    Had an amazing tour with Stephanie. She was so sweet and hilarious. Always making sure my son was okay. Asking him if he wanted some snacks or some water. Was extremely helpful in looking up some apartments that were available at the time of my current lease end date. Made me feel really comfortable and confident about finding my new home

    Ms. D is amazing, she’s so helpful and kind. She’s an amazing down to earth person. The staff overall is great, they aren’t just money hungry people. They actually try their best to help and resolve whatever issue if there is one. Amazing company and staff!! Residency is perfect as well!

    This apartment is an absolute gem. The units are large and very fairly priced, the neighbors are pleasant, the location is perfect, and most of all the staff here is incredible. They have been so caring and wonderful with everything from accommodation paperwork, to rent, to basic questions, it’s rare to find a landlord that cares like Dee and even rarer to find a staff that backs it up. The team at these apartments are strong and has made me love this place so much. They truly care about their renters and it shows. These apartments are older but the amount of care put into them makes that a non issue. In all my time living here I’ve never had any issues. If this place is on your list of apartments I highly recommend at least giving it a tour. It’s well worth your while.

    This is a GREAT place to live in. This is my 2nd year here, and all I can say is thank you, especially to Julie. Shes always ready to assist or guide and even give advice. The office leasing team is always ready to help. The maintenance team is always ready to give you a hand and make you feel like friends. My family and I love it, and most importantly, we feel SAFE.

    Where do I start,,,to share my gratitude and appreciation, I moved in a couple weeks ago and the process was so quick and smooth.The staff was so welcoming and caring but I wanna take this time out and give a HUGE shout out to Ms. DEE!!!!! ,, she went above and beyond to help my kids and I. We will be forever GRATEFUL!! The apartment was way more than I can imagine!I (BEAUTIFUL) I never moved into an apartment that I didn’t have to clean prior to moving in ( SPOTLESS) and I have OCD. I definitely recommend this property if you looking for a place to live.

    I lived here for a year, never had any issues with maintenance showing up. The leasing office team is amazing. Ms. Dee, Hope and Julie were always so helpful with any questions I had while living here.

    I currently moved in with my Brudda and Mrs.Stephanie had helped me various of times and they have and amazing staff with support and hardworking members this is a really calm and suitable place for only being here 1 week with my Brudda but anything yall need help with they will get the job done.     Shyanne Gill helped me through the whole application process and everything went really fast. I was able to move in my new apartment within a week of getting approved. They also don’t have a breed and weight restriction on pets which is wonderful for those pet parents who have breeds that aren’t accepted everywhere else. My apartment has appliances included even washer and dryer. There is always plenty of free parking but you can always get a carport for like $30 a month. My only issue is the neighbors aren’t considerate in picking up after their dogs and even after the leasing office continues to send out emails reminding them about it, there are still feces everywhere. That is the only reason why I give it 4 stars. But other than that, very impressed with the leasing office. Always making continuous improvements. Maintenance is easy to reach within the app or you can always find them outside they’re office. Maintenance is always doing they’re best to keep the area clean. They are always checking in with us and now they have an app where you find out what is going on within the community. It’s a very family friendly place. Recommend for sure!

    I am new to the community so I will talk more about the service received than about the apartment itself. I would like to thank Ms D. for her kindness and patience in carrying out the entire process over the phone. From calling to ask about prices and availability to signing the contract. Very good service as well as speed and efficiency in management. What I have seen of the house and community, very clean, well-kept and welcoming. Perfect for family living.

    Ms. Dee is AMAZING! We are going to our third year here, and we had some issues at our current unit. Ms. Dee was open to listening to our situation and showed empathetic listening skills. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out! We were able to get another unit at an AMAZING deal. She has been the one to help us out here since the day we moved to this complex. Thanks to her we are able to live in this great community and live comfortably. Ms. Dee has gone above and beyond for us twice! She continues to do amazing work and be very caring just like the day we met her. She has an incredible personality and has definitely made me laugh and enjoy my time at the office when Ive needed assistance. Shout out to her for her awesome work!

    I have yet to view the place in person but I will be moving in soon and that wouldnt be possible without Ms.Hope from the office. Her amazing service is worth 5 stars alone. She is an absolute angel who made this whole process so smooth for me and my spouse. Always so kind and quick with updates.     Would 100% recommend this location. The front office is very kind and sweet. They were quick and smooth to get me moved in and approved with the best attitude unlike some other places i’ve stayed. Miss Dee was GREAT. Ask for her if you’re moving here.

    Ms. Dee really cares about her tenants; she looks out for them like family. When we needed to transfer from a 2 bdrm to a 3 bdrm, we had to wait a while for one to open up, but oh my goodness, it was worth the wait! It is so roomy and spacious! Throughout the transfer process she kept in constant communication with me with updates. Thank you, Ms. Dee.

    I put in a work order for my AC not cooling and it was closed out without the issue being corrected. I put in another work order and had the pleasure of Thomas servicing the unit on a Saturday while I was home. He replaced the thermostat and when that did not help, he checked the compressor and found the issue. I appreciate his diligence in making sure the issue was resolved. He checked back several times in the day to make sure all was well. Thanks Thomas.

    Just recently moved in and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Hope was our leasing agent and from the time we came to take a tour till the day we moved in she was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. She is very genuine and professional and has been a great resource. My unit was very clean upon move in, no pests, nothing less than what was expected. Highly recommend this place for your next move.

    I have lived here for 2 years and just transferred to a bigger apartment and Ms Dee is awesome!! She helped me with my transition and has been absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much Ms Dee ! And as for the apartment community and the front office staff, they are all very helpful and amazing! Love my apartment so much and have never had a problem.     Julie is great. Stop by the office and she’ll take care of you, the office staff in general have been great. Even the maintenance crew they are absolutely prompt when you submit a request they usually show up the exact same day if not the next day, but they are always on top of their job. Ernesto is really nice. I don’t know the other gentleman’s names but all of them are nice people and I love it here and intend to be here for quite some time. I hope and pray that the wrong people don’t come here and ruin what is a safe and quiet environment which makes you love living here even more :) keep up the good work!

    Wonderful, stress free experience! The TEAM in the office is amazing! During the process of finding the apartment I wanted and within my budget, I was never told “we can’t help you with that”. While searching for a new place I visited many apartment complexes and The Place At Barker Cypress proved to be the only leasing department that was as eager to find me a place as I was. At some point every person in the office helped me jump through the “flaming hoops” of paperwork and verifications, making the process easy, comprehensive and stress free. I’m now a resident and the office staff shows the same eagerness to help with any questions or concerns, just as they did the first day I walked in.Also, a big thanks to Ernesto, Hugo and the entire maintenance team at TPABC for addressing my concerns and being persistent until issues were resolved! You guys are the best!

    Highly recommend this place. We fell in love with the tour, but what made it even more welcoming was Mrs. Julie Ramos. The fact that she is bilingual hit the spot with my husband and I because he speaks and understand too little english and I didn’t have to be back and fourth translating. Look for Mrs. Ramos if you need a Spanish/English speaker. If I could I’d give this place five mor stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the agent that helped us out

    Luis and Reinaldo are great maintenance staff! All requests are answered in a timely fashion. I was having trouble with my HVAC for the first in my life, and with record high temperatures coming up this holiday weekend I was very worried expecting the worst. They communicated the problem and solution. I learned something new, the issue wasn’t as bad as I thought and I can rest well knowing I live in a community that cares. They never leave a mess behind.     I be been here for about 4 months now and my experience has overall been great. Shyanne Gill helped me with my lease in the office , she was warm welcoming knowledgeable . She got me an apartment that suited me at a great price . She was also super diligent in seeing through all my paperwork as well as any issue I’ve ever brought to her attention.Maintenance has fixed issues with my apartment and overall would eventually get them resolved.The community is overall very good as well, I’ve had good experiences with all my neighbors and the community is extremely dog friendly, which is hard to come by for dog owners ! I highly recommend these apartments .

    Hope helped me get into my apartment after the other place I applied for had a issue with the unit I was moving into.     My daughter and I moved into the complex in December 2022. The office personnel are amazing people. Especially Sheyanne. She goes above and beyond, as well as the rest of the office team. When we moved in, our apartment had brand new appliances and the apartment was beautiful. Maintenance responds quickly, and I appreciate that we can reach them 24 hours a day. I have NOT had any issues with pests, as I see others complaining about. I am only speaking on my experience so far, and I love it here.

    I came in on a Saturday visiting from Ga house/apt hunting. I was shown around by Shyanne. I told her what I was looking for. && she showed me what was available that would fit my needs. I applied on a Tuesday. She told me everything I needed to submit. By Wednesday afternoon she called me welcoming me to the neighborhood. I was so excited & overwhelmed with joy. She made the process so easy. Everything that was promised she kept her word. She gave me a move in sheet to fill out to let her know if anything wasn’t up to my standards. It was only a few minor things. But she made sure to put the work order in. Within 24hrs everything was done. I emailed her 100 times with questions in the beginning. Her response time was on point. So far what I can see is the neighborhood clean & quiet. The staff are awesome.

    Magnificent! We recently moved in these apartments and Mrs.Dee was magnificent!! From searching the right floor plan,the tour,and the process of application she helped us continuously without hesitating. Even though we bothered her every day to see if we could move asap she never gave us an attitude or any negative comment lol instead she was always full of positive energy. After approval everything was just smooth with Mrs.Dee and very straightforward, now we are peacefully in our new home, enjoying the view 😎loving the environment of the people in the office and hospitality they demonstrate!!     These apartments seem very nice. Ronda took me on a nice tour and I think my mom is going to enjoy living here. The staff is very pleasant. The one reason a docked a star is because of the maintenance guy who refused to open the pedestrian gate for me on my way out and told me to walk through the drive through gate where there were cars on both sides entering and exiting (which I thought was both rude and dangerous). He probably didnt know I was a guest but thats even worse. Anyways, other than that it seems like a nice place to live.
