    We are absolutely delighted to leave this review about our apartment community. The atmosphere here is truly warm and welcoming! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any situation. The team creates a sense of care and comfort, making every day start with a smile.We especially want to highlight how they treat pets. Chipa and I are always welcome in the office, where he gets lots of attention, care, and even delicious treats. This means the world to us as a family.Additionally, the community is very quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Our neighbors are intelligent and friendly, making the environment even more enjoyable. We are so happy to have chosen these apartments and sincerely recommend them to anyone looking for not just a place to live but a place to truly call home!

    I’ve lived here around 13 years and love The Park at Research Forest! They are the best Apartment homes that I’ve ever lived at! With lots of wood areas and trails. Also The Park is very pet friendly with a very nice dog park for our fur babies. The manager Devorah is super nice and a very professional lady. She has a great team working with her , with the office staff and maintenance . I would recommend these apartment homes for someone that is looking for a nice place to call home!

    One of the few truly good apartment complexes to live in. An uncommon gem in a sea of crappy complexes. I have lived here a year and a half and have to say that this place actually rocks.First of all, big shoutout to the leasing staff, maintenance, and the management. You don’t normally get all three but they are a great team. Very helpful, attentive, they answer the phones, are personable, and reasonable. Maintenance is run by someone who knows the apartments inside and out and they do great work.When I first visited, I didn’t much care for the bright red brick, but it grew on me. I’ve come to appreciate the quality of the buildings that were in that early 2000s sweet spot of quality and newness. The interiors are good, solid, and kept in good condition. Love the granite countertops. I do have one minor complaint which is that the tile laminate in the entry and kitchen attract more dirt than any floor I’ve seen. You’ll need a good mop. The size of my layout is great, and the included storage closet really helps.I love that there is a real and usable fireplace with a big mantel. It’s the centerpiece of the living room and although there are few days cold enough to do a fire in it, it’s always a treat. I do recommend keeping a fire extinguisher nearby for safety and check that the flue is open.The overall vibe at the complex is calm, quiet, serene; however, I will say that this is the only complex I’ve received a noise complaint in for day-to-day activity. Personally, my previous apartment had much more noise bleed through, and I had to put up with nonstop barking echoing through the ducts for a year. You will hear your neighbors, but I’ve never had it go beyond reasonable levels.The trees really make the place special. And quick access to miles of walking trails is unbeatable. There is no fence to keep you from trekking to the nearby convenience store or restaurants, which I appreciate.Most of my neighbors have been great, amicable or outright friendly. Haven’t had any problems except with the noise complaintant.The leasing office and amenities are decent. I don’t really care about those ultra-done up leasing offices, and this one is still quite nice. The gym is very well equipped and often not too crowded, and there are excellent gyms very nearby for serious goers. The pool and barbecue area are perfect for summer, even on the hottest days the pool is at least cool enough to get some respite.One small complaint I have is that the printer depends on the office being open, which has necessitated my going to FedEx office more than a couple times.Parking is plentiful, and with covered parking available you can almost always get a spot nearby. I have been in complexes where you have to park on the opposite end to find a spot.Overall, The Park is a great place to live because of the quality of the apartments and staff, the proximity to everything, and the overall peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

    I am an incoming resident who had the honor and privilege of working with leasing consultant, Charlene, to discuss my needs and tour the property after receiving a local internship offer. I love the security, property layout with walkways, beautiful pool, and incredible gym. The area is quiet and the complex felt safe. I wanted to move in on the spot, and I am excited to move in this summer when my current lease is up. Most important to me after years of high turnover at my current apartments and a lot of difficulty with management, Charlene was AWESOME and her commitment to the property and residents was evident. She sold me after we spent time talking together, because it was clear she cares deeply about the residents and their pets. I usually wait until I have lived in a property for several months prior to writing a review, and I chose to submit this before I move-in after such a tremendous experience on the tour and to express my high gratitude for Charlene. I will provide more input after Ive moved in, as well! :-) Thank you, Charlene! Reese and I cant wait to move in!

    Recently moved in and have been extremely satisfied with everything so far. The complex is well kept, safe and everyone has been very friendly. A big thank you to Charlene who has been wonderful to work with as she was there every step of the way to assist with my move from another state. Every restaurant or store you can think of is only a 5-10 minute drive away. Excellent location for all your needs.

    Victor came by today to check the sprinklers and really went above and beyond by also fixing the door that had fallen out of its track on our laundry room! Super nice, very polite, and a quick and efficient worker!The grounds are beautiful and fun to walk, though they do get a bit muddy after rain which is understandable, so far our unit has been totally satisfactory just be advised sometimes the kitchen will beat out your AC for temperatures, there’s been a few times when using the kitchen the AC struggled and our apartment was at 80 degrees instead of the 70 it was set to, other than that truly no complaints!

    Absolutely LOVE this apartment. Its the perfect location. The units are beautiful and well kept. Neighbors are friendly. Im impressed with the soundproofing. I can hardly hear my neighbors or residents at the pool. Charlene made the leasing process a breeze. Apartments like these are the reason people dont buy homes. I might just stay forever!

    I’ve lived here for a year and a half now. It’s the first apartment complex that I’ve ever renewed my lease with and I absolutely love it. The complex is clean, safe, and the apartment staff are amazing. They keep a jar of dog treats in the office and my dog goes straight for them every day. They love giving him the treats and pets, and are always super helpful. Maintenance always gets the orders done super fast, they worked so hard after the hurricane to get everything fixed and cleared. Highly recommend.

    Very nice, friendly staff and the apartments are nice as well. When looking for an apartment, they did a nice job helping me find a size that would work for me. Angie is typically the one that helps me and she does a great job! The location is close to stuff to do, so that’s also a plus. The maintenance is very good and they typically respond quickly. There are plenty of parking spots, which I’ve heard is a problem at some other apartments in the area. It’s been a very good experience overall and I would highly recommend staying here.

    Highly desirable location attached to the Woodlands greater sidewalk network, and not too far from Woodlands mall. The Park at Research Forest is surprisingly not any more expensive to rent than other apartments in far more mundane and pedestrian unfriendly areas in nearby communities.With an excellent slice of nature nearby as well as being in the Woodlands themselves, well kept grounds and buildings, combined as above average floor plans makes these apartments worth rating 5 stars. I would of note deduct half a star if I could for while the apartments conveniently come with all major appliances, some of them are annoyingly outdated; everything works just fine to be clear, but the lackluster dishwasher, feature limited washer & dryer, and most egregiously the crooked coil burner electric stove in our unit left a lot to be desired in these daily use devices.Still Im glad I rented with The Park at Research Forest instead of a nicer but more remotely located apartment.

    Ive recently moved into this apartment complex and felt supported and at home from day one. It is very safe and peaceful, and I truly feel like Ive found my home. Ive moved in with my kids, who are loving it here as well. The complex is quite spacious, perfect for those who enjoy walking, and it boasts a nice pool and a great fitness center.And I love my appartment. It is beautiful, spacious and very cozy!What truly makes this place special are the ladies who work here. Charlene, Devorah, and Briana have made my move smooth and efficient. They are incredibly friendly, kind-hearted, and always willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate them.

    I have lived at The Park for over a year now & I have been so impressed by the management. Devorah , the PM is so sincerely attentive to my needs . My dryer broke and I’m not kidding , I had a new one in my unit in under an hour . Charlene the leasing agent is always a joy to see and she helped me find my unit . The sincere professionalism is outstanding . I can highly recommend this place not just for the perfect location and the beautiful apartments but also for how this place is managed .

    I have lived at The Park a little over a year and have really enjoyed calling this place home. I love that these apartments don’t feel like apartments but have much more of a home feel. The surroundings are peaceful and pleasant. Love all the trees and places to walk to nearby.Very Dog Friendly! Great, new dog park and lots of areas to walk your dog. Management also has nice dog treats in the lobby and welcome furry friends to stop by and visit.Friendly staff and management. Charlene, Devorah and Brianna are kind and professional and listen to your requests. They put together many nice community events that enhance living here.Maintenance Requests are handled quickly. Victor and Santiago are very responsive and helpful with any repairs and requests.Great neighbors, community and location. I’ve made lots of friends while living here and I love that its close by to so many parks and stores.

    The units are great. When we toured the property our expectations were met. Once we moved in, the unit was exactly the same one we toured which was great. We knew what to expect. Charlene was a great help when we walked in without an appointment and helped us right away. And since moving in she’s been a great help with all questions/request we have. Maintenance requests are always done the same day.Location is awesome. Walking distance from the lake and the forest.Only wish we have is if the appliances met the standard of the rest of the apartment complex.

    I love living at the Park at Research Forest. I have lived here for 7 years. I was able to negotiate a great deal for my rent the last time I renewed and I know most apartments would not have done that for me. I love the location. It is close to all the fun things the Woodlands has to offer! The people in the leasing office are awesome, especially Mayra. She is quick to assist all residents. If she can’t fix the problem, she is quick to offer a solution and gets back to me in a timely manner. All the people in the leasing office are very friendly and treat you like family! Thank you Daisy, Mayra, Bailey and Charlene!

    This was a great environment for what we needed for a couple of years. The ONLY reason I did not give this property 5 stars was due to the lack of security fencing around the entirety of the property. There were multiple vehicle break-ins during our lease that were likely due to this reason… However, the management was consistently professional and responsive, and maintenance appeared happy to fix anything within a very short time. It’s a quiet, friendly area that we enjoyed very much.

    I had a maintenance request because I lost my key 🤦‍♀️. I was so pleased with how sweet and accommodating the staff was with my weird schedule. I called and spoke to the manager Devorah while I was at work and by the time I got off, she had taken care of everything. I am so grateful for how patient and understanding she was!

    The office staff was extremely helpful from the moment I decided to move in. Prior to my arrival any furniture that arrived was placed in my apartment. Any questions that I had regarding The Woodlands and surrounding area were handled in a timely manner. The property was well maintained and all maintenance staff was were very friendly. My apartment was very clean and any issues that I had were quickly resolved. A very quiet complex.

    I enjoyed my stay here at The Park, and only left because I accepted a job in a different part of the state. The complex was well maintained, clean, and peaceful. My apartment was comfortable, spacious enough for me, and had enough amenities to compliment my residency. It was walking distance to my work, there are great food/shopping options nearby, and had just enough greenery all around the area to make it my home. I will miss this place. I highly recommend this to any family/individual looking for a pleasant place to live.

    I lived at Park at Research for 3 and a half years starting in 2017. This apartment complex was perfectly run by Rita and her team. This spot is tucked back away quietly in the woods for a long quiet walks with my dog. The complex is located within biking distance from the Woodlands Mitchell pavilion, which connects you to most all of the bike ways that the woodlands offers.Floor plans were spacious and reasonably priced when I moved in. For me personally the floor plan used a little more space in the bathroom than I needed that I could have utilized elsewhere. I comfortably settled in after the world went remote last year and never felt cramped by space. The pool and gym area was always kept up and clean anytime we wanted to use them.Office and maintenance were excellent. Interactions felt personal instead of just being a number. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to move to the woodlands area.

    Ive lived here for nearly a year now. at first we had a dispute with a neighbor but it was resolved and we transferred apartments, so that is of no fault to the property. We recently decided to transfer again, to a similar floor plan as we originally were not intending on staying in the woodlands, but work has been great and were now looking to make a home for the next few years wed rather have a floorplan we can live with for years to come.Edit*The new Manager has been absolutely incredible in helping us solve any issues or discrepancies. She is extremely quick to respond and has an incredibly kind demeanor. I have changed my review to 5 stars.

    From the day I moved in - a most enjoyable experience. Throughout my 2 + years stay, the office staff were always attentive kind, and genuinely friendly to myself and my dog Marlowe.. The pool and grounds are well tended, with a casual laid back atmosphere. The same can be said of most of the tenants. Not far from the Waterway nightlife and local shopping. I had to move out of state for a new job.. I hope I am fortunate to find as great a place to stay in my next port of call. Loved it at the Park.

    Living here was honestly such a nice experience.The maintenance team is top notch, & the leasing office team is very kind & always willing to help with whatever issue arises. The location couldnt possibly be more convenient, & the apartments themselves are very high-quality, with all the amenities one could ask for, even valet trash service available. 10/10 would recommend with no reservations- This place rocks!

    First class management and maintenance.Prompt, courteous, experienced.Improves our Quality of LifeThe problems are with original site layout and building construction.No play area and no sidewalks puts kids in the streets with the cars. Makes for a project unfriendly to kids.Not enough covered parking. Should be at least 1 space per unitVery poor floor construction. Lots of noise comes through.Too much carpet. Not enough hard floors.Lot of apartment grade materials inside. Keeps Maintenance busy.Great location, first class management and maintenance staff. Well maintained property.Original developer a lightweight, though. Good place to live in spite of these issues.

    So far I am really happy with the decision I made to move here. The Park at Research Forest is a very quiet and friendly place. My favorite thing in general is how close it is to everything, less than a mile to get to any place I need to go to. When I moved in the apartment was really clean and is really nice. The people who work at the Leasing Center are the best team of people I have ever met. I hope I stay here for a while, so far so good. Keep up the great work.

    Absolutely LOVED living at this property, and only moved out due to a job relocation. The staff are PHENOMENAL, theyre personable, genuine, and truly care about their tenants on a personal level. In comparison to the multitude of properties Ive lived at in 10 years, Park at Research Forest is by far my favorite residence. Not only is the property well-kept, staff are incredible, but they also take the time to hold resident events which were over the top. They brought in food trucks, had a mini farmers market, wine and finger foods, etc. The staff were even so personable as to get involved with my toddler any time I went into the office. Theyd play with him in the office, hold him and care for him while I took care of what I needed with management! Amazing women!As a side note, during my time at this property, I was the unfortunate victim of identity theft WHILE away on business travel. While under immense stress and emotional strain, Rita was so incredibly understanding. My assets were frozen and I was unable to pay rent on time, she told me not to worry, shed work it out and for me to focus on getting the theft all straightened out. She was a blessing at a time in need, with no expectation of gain in return. Shell never really know how much that meant to me. Anyone looking for a place to call HOME should -strongly- consider the Park at Research Forest!!!

    Let me just start off saying from the moment we get out of the car my partner and I loved the appearance and up keep of apartments !!! Sooo quiet , the amenities were in a amazing condition everything was clean just awesome. The second part was the customer service we received from Bethany ! She was really nice and informative and was very knowledgeable about all of our concerns. We left with smiles on our faces😁 unfortunately my partner and I chose an apartment closer to both our jobs, but let me say.... we would have definitely chose these apartments if distance wasnt a concern! To top it all off I just received a email from Bethany checking in on us 2 weeks after 😊 . If we ever move towards the woodlands this will definitely be home. Thanks for your commendable customer service.

    I love living here, its been almost 5 years.Staff is always super nice and helpful.Whenever I have an issue on something like the air conditioner, repair team helps to fix it very fast.No issues so far on anything, neighbors are respectful, never had an issue with noise.I did a lot of research before I moved here, and believe me it is in the top in regards to quality/price.Hope it helps!

She was extremely helpful, polite and friendly, assisted me with move-in checklist and daily requests.

    I was drawn to this community based on its reviews and it surpassed my expectations! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Park, and in particular, Rita, Angie, and Mayra, who I worked with closely!! They went above and beyond to help me during my short apartment-hunting time in town, even staying late on Saturday to show me a unit and calling me during my application process. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and did everything possible to ensure that I would find a unit that I loved and would be incredibly happy.     The grounds are clean and well-maintained. The apartments are modern and attractive.Valet trash and pest control services are great perks. In addition, maintenance requests are processed very quickly.The only thing that could be improved is that communication with management can be slower than desired. This is barely an inconvenience though, because everything works so well and is so nice.

    We loved living here. The apartments have nice layout (we had walk-in pantry!), rent is reasonable, everything is close by like restaurants-mall-grocery-trails-parks, plenty of parking, its safe, lotssss of resident activities, prompt package notification, nice gym and the list can go on.. But the best part about this apartment is its leasing staff. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. Rita specially is the sweetest and kindest leasing agent ever. Very peaceful community we would all love to call home.

    We had a great time living here, The Park is in a great location with lots to do nearby. The apartments offer a different design to the standard boxes you get, the grounds are well looked after and are fairly secure. They could do with covered parking for all spots for protection against the summer sun and the winter hail storms.

    Ive only been here for a year but I have never felt more at home. Well maintained grounds. Spacious units. Amazing management and maintenance crew!! All orders are processed quickly and the staff are genuinely good people. The location and surrounding area is great. So peaceful and feels safe. I have zero complaints and dont plan to leave until I decide to buy a home of my own.

    I have been here for 2+ years. I love the girls at the front desk, the area is always clean. Something happened to our AC and the maintenance man came out on Father’s Day!! I felt bad but really appreciated that he took the time out. Moving soon due and going to miss this place!!

    First of all, I would give the maintenance crew 5 stars!!!!! They are awesome and super helpful!...I took off a star because oh my goodness the noise! We are on the first floor and can hear every move our upstairs neighbor makes! Everytime they flush, use the shower or sink, we hear water rushing down the pipes (at least I assume thats the noise!)... I dont feel like they are exceptionally loud, its just so squeaky when they walk!!! We hear everything! And unfortunately for us, they get up at 5 am for work! (Which means we get up at 5 am!)And my phone doesnt get reception in certain spots and the internet is so slow at times!
