Ive had the pleasure of living at The Palms for over two years, and I can confidently say its been a wonderfully positive experience. The management team is very friendly and The property is well-maintained, and Ive always appreciated how quickly any maintenance issues are addressed. The maintenance staff is not only efficient but also friendly, polite, and professional, making every interaction a pleasant one.The grounds themselves are beautifully kept, which adds to the overall appeal of the community. As a pet owner, I particularly love that The Palms is pet-friendly—its great to live in a place that welcomes furry friends!Additionally, the recent makeover of the laundry room has truly elevated the experience; it looks fantastic and feels much more inviting. With two pools available for residents, theres always a refreshing spot to relax during warmer days.Overall, The Palms is a fantastic place to call home, boasting a friendly atmosphere and excellent amenities. I have lived at the Palms for over two years. Living here has been a positive experience. Any maintenance problems are taken care of quickly. The maintenance people are friendly, polite and professional. The grounds are well maintained. The complex is pet friendly. The laundry room has had a recent makeover and looks every nice. Also, they have two pools. It is a great place to live.

(Here me out because this is a story)So Ive been here for going on two and a half years. This place is actually my first apartment complex I ever had so I was excited to have any place in general. If you had read the other reviews then you can rest assure I can agree with them. Heres the thing though. This review isnt about saying negative comments on them. I understand a lot of places are under certain management. I believe when things go wrong here, most of the time they understand the issue and theyll fix it. There has been a lot of changes and thats something most of long term attendants havent enjoyed seeing. This place is basically a decent place to live (they just to build a fitness center somewhere). Also I want to spend a moment and thank Mr. Arturo Ramos. He has good communication skills and welcomes anyone and everyone in with open arms. The experience he has in this industry has brought him a long way. When I go in the office for something, he greets me with great customer service. So in conclusion, this place has its ups and downs but I recommend this place for at least starting out or wanting to move away from the main busy streets like Staples and Airline.

Im giving 5 stars solely for the customer service!!! Everyone was ALWAYS so kind and welcoming for the 2 years I lived here. I never dreaded calling them about anything!Now, onto a few other things.For about a year and a half, I had gnats in my apartment. When I say gnats, I mean a swarm. Like theyd fly around me while I sat on the couch. They definitely came from the plumbing (specifically the kitchen drain) and during the summer months it was absolutely awful. A pest guy came by multiple times and told me every time that there was nothing to be done about that. The bulk of roaches were seen the last 6 months and would almost always be in the kitchen/running in and out of the dishwasher.Generally, I felt safe living here. I would always be coming and going for work and would regularly be going/coming at night as well.The windows are not great. You can hear every single noise going on outside, they are not sealed properly as well so it gets VERY hot in the summer.As far as maintenance goes, someone would always show up eventually. At the beginning of my first year the maintenance guys would show up but not really fix anything. The second year the new maintenance guys were WAY better and would explain things to me when they broke. For the most part they would communicate as well so that was nice.I really loved how much space there was in my 2bed 1bath apartment. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING, maybe even too good 😂

I have been a resident here for almost 4 years, and I have loved every minute of it! Management are awesome they have been that way through out my time here especially Arturo! If I had any issues with my apartment be it maintenance, or something else they got on it as quickly as possible and fixed the issue. If I wasnt buying a house I would still be living here for years to come, but it was great and Im glad I lived here for as long as I did. I recommend these apartments!

I would say don’t pay attention much to the negative reviews. This pace is modern and cost is sufficient at this point. Place is still up and running and staff does what is needed. If you have gotten evicted for non payment of rent, you should not post and bash others. Imj

I lived at the Palm for 4 years and I loved my little apartment. The units were older and basic but well maintained and in 4 years I only had to call maintenance a handful of times. It was very quiet and neighbors were respectful. I had to move to San Antonio for work and my current apartments are a nightmare which makes me miss the Palm that much more lol. Anyone on a budget looking for a safe quiet place to live I would highly recommend these apartments.

Ive lived here for a little over 2 years. I first moved into a 2 bedroom and then I moved to one of their 3 bedrooms for more space. I have not had any issues with either apartment. Both apartments have been very clean both times and I enjoy living here. Maintenace guys are nice and are helpful. The girls in the office are friendly and always make sure Im taken care of. I plan on staying awhile until Im ready for my 1st home. They have done some updates to from what I can see. My lab enjoys the dog park. Good place to live, gonna give a 5 rating!

Had a good stay at these apartments. Moving in was quick and easy, the office always responded to me within the day. In the 3 years I lived here there were some maintenance issues but they were always resolved quickly. The bugs were a problem for awhile. I resorted to throwing away my microwave and coffee maker and didnt keep any food that I couldnt store in my fridge. For the last 6 months we lived there we were roach free, so perhaps the issue was finally resolved. Moving out was also a smooth process. They offered us a really fantastic deal to get us to stay, but unfortunately it just didnt have what we were looking for. We really appreciated the attempt to keep our business. There were no unexpected charges, we did owe a little because one of our cats has a sensitive tummy and really did a number on the carpet, but we expected this. We were given a sheet with each individual item that would be checked at move out and what the charges would be if there were damages.

These apartments are amazing! The office staff is very helpful and very understanding about almost everything! The grass and hedges are kept very nice and trimmed at all times! Pest control is a huge bonus considering paying for it by yourself is expensive it is a very great accommodation to have! The maintenance crew is very nice and good at fixing any problems around the place! I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends/family!

I recently moved out of The Palm for a job offer in Houston…I truly miss the palm… i never had ONE problem with them… the office staff is the greatest and over all it is a GREAT community! the prices where beyond great. my apartment here i Houston can’t compete! When i move back to Corpus, 100% move back into The Palm! it was my first apartment moving out of my parents house as a 19 year old and let me lots of great memories were made there! i loved it so much that i convinced 3 friends to move into the complex and i would do it again in a heartbeat with anyone who is looking to live somewhere.

From start to finish my experience was great, I only stayed here 12 months because I got homesick and decided to move back home but if that wasn’t the case I would have stayed longer! The apartments are affordable, big and the ladies are always so sweet and willing to help. Maintence always came when I needed them and fixed everything I needed fixed. I was worried about the moving out process because I kept seeing reviews say they didn’t get their money back, so I cleaned as hard as I could (we just moved out) and had my boyfriends parents help clean as well and we are getting most of our deposit back so far. If you clean like you should, you shouldn’t have any problem so don’t be worried about the reviews like I was! The Plams is a great place to live! I lived there for a year during my senior year at TAMUCC and had a great experience.The staff is very friendly, work orders get done fairly quickly, and the complex is always clean.I lived in a one bedroom with my husband and our cat, we all lived happily. The one bedroom we lived in had a huge living room with a decent sized kitchen.The management is always willing to work with you and will hear any concerns you have. This is the best place I have lived while in Corpus Christi, which was only four years but still!

I have had a great experience with The Palm, the staff is extremely helpful, very communicative and are always willing to provide any help they can. The maintenance team has always responded right away, I have used the emergency maintenance line and the response was immediate and very helpful. As a college student The Palm is the perfect place to live; the complex is only minutes away from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi and right off the highway so access to the city is really easy. The online features make it really easy to pay rent and request maintenance as well.

I understand everyone has different standardsBut this Is one of the best apartments Ive lived at and is a very roomy, cozy apartment.
