Ive been living at this complex for 3 years now and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my stay. I make it my business to stay in contact with management and office staff. I hit a hard time in my life, and it was hard, but I always keep the line of communication open, Ms. Tawania Banks is awesome. I love her firmness and at the end of the day shes great help and a heart of gold, along with Elizabeth and the other lady at the front desk. I have had two good friends to move into the complex and they love it. I do believe this is home for me, each day I am blessed to be there. I have no issues with my neighbors, we seem to look pout for each other. I can honestly say The Parks at Wintergreen is home for me and my babies.

I absolutely love my apartment. Moved in a week ago. Process took a little longer than expected. Remained patient and have no complaints. The ladies are really sweet. Ms Tawaina was very helpful and professional. Property manager Ms Elizabeth was also very helpful and such a sweet lady 😊

Weve been living at these apartments for a little over a year now. The office staff has been helpful and timely in handling any concerns weve had. The apartments are safe, its family friendly and is a welcoming community to live in. There is a family dollar and a dollar general less than a mile in either direction on wintergreen, and its 15-20 mins from downtown. Its been a pleasant experience and I would recommend checking it out.

I love living here! Ms. LeShae is very professional and friendly. Easy to talk to. She helped us complete our application online when we could not figure out how to do it. Always has a smile on here face. Ms. Erica the manager , is always approachable and friendly. Both have an open door policy. They make you feel like you matter. The maintainable staff is print and efficient with work orders. The place is very well maintained.

I have lived at the property since 2015 and have no complaints, the community is very well kept and quiet. The office staff does a lot of activities for the children on different occasions such as Valentines, Easter, Halloween and etc. I would recommend the property to anyone. Elizabeth and Lashae you all rock! Keep up the great work 😀

I absolutely love my new apartment! The ladies in the office have been very helpful and informative during my transition. Ask for LaShae she’s the best! You will love the comfort and quietness here!

With the exception of my upstairs neighbor, its a pretty quiet community. The Park at Wintergreen are much better than the apartments I lived in before! I also appreciate the upkeep of the grounds. I also appreciate that there isnt very much loitering at night, so I feel pretty safe.

A great place to live! In fact, I have lived here more than once which says a lot about the property and the entire staff! Everyone is nice to work with and will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy living here.

This apartment complex is great especially with the amount of space they have for small events. Very intimate setting and the staff is awesome. Id you havent visit this place yet, please be sure to visit them.

LaShae was very helpful in getting me moved in and the office was there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The apartment complex is kept clean and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming.

Ive leaved here for a year now, the property is very well mentained and management has always been kind and professional to me. Not understanding were these negative comments are from? Maybe rude tenants? Its a bit pricy but all apts in the area are high in price.

I’ve been thinking about moving to the park at wintergreen, i’ve called up there and have went up there and they’ve given so much descriptive information and have been so helpful and nice.Boutique and Lashea were so welcoming and i appreciate all that they’ve done.

I’ve been living st this residence for almost two months now and haven’t had any complaints...Today my ac went out and it was 30mins before closing Ms.Lashae made sure maintenance came to fix the issue right away.
