We’ve been living at Monaco Villas since June, and I can’t express how grateful we are for the exceptional experience we’ve had. From day one, Ashley Villarreal, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to make sure we feel right at home.Whenever we’ve had any issues (which have been very rare—one being caused by Hurricane Beryl), Ashley was on top of it immediately, coordinating with maintenance to get everything resolved quickly and efficiently. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for residents make her truly stand out.We’re so thankful for Ashley and her dedication to making Monaco Villas a wonderful place to live. It’s comforting to know we’re in such great hands!If you’re looking for a well-managed, friendly, and welcoming community, I highly recommend Monaco Villas.

Just moved in today and I love my apartment. The property manager Ashley went above and beyond to help the process go smooth. She deserves everything as much hard work as she puts in. Her dedication to her residents is amazing. Good Job Ashley. Keep up the good work!

Update: The maintenance men are the nicest they fixed my fridge and repaired my air conditioner. I did have a hard time with the fridge but nevertheless they fixed it. Also, want to actually commend Ashley for her patience. I seen her firsthand diffuse a angry reaction from a resident but she handled it well and didn’t loose her temper. I feel bad for what she had to go through as apartment manager but I feel glad that she stepped up and assisted me as needed when I have my questions or concerns. Netta is so sweet and friendly! She’s always helpful.

Kudos to Ashley, manager of my complex. Ashley always go out of her way, to assist the tenants. Shes been nothing but helpful to me during the storm. Always kept us updated in regards to power being restored. Great Job Ashley❤️

I would just like to say that I currently live at the Villas and I love it. The manager that we have now is Ashely Villarreal and I absolutely love her and her dedication. Ms. Villarreal is always willing to work with you and stays in communication about issues I have had. They work as a team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all residents. After the storm it was horrible but our manager stayed informing us every single day. Ms. Villarreal went out of her way to provide food, cooling stations, a place to charge our phones EVEN ON HER OFF DAYS!!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a fresh start as I was in a quiet and safe living community to check out ours!

Stacey and Ashley were both exceptionally helpful and extremely knowledgeable about rates, updates to the property and also about happenings in the local area and schools as well. They created a safe, warm and friendly environment and explained everything that I would need to move forward with my leasing process. Thank you, ladies for making this transition an easy one.

Monaco Villas were the only ones who worked with us. Everyone else turned us away due to Previous broken leases, or because my Medical Dog is a Pit bull. Pets are Family here. They’re always stocked on Doggy Do bags. They’re cheap, and affordable! (Thankfully!!) do I wish they’d go down like 20 more dollars? Yeah maybe, but None the less I have a place to call mine and my husbands, a roof over my head, and I even have a crazy neighbor! As far as I can see I’m blessed and that’s all that matters. So don’t worry about the low reviews. Come check it out for yourself. Would you want someone to believe hear-Say about you just because a bunch of people thought the same thing? No. You wouldn’t.
