the neighborhood and apt units. Prompt professionals all around. I never had 1 issue that was not solved within 24 hrs, major or minor. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place to live with great people, the place at green trails is where you want to be. Great schools also. We would stay longer but our jobs take us elsewhere. The 2 years here were amazing.

So, this is gonna be a long one but it’s my honest opinion.when I first got here I loved the location and the quiet.i don’t hear a single neighbor or outside issue. I’m in “The ash” so it’s small but not horrendous they make it feel big and at this time I do not regret it. I am currently paying $1k in rent (this ranges drastically time of year/week so expect to pay more/less). The pool currently is open 24/7 and everything is QUIET. I love the trash valet our side is NEVER covered in trash and gross. They have a million dog stations and are incredibly dog friendly (although neighbors may not pick up poop…management is cracking down hard on that)To the most honest —- We do have a roach problem in my apartment and I have since day one, as I did see some dead ones when we first moved in I thought “oh no problem ” because it was an empty apartment bugs are going to get in. However, they soon were crawling everywhere and was all over the place. I’d see 7+ day crawling all over my counters, in my drawers, etc.I rushed to the office and told them and they seemed visibly disgusted and couldn’t believe this was happening. They’ve sent pest control not once but over 8+ times.(it was bad) They first had to make sure it wasn’t us being dirty (it wasn’t) and they gave us tips and tricks to get them to go away and they covered any costs I spent on my own for pest control. Together I now see maybe 1 roach (incredibly small) maybe once every other day. It’s by no means “cured” but I now finally feel free to have food out for more than 2 seconds. I couldn’t use my counters, my drawers, etc because they were so bad. The management team really stepped up and took over and sent pest guys out weekly for control. (Safe with pets btw). They re-caulked my counters/walls etc to stop them from having a place to hide.Otherwise, if anything happens maintenance is there within a day or two. Light goes out? They fix it free. Pest control? Free and taken care of within a day. I had a weird wasp thing by my porch and they swooped in and got him for me that day!Also, the staff is just wonderful. They’re always so nice and understanding. Always trying to throw events, start book clubs, they really want you to feel apart of something. They do help you with rent if needed by working with flex (at this time) etc. don’t be stubborn ask for help!As I’m writing this review it will be 60 days until we have to either renew or move out and because of the management (and the price ;) ) it makes me want to stay. I wish they had more ammenities .. the 24/7 pool is pretty great… but they turned the hot tub into a “kiddie pool” 😅 I’d rather a hot tub.Other than that in my experiencePros:CheapGreat locationQuietMaintenance and management incredibly quick to solve an issue.Cons:Roaches but I think this could be solved if they immediately bombed an apartment once someone left and sent pest control/maintenance in to cover gaps.THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE OTHER PEOPLE MAY EXPERIENCE SOMETHING DIFFERENT! My sister says she’s only seen 1 roach here in hers.

My dad has lived at the apartments since 2003. Connie the manager has always been so kind and helpful. She has always been willing to help with any issues at his apartment. Paul the head maintenance supervisor is very sweet and helpful. Wilfrido is also very nice and helpful when things need to be repaired or changed. Tatiana is very nice when you call the office. I have only good things to say about them. My dad was very happy living there, but now he will be living with me his daughter. I wish everyone the best!

Very nice and respectful neighbors. This is a dog friendly community, which is fine with me. Even though I just moved in I am truly happy with my new home!

First and foremost, the apartments are beautiful inside. All the appliances are new/newer and work great.the flooring is quitenice too. The outside is quiet, and all the tenants are really courteous. I was incredibly miserable living in an apartment complex not far from The Galleria and at one time I thought of moving out of Texas altogether. But I found an apartment locator who suggested I move to Katy and look at The Place at Green Trails. I owe this person a debt of gratitude. Its amazing how a new place to live in and a great area can change your whole mood and perspective. First off the management staff is the best Ive ever dealt with, always willing to go the extra mile. Whereas other places had breed restrictions on Huskies (of all dogswhich is unimaginable) they welcomed my girl with no issues.The surrounding grounds are beautifully kept with not a piece of trash out of place. There are multiple poop bag dispensers throughout the manicured lawns.The whole development is peaceful and the community friendly. My maintenance requests have been quickly resolved. Its located within a few blocks from two great coffee places ( a must for me) and a shopping center including Randalls, TJMaxx and Target which is very walkable. The apartments are spacious with new appliances.I cant express how much I enjoy living here. For me it is truly home.Thank you to Abel who was so helpful during the whole process.

I lived at The Place at Green Trails over 20yrs ago. Many years later, I chose to move back into this community. The complex is an older property, but it has been tastefully updated. I love the location: its nestled in the Nottingham Country subdivision, has mature trees and is very quiet. They are also a dog-friendly community that accepts breeds that many wont. The maintenance has always responded in a timely fashion and the management team, Connie, Nancy and Tatiana have always been super friendly & professional. During the pandemic, MC Companies has been very kind & understanding, and have treated me as a valued tenant. I love living here.

Connie, the manager, is great and usually the only person I prefer to deal with.... only because weve gone through 4-5 office staff and shes the only consistent one, so I know her better than the other two. The office puts together various parties for the tenants, and takes recommendations to improve overall moral and neighborly activities. It truly is a community

I have lived here for about four years now and currently looking into upgrading to a townhouse. #1 is pet friendly. They accept all breeds and sizes, and it is hard to find an affordable place that does that. Also, at least before the pandemic, I could go into the office with my pups and get recycle bags, new air filters, or simply to stop by, get a drink (coffee, hot chocolate or lemonade) and just say hi and they would have treats for the pups.#2 super friendly and helpful. Paul is always ready and willing to help with any maintenance issues. Tatiana and Nancy in the office have been wonderful and Connie has been there for me from the very beginning, even going the extra mile to bring me a lemonade from chic-a-fila when the office didnt have any.As always there are some downsides, so #3. Parking isnt the best, but also not the worse. and lastly, The buildings are very old but they have been kept up pretty well, a mentor at work actually lived here as his first apartment back in the 80s. That being said, the pipes are pretty loud and if you are in the bathroom you can hear everyone else that shares bathroom walls with you. They have been doing some pretty intensive renovations and while my apartment hasnt been though that yet, Connie has let me see some of the apartments that have and im impressed and hopefully that issue is addressed in the renovations.Even with the downsides this is the best apartment complex I have lived in and I have no plans to move elsewhere and if I do relocate, I will be looking for another MC life complex to move into, but I do have to say that it is probably the staff that makes the place vs the company (not saying the company is bad, just the management and staff here are amazing)To conclude, I have never lived in one place more than a year or two until here. I love my neighbors, easy access to all things shopping and just all around great place to live

I have a family member who lives in these apartments. Recently, this family member went through a very tough ordeal. Connie went above and beyond what was expected of her to help our family deal with this particular incident. I realize Im not giving a review of the actual apartments (although Ive visited this family member many times, and the grounds always appear well maintained, and this family member has always said Connie and the staff are extremely helpful), but just my recent interactions with her would make me very interested in considering these apartments if I were looking. A huge shout out, too, to the maintenance guy, Paul, and his assistant. I will forever be beyond grateful to the three of them for how much they helped, and cant thank them enough.

This is hands down the friendliest apartment complex I have ever lived in. The people in the office take pride in their jobs, and the community they provide. Its safe, quiet, and friendly! I only moved because I relocated out of the country, but I would absolutely have stayed otherwise! The only complaint I ever had was that sometimes parking was a little far away from my apartment, but there were always spaces available!

Just signed my second lease in March. I don’t really have any complaints. Tatianna helped my family move into nice townhome and reasonable prices. Everyone was so helpful when we first moved in. They are very good at maintaining landscaping. Friendly neighbors and super quiet (just the way I like it :). Anytime something needed fixing within a day and a half it was fixed. All complaints the staff takes into consideration such as owners not curbing their dogs I’m glad to say it has improved tremendously. Connie Tatianna and Nancy are all super awesome every time I come into the office I am always acknowledged. The maintenance guys are so friendly. It’s been a pleasure so far staying here :)

I love living here. I just signed my second lease. I live in one of the one bedroom lofts and its just enough space for me. Updated kitchen and extremely nice sized bedroom with three closets!!When I have had any maintenance issues, which is to be expected in Townhouses of this age, they have come out and taken care of it about 80% same day and the other 20% next day. The Manager, Connie is amazing and super friendly. The neighbors are great, no crime and very quiet pocket community. Most of the time 100% full. Parking is a tiny issue. There are ALWAYS plenty of spots but not always convenient or closest to our door. Will move only when I purchase a home.

This place is GREAT! Quiet neighbors, super friendly helpful staff especially Tatiana, and nice apartments/townhomes. The walls are constructed with the older high grade sheetrock so you barely ever even hear your neighbors. I lived in a house before this and we heard our next door neighbors way more! Everyone I see picks up after their pets and the waste stations are all around the complex. Maintenance is quick and keep the property up! The parking hasnt been an issue for us, I just wonder if its possible to mark the parallel spots up front? I think if so, there could be a just a few more spot openings for everyone in general no biggie (Sort of like the Galveston Seawall spots) Anyways, the neighborhood surrounding it is great and close to everything! So far so good and I waited to give this review so its detailed and true. Happy Trails!

I lived at The Place at Greentrails for 10 years. Only reason I left was because I found a house. Throughout my time there, I was treated so kindly by Connie. She is very pleasant and funny. I layed out by the pool a lot, and when she was showing apartments to new tenants, she would say things like This is how you know its the beginning of summer when you see Tiffany out here She continues to be helpful to me even though I dont live there anymore by helping me get into the house I live in currently, to giving me a great recommendation to the home in Oklahoma I am moving to now. She even gave me a housewarming gift when I moved into my house 4 years ago. Paul the maintenance man is also super awesome. Great people at The Place of Greentrails.

4.75 stars. Lived there 6+ years with small children. Not bad for kids, but not aimed at children. Management is attentive and maintenance is quick, friendly, and consistent. Same maintenance crew the whole time and they took care of anything.No fitness area, but I probably wouldn’t have used it, but who knows. Pool was a pool. It was always clean, thanks again to their maintenance professionals.It is quiet and relatively hidden which helped to minimize traffic.The few issues I may have had aren’t even able to be readily recalled. All in all, would do it all over again.

I went to the place at green trails for a tour and I met with their staff ( connie, Tatiana and Abel) . I’m currently looking at my options but definitely will be a great place to live! Super friendly and helpful!

The leasing office staff is very friendly and the neighbors are quiet. Maintenance is promt and fast. Just watch your step, some neighbors dont pick up after their dogs.

I just move in the apartment was amazing the lady’s in the front office are down to earth and welcoming to everyone who coming the office. The maintenance department are wonderful as well they will fix it as soon as your request it. Great place to live 5 thumbs up!!!!!

Saturday morning the air conditioner went out. Willie show up in about 30 minutes had wait fo it trow but got us up and working as fast he could .It was a Saturday so they could have put us off till Monday so thank you for caring about your tennis
