    I have been here for a month now, and its a great community! Peoples patio areas are nicely decorated for the holidays and it gives the complex a wonderful personality to it. Nelly at the front office is very kind and was able to help me out quickly which was very appreciated!

    Love the experience at this apartment complex when I use to live here in the past. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an nice clean respectful quiet area. We even had a guy who would feed the cats at night, which I dont see him anymore since I went over there to give a few people a tour and I must say it is a still top notch! 👌🏾 Therefore, I had a minor problem in the past living in my apartment which means no one is perfect. Keep up the good work @ The Palms At Chimney Rock! 🌴 🤲 🌴 🤲 🌴

    I truly enjoy living in these apartments The Palms the neighbors are friendly and caring the leasing. Brenda, the leasing manager is always kind willing to assist, understanding, caring and always trying to better our living area. I’ve been living here already two years and not once have I felt insecure or upset about anything. It’s a very calm place to live. The neighbors are always thoughtful of everyone’s space and noise.

    This apartments have been really good since I’ve moved here from Toronto. The community here has been amazing, and the workers have been really supportive and useful. Also I see the manager walking and checking the apartments every day which shows that there staff are also on task and working.I’ve enjoined every day of me and my family living in these apartments, and my children have really liked the pool which is always clean.

    So far my experience has been great with them. My move in process was smooth. Love the customer service and staff.Unit is very spacious and I love the layout. Parking hasn’t been bad. It’s pretty quiet where my apartment is located.

    I just moved in & my experience from the beginning has been great. Noelia has been very patient with me. Shes been helping me with signing in to the system & the other request Ive had. The apt was cleaned & smelled great when I received my keys. I have no complaints & I just know my stay here is going to be great. I needed to be close to MD Anderson & I got what I wanted. The price for this complex is & the size of the unit is amazing plus its a small complex so thats all a plus for me.

    I have lived at this place for a long time. I will recommend this place to anyone. It is a home. People here are like a family. The maintenance guys are just excellent. They work so hard to keep this place looking good. Sometimes they looked so tired but are still able to give you a smile and say hello. Mantainance request are done on time. I truly admired them . William is on top of his job every time. The place is always clean. I have space for my little garden ,and encouraged others to do so too. Its a joy living here. Apartment Manager is just cool and sweet.

    My parents used to live here, 13 years ago. This was my first home when I migrated here from the Philippines. Ive always liked the place and hoping I can go back and rent a unit here again. I can see there were some changes and I like the idea of keeping the place clean. My late dad loved this place because it was down the street from where he worked and management was awesome.

    I’ve just renewed my lease and Ms. Nora made everything simple and easy! She was very knowledgeable and explained what I will be paying every month! And our new maintenance man (Derwin) is quick and efficient, thank you both for making this such a wonderful living experience!

    These apartments were over all great! These apartments are a decent price and the area isnt bad. Also I am thankful for Yire the new leasing manager she is pretty amazing and I am sad that we left, because we finally had someone who was willing to get things done and work with you! This is the second leasing manager I know that goes above and beyond for their tenants! We lived there for 3 years and never felt unsafe but the people that rockstar capital were hiring were awful they never cared and did whatever so hope they keep Yire like seriously! They finally found someone amazing! Over all like I said the apartments and people living there are pretty great!

    Great community. I received an email with the apartment video and I been in love. So I do an appointment for a real tour and they don’t disappoint me. It was Same that the video a big apartment with a nice balcony they let you have your garden furniture outside so I can see me chilling in my balcony. I will apply for sure. Thank you Yire Nice tour

    Price + Location + Community = Worth It!I lived here only for a small handful of months prior to being transferred to Austin for work. That being said, I can honestly say this was by far the most warm welcoming apartment complex I have ever stayed in. However I did have some difficulties that brought this review down to a 4 star. Moving in was a total breeze until 24 hours prior when I was told I was missing vital paperwork to get in, that I wasnt told was required for the 2 weeks prior I had been in discussion about moving in. I got it sorted, but the stress was really unnecessary. Upon moving in I was met with the most severe insect infestation problem I have ever seen in my life. It was no joke. Truly horrendous and exhausting to live with. That being said, Palms did all they could to rectify the issue in in about a months time, it was finally under control. I asked to have a deduction off my first months rent to compensate for the living conditions I endured, and ultimately no accommodation was made. This really offended me as the level of infestation I endured was absolutely inexcusable and took a months time for more serious precautions to be taken. That being said, once that was sorted living here was a dream. The community is warm and welcoming. The cost for rent, especially considering the area, made it totally worth it. I just wish there werent so many bumps in the road in the beginning. The way things were handled upon me having to leave my lease early, really showed me just how much Palms cares and works with their residents. I was able to hand my lease over to a new tenant which saved me a considerable amount of money and I am super grateful for that. I am willing to bet I just happened to run into some bad luck on the front half of my stay as Covid had just begun and everyone really was overwhelmed trying to manage around all of the changes. I am happy with my stay at Palms and highly recommend it to anyone considering the residence. My apartment was insect free for a number of months before I left. They really did get it sorted. Thanks Yeri and Rockstar Properties! You guys truly are Rockstars!

    I live here about 5 to 6 yrs,at this moment the apartments been the bestthey were bad everything they did at this moment is the bestgood workers a gym ,clean pools in the winter and summer ,parking lot too good people around us ,always trying the best for the people ,i really dont have nothing bad so say about this aparments they change everything to good looking,small complex but real good always clean a playground for the kids was the best thing love it ,really nice!GOOD JOB !

    I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cecilia and The Palms at Chimney Rock. The process of finalizing my paperwork and move in were handled thoroughly and professionally by Cecilia the Property Manager. With a death in my family, out of state, less than a week before my move, she worked with me closely and took away the stress and potential delay of moving in by communicating consistently with me. Her kindness and understanding of my unique situation truly warmed my heart. I am extremely grateful to her for bringing about a happy beginning at The Palms for me and my family.

    The apartments are always kept clean. When I have a problem it is fixed right away. I never have a problem with noisy neighbors or noise at all. I am near schools, grocery stores, fast food, and even a church! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!!!

    I happened to move here when remodeling was taking place going thru a drastic facelift. A fantastic job was done because now it feels & looks like relax, soothing, tropic environment. Coming from a multi-complex apt, this small-scale apt has help me deal with fewer people. Not to mention the performance of the office staff has been outstanding, quick responding & superb, & definitely get in touch with leasing specialist Cris Alcalde for details of the property. I recommend The Palms to all apt-seekers, by far one the best property i have reside in.
