I moved here a week ago and it has been a very positive experience so far! Starting with the amenities, there is a salt water pool and gym that has all of the needed equipment which I really enjoyed this past weekend. The staff has also been super helpful. Navi at the front office has been so professional, knowledgable and responsive. She has made the entire process from start to finish, more than pleasant and as seamless as possible. Thank you Navi for going above and beyond to help me! This has been the easiest moving experience I’ve had so far and I look forward to my time living here.

I just moved into my new Apartment. Its spacious for the price. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. We are close to bustops and if you enjoy walking HEB is in walking distance along with other eateries and planet fitness. The community is very calm and tranquil in the evening. Los of People walking dogs and lots of trees and shade I would recommend this place!

I love the entire staff here! Office team is AMAZING! The manager Kim was welcoming and very attentive. The entire apartment staff is so friendly and the maintenance got my work order completed in a timely manner! If you’re looking for a new home where you’ll be taken care of this is the place!

Great place to live! Super quiet and pet friendly. Staff goes the extra mile. Well kept grounds, Great Fitness Center. EV charging stations and super close to downtown and HEB. Apartments are very spacious!

We are super happy With our floor plan. We get lots of natural sunlight. My New neighbors are very welcoming. Lots a shade in the right áreas. The place is always clean. They have a very nace fitness centro and salt water polo. The office People are very friend and always eager to help. Come see them! Let them Know i referred you so i can get 1 month Free rent. LOL! Really come check it out!

I just want to share that the office team here has come a long way. They seem to be more on top of things and are really making an effort to turn things around. Martha is the new assistant manager and has been very helpful. I am looking forward to see the positive changes here.

It’s a good apartment complex. It’s close to the bus route making it easy to get to work and go downtown. There is a HEB in walking distance. There has been quite a few different staff in the past but I like the people in there now. The new maintenance guy has been very helpful completing my work orders. I like it here.

Ive lived for a year and love my renovated apartment. It’s close to downtown and shopping. There has been different people in the office but I really like the ones they have now. They seem to really care about being here and are trying to make great. I really look forward to another year here.

I absolutely LOVE living at these apartments. Navi and Celeste are the best! I loved the activities they hosted during the holidays and they are really caring and attentive, and its hard to find property managers like that. They make me feel like a person and not just like a client.

Solid location for me, close to my peoples and things. LOVE that theres a huge off-leash dog park minutes away, and the on-site saltwater pool has been pretty clean when Ive gone to it. Havent been here long but Ive been lucky not to have any issues around my apartment so far. Its all what I expected moving to E Riverside? lol in any case, the new management team seems promising in case I ever need to submit a work order or administrative request. I met Navi who I could tell is very competent and I felt like she actually gives a damn about people and taking care of her residents. She was very responsive and so helpful I have zero complaints so far!

The new leasing office staff is amazing! Celeste and Navi have always been able to answer any of my questions. The community is quiet and very homey with lots of character in an up and coming part of Austin. Prices are great value for what you get. Maintenance is awesome. Any time I have an issue Napoleon or Pablo come by within a day (if its not an emergency or a weekend.) All around, really enjoying the community.

Moving to Austin with just my dog and I was a big transition but the ladies of The Patten East have made this place a home. They have drinks and coffee in the office and they always have the best attitude coming in the office! They are super communicative and they like to press on how they aren’t like the last company that had been managing the past few years. My dog and I have noticed the biggest differences! You won’t be disappointed working with Navi in the office. She will find you a solution.

Normally I don’t do reviews but I definitely had to this time. As a person who has lived in various apartment t communities and usually had horrible experiences, this is without a doubt a change in pace for me. I am especially thrilled and must mention that Navi and Celeste in the leasing office are a breath of fresh air and made have any questions or concerns a breeze as they have the answers to all of my questions (and I tend to have ALOT) and they make bringing up any issues or concerns super easy and most importantly, they make me feel like I am actually heard and not brushed to the side and just a unit number. Salute to Navi and Celeste!

Last year I had a lot of problems with the complex: my car was vandalized, roaches suddenly invaded my apartment, and communicating with the leasing office was problematic. But since Sandalwood took over it seems like they are really making an effort to improve things around here, and I really appreciate that.

There have been a couple things that needed fixing within the apartment and once they took over, these things got done immediately. Not only are they getting things done but they are beyond the sweetest human beings and their professionalism is top notch!

Hello All, I like to take some time out to recognized Patten East and its Manger (Celeste).. I have been locating for 8 years plus and never have I had somebody make client feel so comfortable. She went way above her job description in my opinion! Super thorough from pricing and how the process works. I showed this client multiple properties in the area (Mont/Zoey) which are newer properties and had little more to offer as far being recently built, But my client chose Patten East because of Celeste professionalism and customer service. (those are not my words but my clients exact words) LOCATORS if you want to impress your clients and not have to sell them because the leasing agents are just going through the motions. Go see her! I’m extremely excited to be moving in. One tour of the place and you’ll see why I knew right away I found my place. The floor plans are spacious and reasonably priced for being a short distance to downtown night life; and the aesthetic of the property complement the amenities of the complex. I can’t forget the amazing staff, to be specific Navi Canales. Very helpful! Glad I found this place!
