The Nine@Rio so far has had a positive impact on my last year at UT Austin. I really enjoy their amenities, especially the gym which is convenient, although sometimes too humid. The maintenance communication here I will say has been great in my experience and they will always tell you when things have been assigned and completed.

Good location. Size of the apartment and rooms are nice. Maintence is really quick and Carlos is the best. However there are usually a lot of homeless people in front of the building and construction that lasts hours starting at 7am. Besides that it is really nice place to live.

No apartment in west campus is perfect. However, I have enjoyed my time at the Nine. I have never faced a problem with maintenance or the office. I’ve had concerns and issues in my unit and room in which maintenance would always respond and check it out within a day. Carlos, the maintenance worker, always responds quickly and does his best to come to a resolution in which he has never failed. Jayda, one of the apartments workers, always does her best to solve any resident issues. Any problem or questions I have, she always responds quickly and if a manger is needed, she doesn’t hesitate to communicate my issue with them. I will continue to live at the nine until I graduate.

Jayda gave me an amazing tour of The Nine at Rio, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide! her energy was absolutely infectious. she made the whole experience not only informative but genuinely fun. she was so enthusiastic and personable that it made me want to come back just to be in her presence again. if you’re looking for someone to show you around, she’s the one to ask for! 😊

Jayda was so kind during our tour of the nine. She gave an entertaining tour and made sure to answer any questions we had. The room layouts were beautiful. Would recommend to check out for any students looking for housing during the school year.

It is so difficult to find quality apartments in west campus, especially with all the stresses of school and other parts of life. After the bad experiences just kept piling up trying to find any suitable housing, I was finally blessed to be helped by Jayda. Her tour of the apartment was so enthusiastic, friendly, and genuine that I instantly knew that signing here would be the best decision I could make. Thanks so much for being awesome Jayda, can’t wait to live here next year!

The building is pretty good Typical wampus. But JAYDA NGO???? THE reason to sign a lease. Her service is beyond outstanding and she always brightens my day. Anytime I have an issue, I can count on her being the first person to respond. Secondly, CARLOS the MAINTENANCE MAN!!! Thank God for him. He response to work orders so quickly and always makes sure to check in to make sure Im happy. He does a great job at getting to know tenants and always has an amazing attitude. They are the reason signing a lease here is worth it. No other place in west campus will provide anything that they can.

Im not one to leave ratings often, but my experience living here at the nine has been pretty good. Ive had no issues or complaints and the amenities are always great. This is my second year living here and the biggest difference ive noticed this semester was the change in atmosphere. I just feel more welcomed when coming back to my home away from home and I believe its from the people at the front desk, specifically Jayda. She never fails to greet me, always has a bright attitude towards everyone, and I leave having a smile on my face even when Im exhausted from classes. And if I ever have any favors or need help with my apartment, Jayda is so quick to help with no questions asked. If you need a place to live next year or just a fun person to talk to, ASK FOR JAYDA!!

Ive been through apartment complex after apartment complex, and more often than not, one thing that is subpar is the level of service provided by the front desk employees, but here - here is different. I remember I walked into the Nine at Rio on a rainy day, just after receiving tremendously amazing news the night before, looking for a place to stay in the next school year. Little did I know that that the front desk deity was right before my very eyes. Her name - Jayda Ngo. She will captivate you with her ability to answer questions quickly and accurately about the apartment complex, and is willing to give you ample tours to see the numerous different types of apartments in which you can stay, all while creating a super open and friendly environment! She even lets you answer as many questions about the complex as you want! She holds nothing back unlike some apartment complexes, she truly shows you everything you can expect to see at the Nine at Rio - and its really good too! You mightve thought that was all, but its not even close. If you need anyone to go to for help, Jayda is always there. I needed some assistance on my organic chemistry homework, as we had an exam coming up, and she was more than willing to help me with it! I ended up getting a 100 on it and my final exam because of her - she is truly so amazing - a jack of all trades, master of everything somehow. If you want to live somewhere, anywhere, even if you live in a different city, state, country, even planet - Id recommend coming to the Nine at Rio and asking for Jayda Ngo. Best experience of my life without a doubt

I was desperate to find shelter for my impeding jr year at UT. Thankfully Jayda Ngo is a life saver and recommended checking out The Nine. She gave a tour to me and my roommates that had us hooked. She was very personable and friendly. We signed the second the tour was finished. Jayda Ngo is the goat for real.

Living at the Nine has been amazing. I have had no issues while I have been at the Nine, if there were maintenance issues the maintenance staff were quick to respond (usually and often within a day). The student staff are incredible as they are quick to respond and send an email when your package is there, and I have heard other student apartments often take a couple hours or even a day to inform you. If I reach out to the student staff with any questions about my living situation, they are more than happy to help. Overall, the staff and the amenities are much better than what I haven experienced in other student apartments.

The Nine is a great place to live at! They have a great management team and are always willing and happy to help with any questions you may have! Additionally they offer great living spaces, rates, and amenities. If you looking for a place to chill with friends they have an outdoor pool, a gym, a pool table, a golf simulator, and many places to study! Would definitely recommend it specifically if you want to live around places to eat and want to live near campus!

I decided to live at The Nine at Rio for my 2nd year at UT and I am so happy that I did. The floor plans are great, the units are spacious and come furnished. It’s location is very convenient in regards to being only a few blocks away from campus and from restaurants and stores in west campus. The management team has always been quick to help and truly care about your experience living here (especially Denise & Laura!) Living at The Nine at Rio was certainly a 5 star experience.
