    I lived at the Parc @ Ingleside for 2 1/2 years and I had a great experience. Things are never perfect when living in any complex; however, the management is top notch: accommodating, kind, and very quick in responses. Vanessa and Belinda are awesome! Same can be said for maintenance. Not sure I ever waiting more than a couple of hours for any request. I only had minor issues and never emergency. Great people and great location. Highly recommend.

    I give them a •TEN• LOVE this place! From the moment we stepped foot in these doors, we have been treated like Family from Vanessa and not just another filled apartment. She knows us by name and is just the sweetest. They go above and beyond to help in any way! Apartments are very nice and homey! Management here is top notch! Nothing like I’ve ever experienced at other complexes! Belinda is the best! Can’t end without mentioning the maintenance! Always there for ya! Oh and, we truly enjoy all the activities they have here, from Holiday goodies, banana splits, raffles, goodies in the fridge after playing at the playground/pool and the yummy yummy coffee! ;) Thank y’all so much for being here!

    We have been living here for almost a year and it’s been good. Management is great, especially Vanessa, and everything is always kept clean. It’s very homey opposed to other locations. Would definitely recommend.

    My review is long overdue and I wanted to take the time to finally let people know what I think about Parc at Ingleside. The property is well-kept and beautiful. The staff, Vanessa and Belinda, are very professional and friendly. I moved in around June 2022 and I dont regret it. Vanessa made the application process smooth and seamless. The maintenance personnel are very friendly and always provides service with a smile. With that being said, I do have an issue with my kitchen sink right now. My water is not flowing out properly so I cant use the dishwasher or get hot water from my kitchen sink and its understandable that sometimes properties do have issues. So, maintenance came by and saw what the problem was and ordered a part to fix it so I will be posting an update on how that was handled and resolved later. Parc at Ingleside is one of the best places you can call home and the staff is very warm and welcoming. They have met my expectations and more.

    We’ve lived here for a few months now and absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, especially Vanessa. Not really any complaints so far. We do wish the pool hours were longer so that we can take a late night swim, it would work better with our busy schedules.

    Ive been living here for a little over 2 weeks now and everything has been perfect. Its a huge step up to my previous apartments I was staying at. Everyone who works in the office is nice and friendly. They really know how to welcome you!

    The Manager Belinda Deleon and her staff (Vanessa and Vicki) are very helpful and friendly and show that they give 110 percent when it comes to doing their job. They make living at the Parc Apartments an enjoyable place to live. Since I been living here in Ingleside, their attitude and friendliness is what made my Decision to live at the Parc Apartments. Even the maintenance staff (Calvin) displays the same positive attitude. I want to take time to thank Belinda and her staff for a great job in making me feel welcome.

    Vanessa and the Entire staff was AWESOME! Super helpful, and made the process too easy! The office was extremely clean and kept neat along with the property! This staff and apartment deserves more than 5 stars!! Would and will recommend to anyone looking for an easy and friendly place to call home!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE. my boyfriend and i just moved in 2 weeks ago and we absolutely love it. the staff was helpful and so friendly and made the process super easy! the apartment itself is gorgeous and spacious! they even have a dog park and our frenchie loves it out there. i definitely recommend!

    I moved to Parc at ingleside beginning of September 2022. I drove 17.5 hours to move to Texas and chose ingleside to be my new home before ever seeing it in person. Smaller town than my hometown. Great people here. Lots of friendly interactions with residents. The leasing agents are super amazing here. I showed up at approx. 1am when I arrived and they came and gave me my keys and some paperwork but was quick to do so. I also got into my apartment and inspected it and they managed to do a 5 day flip and no issues what do ever! Best looking apartment I’ve been in for the money. The money is prices at fair price. I am glad to be a resident here at Parc and can’t wait see where I get from here.

    We just moved to Parc at Ingleside Apartments about a week ago. The property manager and other personnel were very helpful to us and respectful. They did their best to get us in our new home We are grateful we are here. Parc at Ingleside has everything anyone would like to have in their home. Would highly recommend others to come live here.

    Belinda (Manager) and Vanessa (Assistant Manager) were absolutely awesome! Helped me every step of the way. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient. Got us into a furnished apartment in less than a week. Excellent Customer Service!

    Super fast & efficient throughout the entire process! Greeted by such a loving and helpful staff by Vanessa, Belinda, and maintenance! Needed to move in within less than 4 days, and the staff got it done just absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend. Especially with all the community events! Super fun & beautiful!

    Staff REALLY goes out of their way to assist prospective residents. I saw the development of this place every other day and thought I should give them a try since we needed to find a place to live. I picked up an application and within hours I took a tour and within a matter of 3 days I was renting a UHaul and doing the whole Change of Address ritual. Clean, cozy and well constructed, this place is HOME!

    Management was very helpful with the whole process. Very nice apartment im here for work however when my family has visited they enjoyed the pool and park in apartments along with the skatepark across the street its is legit. And close to everything I need.
