    Great team and stuff. Help with my all my concerns within a timely manner. Always noticing the tenants if there are any issues or construction notice. They plan community events for holidays and for the kids. The new management is great and understanding with people time.

    This place is amazing. Im starting my hunt early since Im moving from out of state, but this place makes me want to move NOW. This was my last tour of the day, I wish it was my first, i would have stopped here and viewed the city with the rest of my time. My leasing agent was the most professional and I didnt feel rushed at all. I will absolutely be moving here!

    Very good office staff. Great manners, very efficient with their work. Luz was very helpful and patient with any questions I had when I applied. As well as the property is always very clean. Office staff always are very attentive with any issues that I have . Totally recommend moving here .

    I moved here mids of June this year, I have enjoyed my experience. They were quick to fix some issues in the apartment as soon as I moved in. The pool area is well kept and there is a lot of families that enjoy it. The only thing I would have to say its that there is a lot of residents that leave trash all around the complex, its not the complex fault but some communal trash cans could help fix this issue. The place is save, security patrol every night and the gates are constantly locked, expect for the almost daily occasional rock left at the walk in gates.

    Nice management, the manager Sandra is the most fantastic woman I have ever met, I have seen her working in the apartment for emergency purposes even after hours. She welcomes residents with happy smile!!!

    I lived here in 2007 and decided to come back 2018 and just love this property. I had some financial hardships and had to move out and go to a hotel back in 2019 and I love it so much that I recently moved back to the apartments in 2020. I will be renewing my lease for another year and always enjoy coming into the office and speaking with Thalia.I enjoy walking around the property and viewing the amazing greenery and landscaping. I have a special attachment with the flowers, trees, and pond located on property. I enjoy walking around the property while listening to my Ipod.My apartment is cozy and I love that it has all ceramic flooring. The size is perfect for me and I am super satisfied with the amenities. The apartments are in great conditionI like each and every employee in the office and they always help me. I am 101% satisfied.Maintenance does a great job of cleaning the property and maintaining the apartments with their repairs. They are very down to earth and have an awesome attitude.Cindy in the office is such a nice, helpful, and lovely person and Thalia, the manager, is always 100% and is helpful always and is an extraordinary person. She helped me in one of my toughest moments and I will be forever grateful. Thalia and I have a journey from 2018 to 2022 and beyond and I give her 5 stars to her and her team

    We have been tenants, going on 3 years.Thalia Martinez has been awesome from the start, shes always been accommodating and reasonable and helped us out with any issue we encountered. Her customer service towards us has always been superb.Maintenance is on point for the most part, they come and fix things very quickly and efficiently.We just had two situations where people came in without notice, but it hasnt happened since we addressed it.Downside is that there is a lot of crime in the area, so we no longer feel safe going for walks etc.There is issues with the water a lot, we noticed, they shut off the water to work on repairs quite frequently, and its very inconvenient with a toddler.Water pressure stinks in our building.Parking can be a little tricky but its whats expected as any apartment complex.Theres lots of cats, which we do not mind one bit, but heads up theres lots of cat lovers in the complex!We had a bug problem for a little while there when we had new neighbors move into the building, but it seems the complex has been exterminating and now we no longer have that bug issue, but I still wanted to mention.The renovations are nice, but you can tell its cheaply renovated.But for the price and the area I think its okay.UPDATE -After 3 and a half years we decided to leave the complex . Its a bittersweet feeling. Throughout the years Ive seen improvement in management, front office, remodeling and maintenance. Even our plumbing improved tremendously.Thalia Martinez always goes above and beyond for her tenants and she truly cares and is very compassionate as long as you remain respectful.The only reason we are leaving is because we need 3 bedrooms and unfortunately the one doesnt offer those.This is a very family friendly community. I would definitely recommend the one to my family and friends that are looking for a nice spot in Houston.Thank you guys for allowing us to reside in your complex. We are sad to leave but definitely looking back through our whole journey with lots of wonderful memories.

    I would give 5 stars because its a pretty property and management is nice but recently i noticed that we got a new security guard and crime has gotten bad. The property was so nice and peaceful but that changed with the new guard. I have walked by vehicle twice and seen him sleeping. Doesnt walk the property like Sam used too. The other guard would walk around to help keep property safe and was just one call away! Manager made a mistake on that one.

    I have lived at La Villita Apartments in Houston, Texas for about 8yrs now and originally, I was living in a second floor apartment. Since I am disabled and use a cane to get around, it was a bit difficult for me to be going up and down the stairs whenever I had to leave my apartment. The office staff was more than considerate in finding me an apartment downstairs which is more accessible for me to get around the premises. For that, I am truly grateful. Overall, the office manager and staff are considerate in whatever situation might arise regarding my residency in the La Villita Apartments, and their benevolence makes me feel welcome.

    I do like living un The One at 5959. For one, I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes and in all of them I have had to move because of the bedbugs. There are no bedbugs here. I only gave it three stars because I do think its a bit expensive. Also, I wish this place was handicap friendly as I am elderly and disabled. But, I suppose it could be worse.

    This has been one of the best apartments Ive lived in. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new home. My apartment has an upscale feel and is perfect for my budget. The only complaint I have is that the pool isnt open year round, but I understand they cant due to weather.

    At first glance you can tell that the complex is well taken care of. The pool is beautiful, has a lot of sitting area, and really spacious. The people in the office are really nice, helpful and all about their tenants and the complex.

    Nice and cozy apartments! Service requests are done immediately and office staff is friendly and professional. With the landscaping that they’re doing, the apartment complex is more beautiful. They’re working on adding more lighting too, which is awesome.

    -Sandra Muntané, the Spanish girl, is a nice person, I love how she works with people. She is a hard worker who puts a lot of effort into her work, knows how to talk, attend, and serve people when they come to the office. I admire Sandra Muntané for all the work she does in the office and I admire how she makes sure that all her residents are well and how she helps her residents when they have a problem with something and makes sure to send maintenance to see what is happening or what the problem is that the resident has and how it can be fixed. Sandra Muntané is one of the best people I have ever met and one of the best workers who works in the office. Thank you very much for all your support, help, and service. I hope he can continue to do great wonders and I hope he continues to be the person he is. Thank you for all your efforts that I have made with this company and not only with the company but with its residences.

    Its a nice place, unfortunately they dont want to repair the SPOTLIGHTS. BURNED that are in it. HIGH of him. BUILDING. I ALREADY REPORTED LIKE #20 TIMES AND THEY IGNORE IT I THINK THEY ARE AFRAID TO CLIMB A 30 PIECE LADDER AND CHANGE IT. The problem is that that makes it look DARK before yesterday JANUARY 12, 2024 THEY STOLEN A 2018 TOYOTA CAMRYS FOUR WHEELS THEY ONLY LEFT THE CAR ON TOP OF BRICKS. THERE WAS SECURITY BEFORE BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND. BECAUSE ? THEY REMOVED IT...
