    In general, the layout and appearance of parking areas and other outdoor environments are good. You do not have to travel far to reach places such as shopping and narquets. The apartment is easy to use. However, many things are now becoming obsolete. Just because the outside of the building is painted does not make everything beautiful. Maintenance tasks requested within the home are resolved in a short time. However, the solution to the real problems is overlooked, and better quality workmanship must be done for these works. Otherwise, the quality inside the houses will decrease. The windows have single glass, which is bad in terms of heat insulation. Additionally, solar film coverings and fly screens on the windows should be replaced. The cabinet coverings in the kitchen and bathroom have begun to deteriorate. When I first moved into the apartment, the interior of the apartment was clean. everything was working. The microwave oven had broken parts, but it worked. A stove that is easier to clean and has a flat top may be preferred. There are paint and plaster problems in a few areas (on the walls and ceiling) due to aging. The entire apartment needs to be remodeled.

    I worked with Cassandra and she was so very nice. I also worked with another woman that gave me a tour of the pool and gym. Staff are very kind and professional. Cassandra showed me the unit and I was so impressed. Cassandra did a great job of telling me of my different options and I ended up applying right after the tour.I have lived here for about a month now and I love it here. I love my view I love the pool and the jacuzzi. It’s a great fit for me I enjoy living here!

    Besides a few shady neighbors over the 7 years and the pickiness of what can and cant be on the porch I enjoyed my time there. The pool area especially and professional office staff. Kim helped me alot throughout my time. A pleasant place to live. Thank you!

    I will forever be grateful and recommend Pearce on the Lake! From the beautiful upgrades to the friends I made during the years I was there, this has been an amazing place for me when I moved from another state. The girls in the office have become like family, and I’ve never had such attentive and complete maintenance! This group has put all the right people in place to make it home. Thank you to all who made my years there so welcoming!

    I have lived here for a year now! This place is amazing, affordable, and most importantly...SAFE!! The maintenance crew is amazing! Friendly staff! Beautiful views from sunset to sundown! Watching the jets fly over from Ellington field...watching the awesome birds flying overhead and on the water! Watching the fish pop up out of the water.....This is Heaven!!! Friendly neighbors and a Great living style!!

    Potholes are getting terrible. Bare electrical wires still sticking out from lamp posts. Cars speeding through parking lots. Dog feces everywhere. Picnic bench is still in the lake, been there since last summer. Lawn care blows debris all over the cars.

    Hurricane Beryl displaced us, and we shopped several apt complexes. Everyone we called had automated, leave a message well get back to you. My girlfriend Kori called Pearce, and she said the nicest person, cordial & helpful answered the phone and was able to get us a tour that day, we decided to come. After meeting Z,and her showing us a unit, we applied and are moving in Jul 12th!All because Z was so AWESOME!

    I just love it here. Ive been here 3 years this month. Never a problem with maintenance. I was in Corpus on a job last Dec. Forgot to leave the heat on and turn the water on as we had freezing weather on the way. In a panic I called after hours and my message was forwarded to a maintenance guy who called me back right away then went and took care of it for me. Awesome job!

    I lived at Hidden Lake from mid-Aug 2016 through late Feb 2018.My apartments look-and-feel was somewhat dated, but everything was clean and working properly. All equipment was quiet (washer, dryer, dishwasher), and I actually used the fire place this last winter. Neighbors are always hit-or-miss, but any complaints were taken seriously.During my 1.5 year stay there were some (maintenance) issues with the apartment, but the maintenance crew was generally ready to help the same day, or early next morning, and always very friendly.The apartments grounds are well-kept, and even though it is not gated, I never felt unsafe. The gym is small, but the equipment is clean and well-maintained. I never used the pool, but it looked clean when I would go to the gym.My apartment was spared during Harvey (I rented one close to the street), but I did have some rain damage. Everything was taken care of professionally, and overall I felt that management handled the situation well.The office team is very friendly, most of the employees will know you by name soon after moving in, and your issues/remarks are taken seriously.Also, I really liked the tool they used to keep track of your packages that were delivered at the front office. (you get an email notification when a package arrives)Finally, I really enjoyed living at Hidden Lake, and I only moved because of my daughters needs.

    Decent apartments for the price. I don’t have any complaints. Parking is great, you see your car from your window. You can go fishing. Freshwater and Saltwater. Any issues or questions I’ve had, they’ve been answered and fixed.

    Overall would recommend living here . We had a few apartments here over the span of a couple of years . My only complaint would be that they are a little outdated and that did cause some issues , however when we moved out I believe they were already renovating a lot of the units . Was nice living by lake but there are more bugs because of it , mostly spiders . But we never had issues with bugs inside apartment just outside by garage area . They have the BEST maintenance team here !! I think the maintenance managers name is Moses , very kind and genuinely cares about his residents !! He always makes sure if we had any issues to let him know so they can take care of it ! Front staff were great . Dawn, the property manager is very sweet and cares about her residents .

    My partner and I needed a place to move ASAP and, Kassandra was able to give us a tour, run our background info, let us sign our lease, and gave us our keys all in one day! She is very nice and super attentive. She was able to help us throughout the entire process such as helping us find renters insurance and electricity at a low cost. Our apartment is beautiful, everything is very clean and we are loving our HUGE patio. Our heater wasn’t working when we moved in. So far so good, Hidden Lake apartments is a great community! 😍

    Ive been living at these apartments for nearly a couple months now, i dont have many complaints, I would love to see a gate be installed since there isnt one, valet trash since majority of apartments in this price range have it. other than that, pretty good. beautiful renovations.

    Right off the bat, our leasing agent was so helpful and happy to answer any questions we had (no matter how many time we asked) we felt like we’re already wanted here (which is such a nice feeling considering our last apartment). She’s great at communicating and following up. The apartment complex it’s self feels so relaxing and I bet it has something to do with the lake! Lol I feel like I’m on vacation every time I look out my window. I am so happy I found this place and I’m afraid I’m may never leave!

    The maintenance staff is awesome! I told them about my dryer knob breaking, they came same day and looked at it. They let me know the next steps and I had a new dryer in less than a week. Much faster than anticipated. The staff called to update me and let me know the dryer was here. They installed it and cleaned up! You couldnt even tell they had been there. I was very happy and the are very professional.

    I have been a resident for almost 6 months and I am so glad I moved here! The office staff are so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist. The maintenance crew are efficient and prompt and friendly as well. The grounds are always kept clean and free of litter and the lawn and shrubs kept trimmed and neat. I love living here!

    My kids and I really enjoy living here at Hidden Lake apartments. For the most part it is a pretty quiet place to live. I have never had any issues with the office, if I have a maintenance request, they are usually out that same day. They always make you feel like you are a priority. The living space is great and nicely updated. We just renewed a lease and they offered to have someone come out and clean the carpet for us! They even applied new caulking around the tubs for us. Our patio is HUGE, I don’t think I can ever go back to having a tiny patio.

    Maintenance is amazing. Two individuals came out and surveyed the amount due to the complaints from the downstairs neighbor. They confirmed I am not doing anything wrong on my end. They were personable and friendly. I had a good conversation with both of them. Kim the complex apartment manager set this up to resolve this issue. She has been amazing as well.

    Hidden Lakes is a very nice area! We enjoy living here and the pool and lake are phenomenal. There isnt assigned parking so that can be an issue sometimes. Animals are allowed which is awesome, but some dog owners don’t clean up after their dog and it gets annoying when it’s by your apartment. I wish there was something more to do about being more strict on the dog owners. But other than that, living here is great and we haven’t had any issues otherwise so far.

    Thoroughly enjoy living here:I’ve lived at Hidden Lake Apartments in Webster for a little over a year now, and even with unforeseen “acts of God” (Harvey) the complex as a whole has treated me very well. Any problem I have with my unit is fixed the day I submit the maintenance request, and the maintenance workers are extremely nice, and leave the apartments better than what they originally were. The staff is kind and considerate, and the amenities are really nice! The drivers here are a little iffy, but other than that, I feel safe and comfortable!

    We could not love this place more! The location, views, and amenities are awesome - but we really are blown away by the staff! Everyone we’ve encountered in the leasing office have been very friendly and attentive, they really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect unit. We have NEVER had the service that the maintenance team provides, anywhere! They have gotten to every maintenance request we place immediately and really do a great job of keeping the grounds in top shape.

    I have lived at Hidden Lake since October and I have a two bedroom here. The office staff is amazing and SUPER responsive! Customer service is everything to me! My patio is huge and overall its a very peaceful place to live. Cant wait for Covid to be over so I can enjoy the pool!

    I lived at hidden lake for almost three years, in a first floor one bedroom apartment and then a second floor two bedroom apartment.It’s a lovely, quiet community. Most residents seem to be young families or young professionals. The one time I had an issue with a rowdy neighbor, I reported it, and after a certain number of offenses, they were gone. Otherwise everyone just seems pretty quiet, lots of people always walking their dogs or chilling on their porches. I just wish there were sidewalks so we could enjoy taking a walk under all the pretty trees. There are trails along the lake at least.The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly, respectful, fast, and good at what they do. The office staff is what convinced me to rent here. They were so chatty and sweet and made me feel welcome in Houston.The leasing office and pool area were recently renovated and are really nice. The apartment buildings are old but largely well maintained. There was some concerning damage to the exterior structure like loose balcony railing and stairs that are slowly separating from the building. But the interior of the apartments is updated and well maintained. I never had an issue with smells or bugs. The design of the apartments is also nice—my two bedroom apartment had sooo many windows and really felt like home.The vast majority of homes and apartments in Clear Lake were built in the 1960s and 70s, which makes Hidden Lake relatively new (1980s I think). Still, because the buildings are older, my rooms were never at a consistent temperature. I would set my AC to 65 all day, and one side of the apartment would never go below 75 or 80. My electric bill for a two bedroom apartment was upwards of $250 during the peak of summer. Between the electric bill and the rising cost of rent in Houston, it was actually more cost effective to own a home, and that’s why I moved out. That said, Hidden Lake by far has the lowest rent in the area for the quality you get, especially when you consider its proximity to NASA, the lake, major roads, and shopping. Crime in the area is also very, very low.

    I had previously given a review of 3 stars. I mentioned in that review that this apartment complex has pros and cons (as does anything.) We’ve had situations that we felt slightly dismissed about, and the water/hot water can be a hit or miss some days. BUT- the most important thing to me is compassion. Like I said, we have felt mildly dismissed in the past but today we saw an entirely different view. We have fallen upon hard times which is pushing our rent payment 4 days past due. Kim called my girlfriend to discuss this today, and from what I understand the conversation was nothing less than encouraging and understanding. Any negative views or opinions I once held have been washed away by the kindness showed to us today. I have been very anxious and on edge about the whole situation, and Kim soothed every bit of that with her demeanor alone. Thank you, Kim and everyone else in the office for truly making it feel like you care.

    Great place. Lovely, clean living grounds, very nice apartments. Maintenance issues are dealt with super fast with no hassles. The only downside is living on the second floor it is very easy to hear the people above us moving around. Other than that its a quiet and peaceful place to live. The leasing staff is also wonderful!

    Ive been living here for going on 14 years now. For the most part things have been pleasant. I love the proximity to all my needs for shopping and recreation. The office help is mostly pleasant and maintenance staff is helpful when needed. My only complaints are pet owners that are not diligent in cleaning up after their pets and the inattention paid to residents that store unsightly and bulky items on their patios. This detracts from the beauty that should attract pleasant neighbors and keep our neighborhood safe and healthy. Also there seems to be an influx of the pesky Muscovy ducks that plagued the property in the past. A lot of funding and efforts were utilized in removing this problem; only to have it return. Hidden Lake Apartments remains a good place for me to call home and I will continue to do so as long as I am able!

    Great move in experience with only one hiccup that was essentially out of the control of most parties that almost delayed the move in. The team was able to hustle and get our unit turned around quickly and thoroughly in short order and we only had to shuffle the movers a few hours. Kassandra was very helpful and made move in day less stressful by meeting the agreed upon deadline.

    I love living here! The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My move from Tampa Florida to Houston was definitely made easier! I got this apartment sight unseen...just a recommendation from my then boss. I fell in love with my porch!!! Its huge! The only con the parking is a bit challenging. Large pickups shouldnt be in the smaller parking places. Otherwise I am going on year 3....

    Great staff, and maintenance, very safe place to live, OTHER THAN CARS SPEEDING IN THE PARKING LOT GOING WAY TO FAST.     Apartment staff is very friendly. The lease is very easy to break (I believe its just a penalty of one months rent) and I got back my security deposit in full. Location is very close to Johnson Space Center but not right along a busy road. Theres lot of ducks around (with the accompanying duck poop), but my 2-year-old loved seeing the ducks and ducklings when we walked around!

    I just moved in 3 weeks ago and so far so good. There were some problems with the lightbulbs and outlets but they got fixed within a day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Surrounding is quiet, peaceful and clean. The paperwork was complicated at first but it’s totally worth it. Im so happy to call this apartment my home

    We have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years. We have the best location in all the complex. An early morning sunrise with a cup of coffee is the perfect way to start the morning. The lake and the creek are ideal fishing spots.

    New to the area? Want a good view where you live? This is by far the best place I’ve ever lived very reasonable prices the staff is great and it’s right off the lake as well. There’s a dog park and two pools I love the grill area. When I first moved here it just felt like I was on vacation. 10/10

    I love this place. I love having a lake by where we live and all the features are great for us. We are happy with the secluded area, fishing, running, pools, etc. I would put a 5star but the management is extremely rude.....Little things that could have been said kindly were said with a total blown top. Did not feel treated like a person...

    I have lived here for a year now and am very satisfied. the staff (2-3/4) are very helpful and will take care of your needs even after you sign your lease (1 not so much) maintenance is HANDS DOWN the absolute best. the guys are respectful, on time, thorough and quick! if you have an emergency they are there within 20 mins (most dont even live on the property) the property is very pet friendly and have the most reasonable pet fees in the area, they even enforce dogs on a leash, which i love. pet deposit is like 300 and 150 is non refundable, monthly pet rent of 10 bucks. you also get an accent wall in your apartment which is awesome b/c it feels more like home then the ugly standard color. i love the updated appliances, washer and dryer come w/ apartment which is great if you dont want to invest. the one bedrooms have HUGE baths but thats the only up side, the bathroom is tiny and theres barely any shelf space, i use mine to shower and do my business so it doesnt bother me. the outdoor storage is a decent size, they are very particular on what can be left out there (thats a positive to me b/c i personally wouldnt like to see someone elses junk) there is a lake which attracts ducks, WARNING: BIRDS HAVE WATERY POOP, its everywhere but theres nothing that anyone can do, i personally dont mind. i love that there are ducks, it adds to the waterfront look. parking most of the time is fairly easy unless you live in a more cluttered unit and even then you will find a spot across from your apartment. I signed for an other year and upgraded into a 2 bedroom. the second bedroom is great for a small baby/ child or 1 teenager. its no bigger then the smallest bedroom in a house, all two bedrooms come with two baths (again not a lot of shelf space, and no where to keep extra towels) the kitchen in plan C is very spacious, the patio is very large. we went from a second floor to a first floor... the second floor gets hotter then the first and the stairs are a drag! but on the first floor you will hear your neighbors walking, when they shower or use the bathroom ( a little annoying but thats anywhere) the pools are all kept up with and very pretty, however when summer comes around so do all the free loaders, they play on the beach volleyball and trash it (i feel bad for the maids and maintenance who have to clean up after them) they do take up your parking spaces and occasionally get too rowdy, a lot of them will stay late and drink or during the day do the same with children around. the front office did nothing during the summer i lived across from the pool, one member actually encouraged it. the gym is limited but still a nice feature to have. the prices are good for waterfront, they will vary, one week a 2 bedroom could be 950 and other week they could be 800 (the more units available the cheaper) i will gladly pay 820 for my apartment b/c there has been no crime in the year that i have lived here, kids dont roam the streets and most that live here have just started their careers or are pursuing their degrees. most people stay to themselves, in the last unit i lived in my neighbors always looked out for us (on the first day of move in our neighbors helped get everything in) yes it is more pricey then anything on el camino or el dorado but you really do get your monies worth, they are located within 30 minutes or less from everything (with no traffic) I normally dont do reviews on anything but i felt like i needed to b/c overall it has been a good year with hidden lakes. if you took the time to read what i had to say i hope it helps!

    OMG Everyone here is so nice and pleasant! Yesterday 07/30/21 was headed to work and pressed for time but would you know these people here(Hidden Lakes Apt staff) had on the go breakfast at the end of the entrance at 8ish in the morning! Talk about great service!💪💪🥰🥰

    Spencer and Melissa have made us feel welcomed even from the first phone call! We had to do the lease electronically due to living in Dallas, and they were so patient with us. Since moving in, any minor issue we had has been fixed within the next day. Cant go wrong with the beautiful view either!

    Great staff, the only criticism I have is that during holidays and some weekends, I have NOT BEEN able to access the gym facility. Access to the pool and gym amenities is inconsistent. It may seem trivial and petty for mgt. However, this amenity is CRUCIAL to me, since Im unable to simply go jogging due to physical limitations. I do rely on the gyms elliptical machine.

    People at the administration are always nice and helpful, they always reply immediately when we need to repair something in the apartment. Thwy can be a little too strict about the rules, but that’s how it’s a great place to live. They place is beautifully maintained

    I love living here. Just walk down the stairs and youre right on the water... Came with a brand new washer and dryer, all need appliances. A HUGE Porch...I can just open my patio doors that are in my room and its so bright. AND I have 2 parking spots.

    There have been little things here and there in 3 years, but all and all, at 34, these are my favorite apartments Ive ever lived in. Its awesome living on the water, and even if theyre not perfect here (who is), at least they usually try! I think most would be hard pressed to find a better combination for the price and area.

    Love living here. If your looking to get away from the city and feel nature you got it here. The location is greatly put between dowtown houston and Galveston beach 🌴. Great staff and awesome maintenance crew.
