The grounds are kept up daily. Management handles maintenance requests within 24 hours. This is a nice and quiet place to live. There was no thought put into parking. If you have an apartment thats on the end be prepared to be blocked in your garage. I was late for work many times because people block my garage Management will not recognize the issue bc they live on site and no one blocks them. I have reported to them time and time again with no resolution. I moved after 2 years. -

Ive been here 8 years, never had problem with management or maintenance issues they will fix stuff accordingly. Very quiet. -
