I love this property. I’ve been a resident for awhile now.To the person that keeps saying the pool was nasty. Can you please post an updated picture of the pool. I’m pretty sure those pictures were taken when the signs were clearly posted that the pool was closed for maintenance. They had a beautiful party with snowcones, nachos, hot dogs, ETC. The people in the office are beyond helpful and maintenance is there when I need them.

The staff very wonderful and helpful with anything you need for your stay. The amenities are awesome for summertime fun. Every once in awhile theres a food truck that comes on property just incase you dont feel like cooking. Theres a dog park for your dogs to run around in. The grounds are kept pretty decent by the maintenance crew. Parking is available with garage for your garage kept vehicles.

I moved in recently and so far I am in love with this property. My neighbors have been so kind and helpful and the property is very quiet. These apartments are located in a good area and close to everything. The apartments and upgraded and spacious and very quiet. I have been living here since late February as my first time having my own place I can say that living here at the Pines has been a positive experience! I came from a space where I needed peace and me time and I have that ultimately here. Any visitors I have love it here and I enjoy just how quiet it is, everyone seems kind, and the office staff/ maintenance work hard to get things done! They are aware of everything and come accordingly, unless super urgent then they are here! I find it nice to see some woods friends every now and then, a Racoon so to speak Lol! but they do not bother you if you see one you leave them alone.

My experiences here at this complex have changed for the better. It’s really a nice place to live without any problems. The staff in the office is nice and understanding. When I first moved here it was not so good. But now it’s wonderful when you aren’t being harassed. I give it 5 stars. It’s pleasant!!! The apartments here are beautiful. I’m glad I chose The Pine Apartments. 🏆

I was attracted to this place because of all the trees on property and the option to include a garage. The apartment interiors are actually nice and modern, though I wish the painters had been more careful as there is still paint sprayings and splatters on the floor that I dont risk removing without damaging the floor. In the few months Ive lived here, Ive had a couple plumbing issues. The first was taken care of immediately to my satisfaction the day after Christmas. It was an emergency and was treated as such. The second one took some time to get it looked at going through the appropriate channels (the app, phone messages to the office, even talking with someone at the office). Unfortunately it occurred just before the freeze and the staff was prepping the complex for the freeze. I was told it would be prioritized after the freeze. I agree it wasnt an emergency but it was an inconvenience. After the freeze, I went through the appropriate channels without acknowledgement. I called one morning and to my surprise, the agent Id leased from - Destiny - answered the call. I hadnt seen her in months and assumed she no longer worked here. I explained the situation and she got it handled that same day to my satisfaction. My apartment is once again fully functional and Im back to enjoying living here. If you decide to consider checking out these apartments, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Destiny. She seems committed to the tenants and the property. When I leased, I explained to her I hadnt lived in an apartment in over 30 years and getting an apartment had changed entirely. Id always rented in Montrose and River Oaks and always dealt with an owner for whom a verbal agreement and a handshake sufficed to close the deal. This was a whole new ball game so she was patient and helpful with me and responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. I really felt welcomed. And now, her immediate action on that plumbing issue demonstrates she cares.

Ive lived here for a few years now and through the change from the previous property management to Summit, and so far they have done great work with the property getting some of the ground maintenance done that had been neglected by the previous property management, as well as improving things like the gates, hub access, grill area, and more. Maintenance staff and Front Office staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable! I cant say that living here is cheap by any means, however Ive found that its been well worth the price as improvements have been rolled out.

Been living here for about a year now, rent is a bit pricey for what you get but the staff and management makes it all worth it. If moving here I recommend you speak with Nicole. She has amazing customer service, and anytime I’ve had a concern about the property she’s always the first to help out. Also wanna give a big shout out to Destiny and Amanda for all the times I’ve kept them hostage after hours to help me schedule apt repairs and assist with financial mishaps. 👍🏾🫡

I have been living here for 3 years, and Amanda Fox is by far the best manager that this complex has had. She is very friendly, and kind hearted. Ray is also amazing and sweet. They both made me feel extremely welcomed and like we are family. I truly hope they stay over the complex because I have had the absolute BEST experience with them thus far. Very professional and homely. 10/10 recommend.

I moved in in August of 2019. I live on the forested side of the complex, which I think makes a huge difference. My area is quiet, relatively clean, with nice neighbors, and I love the view from my windows. Yes, I am not happy about the mandatory fees for services which I do not use (valet trash pick up), but some things are to be expected when a new management company takes over. The dumpsters are emptied 3 times a week, so I just take my own trash. Towing is more rigidly enforced, and it can be a hassle to register visitors for parking. Yes, theres room for improvement. But I look forward to living here for many more years. I have no issue with bugs or maintenance. The wifi is more consistent now. The complex is also getting upgraded; my unit already has all the upgrades. I recommend giving the Pines on Spring Rain at least a serious look. But be sure to check out the side with the woods. Its nice back here! LOL!

UPDATE:We’re coming up on our 3rd year at this complex and even happier than before! Cindy and the office staff continues to be the sweetest, caring and most attentive staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My husband and I are going to renew our lease again in February! We are very thankful to be part of the Ravinia community. Thank you to Cindy and everyone else for making this a peaceful place to live.Most definitely the best complex I’ve ever lived in so far.Julie is the young lady my husband and I leased our home with and she was so thorough and professional from start to finish. She made things easy. Plus, I’m her neighbor and we were both super excited!The maintenance staff are quick and they leave detailed updates on what was done to your apartment. We get text/email updates on when maintenance will arrive, or even if they had an emergency and had to address something else first. You’re never left guessing. Conversing with them is easy, as they’re so well-spoken and knowledgeable about what they’re doing.Cindy is the new manager and so far, she’s been fantastic. There seems to be more communication to the community about events, concerns, updates etc. I also wanted some new, nicer blinds installed, and she fulfilled that! I did have to wait a couple of weeks, but she let us know about the wait and why ahead of time, and we were updated throughout those weeks about them. I came home to them today and I couldn’t be happier.My husband and I only just moved here in January, but we’re definitely going to be renewing, if not moving to a larger floor plan!

In love with this property. They have valet trash, year round pool. Open kitchen, bunch of closets through for storage as well as storage on the balcony neat. This property has washer and dryer included and a bunch of closet space.

I lived here for a year moved in February 7th 2022 left February 2023. During my time staying there I have had encounters with SIX different property managers and five of them were no good for nothing. It was absolutely disgusting to see how poorly these people ran this complex. I was embarrassed to live there especially for the price I was paying.. (because the amenities were a joke.. the pool, no working grills broken tv nasty bathrooms the gym, no weights or anything really..)but I must give my props to Mrs. Amanda Fox the NEW property manger. Who has managed to turn that place around within a matter of 3 months. I’ve never met someone so passionate about what they do and it really shows. The place is becoming what it should have been all along.I’ve made friends with quite a few people while living there and I can confidently say you’re respected and appreciated. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us Amanda.

My wife and I recently moved in to these beautiful apartments. I have to give 5 stars alone just to Imelda. She is the property manager she is so kind and makes me feel valued as a resident. If your looking to move to a place where u don’t “just live here” but ur “home” then this is the place for you. The grounds are very clean and we feel very safe here. I give this place a big 👍🏼!!!! ❤️❤️

I am updating my post because my 1 year lease is up and I went to look at different apartment reviews to see how they compared to mine. After looking at some of the reviews here I was surprised. I cant speak for others but Ive never had roaches. The apartments are as kept up as can be. Maintenance has been great for me. Very timely. It is a mixed community of all ethnicities, which I love the most for me and my boys. I would def. recommend these apartments. Some things could be done differently with management and I have heard the last company was better but overall I am happy with them.

I recently moved to The Ravinia Apartments and I absolutely love it here! Not only is my apartment gorgeous, but the community is beautiful as well. There are many grills around the property and an outdoor kitchen at the pool area. I cant wait for summer time to utilize the pool. One of the most amazing perks is the Amazon Hub. You can pick up packages 24 hours a day and not just when the office is open. The only thing Id like to see is more designated guest parking. I LOVE The Ravinia!!

We have been here a little over 2 months, and love it! The staff has been great to deal with. The apartments and grounds are well maintained, no garbage or dog poop everywhere. I havent had any issues with crazy neighbors or parties all hours of the night, or anything. It is a nice quiet smaller complex. Everything i was looking for when moving from Utah. I would recommend The Ravinia!

I have been living here for less than a week and so far everything has been very smooth. Compared to my previous apartment renting, Ravinia is a true definition of luxury apartment homes. The property is gorgeous, especially the pool. The maintenance has been very swift with their responses to work orders and the office staff is very courteous and quick to help... did I mention friendly as well? I dont see myself living anywhere else for a very long time. Cecily and Nidia are great with sincere and inviting attitudes! Thanks all. :)

If youre looking for a safe home for your family dont look any further.I have been at these apts for almost three years and out of the three complexes I have resided; this is the best one.They take care of the maintenance needs in a timely manner, they keep the community clean, throw pool parties with fajitas or pizza, do activities for the kids on Easter and xmass they give you wrapping paper bows tape etc and have a santa for pics. I could go on but why not see for yourself 😉Julie and Cecily are the best in the office by the way. They work with you and help as much as they can
