She took her time answering all of my questions and even went out of her way to highlight the surrounding area and things to do nearby.The property itself is stunning. The properties curb appeal is second to none. From the entry to the breezeways and amenities, all areas are immaculately maintained. The modern finishes in the apartments were impressive, and the overall presentation of the property showed great attention to detail. The entire staff, including the maintenance team, was friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere feel warm and inviting.If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live with exceptional service, I can’t recommend Ana and The Monarch Medical District Apartments enough!

I had a fantastic experience when I moved into my new one-bedroom apartment. The team, including Tarek, Alejandra, and Ana, was amazing. The maintenance team and Shawn are so helpful. They answered all my questions and guided me through every step of the process. The move-in experience was excellent, and my neighbors were helpful, as was Shawn from maintenance. My apartment has everything I need, and the location is ideal for my job in healthcare. The property is well-kept, and the amenities like the gym, parking, and pool are exactly what I was looking for, all in great working condition! A big thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience.

Love this place! The staff is awesome! They made my move in process easy and made sure everything went smooth. Ive only had one issue since moving here. My thermostat wasnt working right, but Sergio the maintenance man came and fixed it same day! Teresa greets me on my way in and out every time, I love it! Its also close to Magnolia! Its a clean place to live, great location and friendly staff. Couldnt recommend it enough!

This the first apartment I’ve lived in and it’s been a great experience. Staff are very friendly and responsive. Community events are frequent and well put together. Furthermore, my dog has met many friends at the dog park which is helpful for me personally! Highly recommend living here.

We have enjoyed every aspect of living at Monarch. We love the pool and have gone almost every week. We’ve utilized the barbecue grills and the gym (got to cancel our gym membership). We love that they’ve been proactive in getting the pet park cleaned up. Maintenance has been timely and taken care of everything professionally.

Sergio and the entire maintenance team is always awesome. They have helped us on weekends, late at night, rain or shine if they need to go on the roof to fix something they always will do it. We have had some AC issues in the past because this Texas heat kills the units and they are always there at the drop of a hat to help so we don’t bake inside. Sergio specifically has been awesome no matter when we need help he answers and is always very nice, and informative on why something is the way it is and how they plan to fix it. I’d give Sergio and his team more than 5 stars if I could but sadly Google won’t let me!

Love it here! It’s super convenient to Cooks Children’s and I absolutely love being so close to Magnolia! The pool area is amazing and everything is well kept. This community is amazing, friendly neighbors, it’s near everything important is in the perfect distance. Most of all the staff is extremely helpful and supportive. Latoya the assistant property manager is amazing. From start to finish her attitude was inviting and pleasant. Trust I’m big on customer service. Things that I was unsure or needed help understanding she didn’t hesitate to provide. If you are needing a wonderful place to live , go see Latoya!

Well i’ve been through the ups downs of this apartment complex. When I first moved in, it was really nice and the management was great. It went under new ownership and management and they had a terrible turnover for four years. They now have a steady staff and I really appreciate all the work Tarek, Pricilla and Latoya have done. Latoya did it an incredible job of sticking it out through all the different management. She should be rewarded just for that.

Its easy to remember that most people dont take the time to leave a review unless they have a negative reason.My experience with the staff at the Monarch has been great. Latoya, Francisco, etc. everyone is super friendly and quick to get issues resolved. Latoya is one of the nicest leasing managers Ive ever met, and theyve done a lot to make extra effort like adding a popcorn machine, new espresso machines, etc. So Ive been happy living here, and theyve been super accommodating. Thank you for a great renting experience!

I lived at the monarch from Jan 2020 to March 2021 and had an amazing time. Shari and Paige in the leasing office are lovely and very responsive to address any needs. The maintenance crew is also great. I had two minor maintenance issues during my time and they responded within an hour of me raising the issue. The location of the building is great for walking to restaurants, shops on Magnolia. The building is also very dog friendly with a decent sized and clean dog park. The pool is on the smaller side but very nice and gets sun all day. I always felt safe at the monarch, but I recommend using fetch for packages as there arent any package lockers.

We love living here at The Monarch in the Medical District. Our building is well kept and our neighbors are very friendly. The management is always quick to respond to any repair needs. Our apartment is well designed, spacious and a joy to live in. The neighborhood is such a pleasure. We walk our dogs safely for miles on end, and enjoy walking to some of the best restaurants in Fort Worth. If you are looking for a great experience in city living with a friendly neighborhood feel, you have found it.

The staff at The Monarch is incredible. We had a big move to Fort Worth so when we arrived, we were seeing our apartment and the location for the first time. We immediately fell in love with the location, however, the apartment we got turned out to be a unit that we were not happy with. Fortunately, Paige, was more than happy to help us move units and worked like lightening to make it happen. Since then, we have been so happy with our current unit. The gym is brand new and well maintained. Everything about The Monarch is great, I would recommend living here to anyone.

I loved living at the monarch, the location made it so nice! I was able to walk to work at the hospital and easily run to grab a meal or coffee on magnolia! Monarch has great amenities, is clean, and up kept. Lily wyrick was great to work with, however the rest of the staff did not exhibit good customer service. The others I interacted with were not friendly, kind, or u understanding. The staff was the one part of the monarch that was a negative experience. Ida, one of the cleaning ladies is very friendly and kind, I Did appreciate her customer service along with Lily’s.I felt safe because of the fob access and garage gate, however I did not enjoy the inflow of random travelers staying at the Barsala apartments. I also would have felt more comfortable if there had been a fob access entry at the door connecting the garage bridge to the apt building.

The application process. If there was an obstacle to be had it occurred. My credit card declined. Bank account details rejected. No access given to prove my financial history. It was a full day’s worth!Tarek never blinked. Never got flustered.A machine. He devised immediate remedies to all opposition. Didn’t even lecture me when it finally made me cuss! I hope The Monarch higher ups truly understand what an asset Tarek is to their success. If I had my own business I would steal him. I will soon. Ive been living here a few weeks now and everything from touring the place to signing paperwork and finally moving in has been an absolute breeze. The staff have been amazingly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in answering any questions I had and solving any issues I came across. The shared areas like the pool and fitness room are all kept very clean and are high quality from the time Ive spent in them. The room I moved into was in great shape and is exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. Nice gym, pool, plenty of parking, and two dog parks with other gathering areas. Maintenance is done quickly through an app if you ever need it. Secure hallways and garage that actually stays secure.The leasing staff is attentive and caring. It is rare to have customer relationship management continue with the same care after the sale is made; this team takes it to the next level. I recommend The Monarch Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in the heart of a great area of Fort Worth.

Since, new ownership and management took over, quality has gone downhill consistently. Hallways hasn’t been swept or mopped since they took over last august, staff unfriendly and unprofessional. Maintenance request not done timely, nor any communications. Multiple attempts to bring maintenance issues to forefront met with avoidance. Hope it gets better. Soon.

This apartment complex is newly built and located in a very nice area of Fort Worth. I was looking for a place near the hospitals (South Side) for where I was training, and The Monarch satisfied all my needs. Take note that location is key to the price you pay. The area it is located in, is next to a lot of local restaurants and bars in walking distance; police patrol the area at night which is always a relief in regards to safety. The units are well built with new appliances, the parking garage built for residents is very nice to have in case of bad weather and for the protection of your car. The Monarch also provides its residents with some nice amenities and areas that are pet friendly. Finally, the staff is really friendly and can help you with any questions you got. Overall, its a great place to live.

I got a job in Ft. Worth during COVID-19 and could not come and tour any apartments due to travel restrictions and apartment tour limitations. Trying to find a place to live, online, 12 hours away, was stressful to say the least.My leasing consultant at the Monarch, Shari Moore, went above and beyond her job description to make my life easier in these crazy times, which was ultimately what caused me to choose the Monarch over another apartment in the area.She herself went up to the unit that would be mine and took pictures of that specific unit and e-mailed them to me. We spent hours on the phone together over the course of a few months trying to get the details figured out. She even went up to my (future) unit and took some measurements so that I could figure out whether my couch would fit in this apartment that I had never laid eyes on.Once I arrived at the Monarch (the first time Id ever been there was the day I moved in!, Shari met me with open arms (metaphorically, of course, because #COVID) and went out of her way to give me restaurant recommendations near by and get me acquainted with the area.Im guessing there are over 100 people that live at the Monarch, but Shari always remembers my name when I walk through the lobby. I always stop to chat with her!Ok one last thing about how awesome the staff at the Monarch are. Im a doctor, and I was taking call from home the other day. I went down to the gym (yeah, theres a gym IN the apartment complex!) to run on the treadmill, and inadvertently left my pager in the cupholder. My work hours stretch far beyond the Monarchs work hours, so when I noticed it was missing the next day, I knew I wouldnt be able to make it down to the gym to check and see if my pager was there. I e-mailed Shari and asked if there was any way she could check and see if it was there, and lo-and-behold -- Shari had already found it and offered to bring it up to my unit and place it on my counter for me, since I wouldnt be home in time to go retrieve it from the front desk this week.Seriously, the Monarch staff rock.P.S. I LOVE my apartment - the risk of having signed a lease without ever seeing it in person definitely paid off! Its got a ton of natural light, it feels clean and bright, its in an up-and-coming neighborhood with lots of cool restaurants and bars nearby, and the pool is well kept - its my favorite way to spend a day off!

Alycia from day one answered the phone with every bit of energy any management company would consider their model of excellence. I consider myself to carry high expectations in ALL interactions I have with a business, and The Monarch exceeds mine daily.
