I wanted to share my wonderful experiences with everyone!!! The first day I walked into the apartment complex and asked about a one bedroom, Maya immediately helped me. I was also helped by a nice young lady named Angel. I had a lot of questions and they all were answered professionally and with care. I been here 3 weeks and its very quiet!!! I know I made the right decision. I have to give a shout out to the maintenance guys! They are always prompt with their work orders!!! I just want to say Thanks to the whole staff!!!!! I appreciate yall keep up the awesome work 🥰

Honestly the place is avarage nothing fancy but they take care of the property, is clean the dumpsters are always clear there aren’t any excess trash around them like other places, they also respond fast to work orders there are some apartments renovated and have new appliances they do look great.I have peacefully spend a year here an I love the quietness of the place I can sleep peacefully I never had any issues.

This property has gone down in customer service and hospitality ever since the old property manager was fired. Half of the time the newer girls in there have an attitude and are very rude. You just don’t feel as at home as before. The only good thing left about this property is the maintenance man gusto/justo and the leasing agent Jasmine Solis. Jasmine tries her best to keep the vibe positive given the new circumstances. She’s always got a positive attitude and she makes us feel like people instead of a burden.

I love Jasmine & Daniel. I moved here in 2022 and it was so easy and now I’m moving to a new unit within the apartment. The area may look a little rough but the people are nice and quiet and I haven’t had any complaints except the neighborhood cat that makes himself comfortable on everyone’s balcony (we should name him lol).They are a great team and willing to work with you if need be. I love the area so another year should be fine for me before I head off.If you’re looking for a quiet, nice apartment for the time being and management that actually cares, this is the place for you!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I’m extremely satisfied with our leasing office staff. They do a wonderful job of keeping us informed of maintenance checks, reminding us about office perks, and make sure that making rent payments is not a hassle. I stayed in these very same apartments 6 years ago and I came back because my experience was amazing. Now to 2022-2023…..the move was rough, there was a transition in management that made my move a bit of a nightmare to start however; once things were situated, it was good. Jasmine was amazing….literally AMAZING! She was truly the calm in the midst of my storm. Daniel is really nice/nasty - he’s honest but lacks compassion and true concern but who needs that these days. The world is full of people with fucked up perspectives and approaches to dealing with tough situations but it doesn’t stop him from getting the job done so you pick your battles with him.The maintenance staff are realiable and will come when request are made. The property is a bit older however; for the price and location - it’s nice. The pool area is usually clean and the other tenants are very welcoming. I always have the best experiences when I take my son and other people are there. Valet trash is nice however; they do miss picking up trash sometimes but if you call the number, they will take care of it. The gates don’t always work however; the community is pretty ducked off so it doesn’t bother me too much to not have to use my key card. Pest control comes every once in a while and leaves you a notice that they came by.They offer FLEX and a few other ways of paying your rent online.They don’t collect packages in the office so it’s nice to have everything brought to your door or put in your mailbox.There is a metro park and ride right across the street (like walking distance), a park around the corner and plenty of food places just across the high way and A movie theatre about 7 minute away.Parking can be a little shitty sometimes as towing is not enforced but I always resort to parking in the front near the office after hours and some people park on the street depending on where their apartment is located. When I say shitty, I just mean parking a little further than you normally would - I’ve have never not had anywhere to park.I really have no major complaints about this property.

Ive read some of the other bad reviews and felt i just had to present the other side of the story.I have lived at this property for over 3 years now and I must say Ive noticed quite a change since new management and staff came aboard.Before, the office personnel were not very competent, but things have really turned around.This is a nice, quiet, and clean community. Tour the property and you will notice how well kept it is. The apartments are nice, a little small, but very clean. I keep my place in good shape, I dont harbor an environment for bugs and have never seen a roach or spider.People you bump into are nice, and the friendly management is always helpful. Theyve always responded to my request in a timely manner. If I could talk to each prospective tenant I would tell them that this is home.Just a couple of thoughts, if you pay your rent you wont get an eviction notice. Also, if you clean up after yourself you wont have to worry about bugs.And lastly, good neighbors always clean up after their pets.

I would recommend this property it’s quite and literally in the middle of everything Pasadena , downtown , Pearland , Friendswood. We love our apartment and we love our maintenance folks they are amazing and definitely take care of your apartment tickets in a timely manner. Our community manager Daniel is amazing he truly cares about the community and the best interest of us the residents. I love that he engages with the residents when they come into the office or on the grounds. I personally can be extra at times but he knows he’s stuff and genuinely cares to listen to his residents and find solutions or at least an explanation to your request or situation. Thank you Daniel for all you do it’s very much appreciated and does not go unnoticed!

The apartments are older, but have been very well kept & more recently upgraded. I love my apartment! I just moved in to a two bedroom back in June and I’m finally all settled in, the apartment is very spacious and I really am enjoying the upgrades they made to the apartment. It gives off a homely house feeling without the hassles of a house. The office people were helpful and were flexible moving me , even with all my picky demands. All in all I can’t complain , looking forward to my time living here.

Amazing apartments. The staff is very friendly and the make ready men are always on time and very sweet as well. Very efficient in everything they did for me so far. Was able to move in one day after I toured the property. Security and safety is amazing here and as far as lighting late at night I absolutely love the new LED lights they put in. If you are looking for a safe community in Houston that is right by everything with great neighbors and awesome staff I would highly recommend here.

This is a great place to live at a great rate. The Good: The staff and maintenance personal are all very kind, very helpful, and very prompt in dealing with any concerns. The property is well kept and the landscaping is nicely done. They also recently installed new lighting on exterior buildings which keep the property well lit at night, which is nice for an added sense of security/safety. The property management takes the time, and spends the money to fix things. They recently fixed all of the pools that had some damage. They also just repaired all of the pot holes in the parking lot. The Bad: (1) Through no fault of property management, people do not clean up after their dogs. Management provide bags, but lazy/rude tenants still leave land mines from their dogs throughout the grass.

I just love this place. Ive been here for a year and upgraded to a bigger apartment. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to help their tenants-current and future. I hear them on the phone and see it any time I stop in the office. Maintenence is responsive, friendly, and they also go above and beyond. Theyve helped me with stuff that absolutely is not their responsibility as maintenance. I would definitely recommend this place for families and mature single people.

I lived here from 2016 - 2019. I like that its off the highway but still hidden behind restaurants & office parks. If any Medical Center employees are looking for a place to live, this complex is conveniently adjacent to the Park & Ride that goes directly to the TMC.The office staff are very fast to respond to issues, especially LeAnn who remembers our names & looks out for everyone. The maintenance staff always seem to be working hard & get things fixed pretty quick. Landscaping does a pretty good job of keeping the plants alive.Like every complex sometimes you get loud neighbors, & sometimes you get people who dont pick up after their pets, but theres not really much you can do about that except hope theyll move on. Most of my neighbors are quiet & keep to themselves but are friendly when we run into each other. There are hardly ever parking problems because there are a lot of spaces here. The place is pet friendly and they keep pet waste baskets everywhere so its easy to take care of the dog.We didnt flood during Harvey which was great. The water got as high as the parking lot but our cars were just high enough to avoid any damage.The only thing I would like to see change is having a recylcing bin somewhere on site. My roommates & I recycle, & having to drive it all to Ellington Field every couple weeks is hard on us.

This feels like so much more than an apartment. it feels more like home! Great neighbors, great location right off 1-45 and Fuqua, beltway 8 is right around the corner. close to so many restaurants and malls, the location is ideal for the working or semi retired persons. If I have any maintenance concerns, the staff takes care of them right away. The office folks are sooo caring and compassionate, that it just makes sense to live here. I have been living in these apartments for almost 2 years. I have not had any major problems. The move in process was really easy and stress free. The lady who helped me was wonderful. (I forgot her name. opps) When something messes up in my apartment, I simply call the office and they have the issue fixed within 72 hours. There has only been one lady that I would consider rude and unprofessional. Everyone else is really nice. There is a newer lady that works there now and when possible, I try to get assisstance from her because she is always nice and eager to help. (I think that her name is LeAnn). I recommended two of my friends to live here and they both enjoy their residence. I plan on renewing my lease.

My husband passed and things went to the birds. Could not afford the apartments they had available and when one came available upstairs they did not contact me if I would like it. I put a deposit down the first of AprilNow I am out of that.. Do not get me wrong it is a nice place and I always bragged about it.

Im in love with my apartment. From the time I walked into the office for a tour up until now that Im all settled in my new home, I have been given nothing but great service . The assistant manager LeAnn S. welcomed me and showed me floor plans that would accomodate my needs and had a great spirit and awesome personality. She sold me on my one bedroom I now have and am in love with. My first day there was an a.c. problem, I notified the office and by the end of the day it was fixed. Very pleased with everything so far.

I love my apartment. I have lived here about 3 months and have only good things to say about this place. Its older aparment complex but still nice apartments. The staff is always nice. I have to go to the office to put money on my laundry card. Every time I go in everyone is always nice and they all speak. The lady asks how we are, and if everything is ok in our house. She asks if our maintenace orders were fixed and if there is anything else we need.I honestly feel comfortable talking to the office people. At first I did have a few thngs for maintenace and thry did fix all of it but it took a little time. Ill be honest maintenace is a little slow IMO. We have 2 swimming pools close to our apartment and the laundry room is close too.Very easy to get everywhere bc it is not that big of a complex. One thing I dont like is that they have a tow company that will tow you or your friends car if you dont have a sticker from the office. If there was anything I would change it would be that. This apartments is not perfect but I love living here and love the people.

Right now l love Parker At Ellington but only one downside that will get a five stars rating is you all need to go back to excepting paper Checks as an second option because many of tenants dont always get paid on the first of the month and please have a new law about tenents with Large with large dogs on the property many after the office leaves their dogs are not on a leash and l think you all should install security cameras to catch those tenants who disobey the property rules other than that everything is okay

Lived here for about 3 or 4 yearsPros: Good apartment complex relatively quiet, I had no problems management is good Leanne is the best, they deal with your problems in a timely matter, rent is reasonable and they do have security hes a nice guy but sometimes he likes to talk when youre trying to get in your car and go to work.Cons: They would have a hot water shortage problem from time to time, the back parking lot has two potholes that seriously need to be fixed and late at night people like to burn out there tires and do donuts in the street next to the apartment(not on the complex) so you can hear the noise if youre up at nightIn conclusion its a decent apartment complex for reasonable prices but just keep in mind it is an apartment and youre going to deal with the issues that come with living in an apartment

I am very happy with my family here. Daniel is a great person and his team of workers are very friendly and professional, the girl in the office too. I recommend that you come to live here. The apartments are very nice, this is our home for a long time.
