I moved in Feb 2025 and had the most wonderful experience from Angelicas taking me to see a unit and the property....to a really smooth move-in with Lacey, who was truly amazing with her availability and enthusiasm. Both were pros all the way, kind, friendly, and helpful, so helpful to a new resident operating on 3 hrs sleep. Once in the unit, I just LOVE it. I love the location of my unit, the pretty view, kids outside playing happily, and most of all that it was very clean for me. Two items needed to be addressed on the check list and they were--same day CWS was notified (Monday after Sat move in). Please, dont stop being AMAZING!

Been here over a month now and it’s a nice place to live. There are many families and kids playing together. It feels safe. Angelica helped me with my move in. She was the only one from all the apartments I messaged who answered all my questions before signing a lease and without having to talk on the phone. She gave me a tour on short notice and followed up with me to make my move seamless and easy. My 1+1 has a lot of storage space.I like that there’s 3 pools, a pool table, and a 24/7 gym. I don’t like that the bathroom with 2 entry points only has 1 set of light switches. My biggest peeve is the parking righttt by my building is always full, but it’s like a 1 min walk to more parking, I’m just being lazy.

I love the staff here! They are excellent at getting back to me quickly. When I put in a request on the service app, its usually answered and taken care of in less than 24 hours. They have even gone out of their way to replace my light fixtures and water faucets that were out of date.The pool area is beautiful as well, and the staff keep it well maintained!Cant recommend living here enough.

I recently moved into Marquis at Brushy Creek, and it’s been a great experience! Angelica and AJ from the leasing team were incredibly helpful, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, well-kept, and the community amenities are fantastic. Plus, there are great schools nearby and everything I need is just a short drive away. Stayed here for about a year. Good place to live in. Maintanence requests are taken care promptly. Has a good mix of families with kids having plenty of options to play together. Overall a nice and affordable place to stay !!

The Marquis is the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. Before moving here, I was living quite a ways away and didnt really have the free time to come tour. Ultimately I ended up taking the gamble on the Marquis sight unseen because it seemed to have all of the amenities I need at a decent price. On my move in date I was pleasantly surprised on arrival by how luxurious and comfortable everything is. The office staff are very kind and the maintenance staff are quick to respond when needed. They were even willing to rewrite my lease contract after I had already signed so Id be able to take advantage of an ongoing special promo. Some other things that the Marquis seems to have as an advantage over the other apartments in the area is quiet neighbors, no bugs, and no piles of trash scattered throughout the complex. Take it from a guy who has done his fair share of research, if you are looking for an extremely nice apartment at a great price then look no further than the Marquis.

I was greeted with smiles , walking in side the leasing office. A very welcoming atmosphere. We played pool while waiting for our tour. They offered us water and goody bags . Very well kept, clean and smelled good! The Manager came out and checked on us , she was making sure we were being helped. Out of all the properties we toured they had the biggest and nicest golf cart. The property was very clean . The mailman and UPS guy waived to us , again very welcoming place!

Wonderful staff! Moved in a couple months ago and the whole experience has been great. From the day we walked in for a tour we received a warm welcome, and to this day the office staff greets us with a smile anytime we walk in. The manager, Jannifer, has been very helpful when we come in to address concerns or issues we are having. She listens and writes down what needs to be addressed, and the response time is fast. Maintenance has been very responsive, even after-hours. The location is great, with easy access to the toll, and with various shopping centers just a short drive away. I would recommend this community to my friends and family! Keep up the great work!

I reached Anna and her team though the phone the first time, because I was moving from another city. Out of the 5 communities I looked, The marquis at Brushy Creek was the most beautiful and complete, so I started the process COMPLETELY VIRTUAL. Anna helped me with the lease process, even though it got a little hard she was always there and now I’m living here and have no regrets about my decision: the apartment is just as shown in the pictures and videos, the community has beautiful landscaping, all the amenities are as expected and right now all the buildings are being painted; maintenance team is great and they answer anything promptly; but most important, I still have the amazing service and support from Anna, Ashely and all the management team.

Been living here for a while now. Office staff are friendly and the rent rate is good compared to other local places.The other day, Ashley made my day. She helped me get some heavy packages out to my car and even shared the office buggy with me so I could make it home with my items. Very much so an ‘over and above’ type person. I only go to her in the office now lol. Go see her!! She’s sweet and will do whatever she can to make living here better.

My husband and I rented here for almost 2 years and loved it! The office staff was very friendly and helpful during moving in and out, the maintenance requests were handled promptly and the amenities are kept up. We loved the walking paths and we always has great neighbors.Biggest problems was sometimes the front gate didn’t work, the mailroom was glitchy and valet trash services are required to pay but didn’t always pick up… never a big deal but kind of annoying.All in all, I’d recommend anyone living here!

So far everything has been great! There was a small incident with another dog owner going after ours, but besides that, management has been responsive and nice.There is a Karen that frequents the pool and ruined a few swims, (As an ex lifeguard I think I have some pretty good boundaries when it comes to swimming) but nothing too major, my neighbors are all nice, and I even got a free TV someone didnt want anymore.

It’s been really nice living here. The service and leasing office has always been on top of their game. They have always been really nice to me, and helped me within a short period of time every time I’ve needed them. The community is really nice. I don’t have complaints regarding noisy neighbours or workers. The leasing office have made a really nice job communicating all the information about the neighborhood and have been very clear whenever something is about to change. This is my very first apartment in Austin, Texas, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. thank you!

Toured the place and a few others over the past week. Still trying to make a decision but was pretty impressed with the girl that gave me a tour. I cant vouch for living here as of yet but their professionalism was on point. A girl named Ana walked me around, showed me inside the units. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. Im not familiar with the area (recently moved here for work). She had a lot of feedback and great recommendations for socialization, great restaurants, I have a dog, she mentioned Brushy Creek Park being great for outings for dog and also my kids. I have one more place to tour today but leaning towards the Marquis. Seems to be one of the nicest and most bang for your buck in the area. Wish me luck!

I have been in this this apartment for more than 3 years now. I have no complain. The maintenance team is always on time and they get things done as quickly as possible. Terry the community director is like a family. Shes been nice and has helped me a lot during my 3 moves within the complex. My kids are safe and they can roam around without having security. The neighbors are really good. The amenities are amazing; the pool, the gym. The staff are outstanding. I would stay here forever if I can.

Ive been here for over a year now and absolutely love it here! Just renewed my lease for another 13 months! The office staff and maintenance department are always courteous and helpful. Ive never had an issue with packages and and always feel safe here, even when Im getting home late at night. The office is always sending out helpful notifications and has been providing plenty of online services during social distancing precautions. So glad to call The Marquis at Brushy Creek home!

So me and my husband just moved it to these wonderful apartments 3 months ago. And I just to say we are so thankful we did. The staff is so sweet and informative. They fixed any problem I was having in my apartment promptly. Not that I had any major issues. When I moved in my ice maker was not working they came the next day and replaced it. Charlyce Todd has been such a big help to me, she helped me with scanning personal documents for me. With out any delay. She always has such a friendly voice when I call up at the office. Also the amenities are awesome here. Gym, tanning beds, great big pool, the biggest dog park I have seen at any other apartments I have looked at.

I encountered a major issue right as I began moving in. I was distraught and disappointed as I had only moved 2 of my boxes in and had an issue. I decided to go speak to director Jennifer and allow her the chance to fix what I had problems with. Not only did she fix it but totally blew us right out of the water with her solutions. Talk about going above and beyond customer service. Something you dont see too much of anymore. Thank you Jennifer, you made me a very happy very satisfied tenant.

I wanted to update my review on this place because I want to make it very clear that the staff here is amazing and I’m so sad that both of my managers of the property are going to be leaving this community. The leasing agent Amanda would be a great candidate for a new manager. I’m honestly nervous for who the company decides to pick. I hope that they make the right choice and stick with the people that already know this community. I have no complaints whatsoever about the office or community. It’s a good place

I have been here for more than 8 years. I stay because of the wonderful service I receive as a resident. The front office goes well above and beyond to serve the residents at this community. I could absolutely move to a different property, but I know they would not be nearly comparable to Terri and her team! Happy to call this property home! Also the layouts of the apartments are gorgeous! Highly consider!

I have been living here for over a year now, just resigned my lease. My opinion about this place is that its really nice property to live at. From the gorgeous property to the cool amenities. Love the free tanning. Pricing is kinda high but what do you excepted Austin is booming right now. Unless you wanna live in temple your gonna pay if you want some good living Austin. Management was kinda rocky when i first moved in a year ago. I Had a few things promise to me that never happened. New management seems a lot better to deal with though. From the manager to the leasing professionals everybody is helpful, courteous and most importantly keeps there word. Im looking forward for another year here. Loving my stay so far! If anything changes i will update.

Some of these reviews left are questionable. I guess some people never lived in apartments before or expect things to be like burger king. The sense of entitlement some people have now days is overwhelming. I actually lived at this property back in 2009 and it was horribly ran/managed then. Ive been back here since 2016 and things are much better than in 2009 (except parking, lol). The management tries to get residents together periodically throughout the year with special events, with good food, activities etc and seems like they actually care about residents. Theyve also been attentive to my needs and questions. Maintenance can be a little slow at times, but thats just like any other apartments. I lived at many different apartment complexes the pass 25 years throughout Texas and other states and would put this complex in my Top 3. Main reason for me moving back is the location, its close to major Highways for my commutes to work and lake line mall shopping area is about 5 mins away. Pulling out on 620 can be a pain at traffic times though. Overall Much more satisfied then I was in 2009.

Lived at MQ Brushy Creek for over a year. It was our corporate housing apartment, but we ended up staying. The staff is AMAZING!!! Terri and Teresa are both wonderful as is the rest of the staff. Very responsive, incredibly helpful, positive, and kind. The maintenance staff came quickly and resolved the issues without a return visit.The location is perfect - close to 35 and 45. Short driving distance to groceries, pharmacies, Target, Walmart, restaurants, etc.Definitely recommend this complex.

There are a VERY limited number of guest parking spaces and my family/friends have to walk a ways just to get to my building. Other than that, I would recommend anyone to live here. The management is great and super nice!

The also see to your needs in a timely manner. The landscape is always neat and in top shape. Ive been here a little over a year and a lot of updates has been done since then.Parking is a nightmare. There is a park for dogs, but none for children.

Weve lived here for 2 years. We moved in when the old management company was still over it and remain now with the new(er). I did not care for the old management much, but do appreciate the new management. Terri is responsive as can be expected with this large of a community, and shes very personable and seems to really care. The rest of the team seems to follow her lead. Living in this warm of a climate, we battle random bug issues but they are prompt in having exterminators and you can have them out several times a month if need be. I just have them come out when I see something in my apartment. Very prompt in all of our requests. My one beef is the electric bill. To me it seems really quite high for a little over a 1,000 sq ft of living space . . . I dont know if thats insulation or the fact we can only use Austin Energy, which kinda rips. Overall, I like the location, school district is top notch and I have had no issues with neighbors. The price for rent is pretty normal for this area of Austin, from what Ive found.I would like to say, about the parking issue, they are working diligently to rectify that situation. The strict towing policy is so the visitors dont take up all the spots for folks that actually live here. I come in as late as 10 and have had no problem finding parking in my buildings area . . . thanks to this policy. Prior to the towing thing, it was impossible to find parking!!

ANTS EVERYWHERE! I have been a resident of this complex since 2016 and have never had an issue with ants in any of the places I have lived. I contacted the leasing office 3 days ago to let them know we found some ants in the kitchen and I wanted someone to come seal the pantry properly. They are coming in from the space between the floor and the baseboards where no caulk was applied when the apartment was built. I prefer to not have any pesticides used in my home, so I wanted the pantry sealed (the way it should have been done when the apartment was built). Now theyre in my CHILDRENS ROOM and they are coming in through the windows and electrical outlets. The wall is probably FILLED with ants, and Ive heard absolutely nothing from anyone in the office or maintenance. Its DISGUSTING. I guess Im going to have to caulk the windows shut as well as the pantry so my kids can sleep in their own rooms tonight.I called the after hour line to see if anyone could help and their response was, We are a 3rd party site - since youve already filled a maintenance request, we can not file another one. Heres the number to call your leasing office during normal business hours to follow up on your service request.We will be moving ASAP. This is not an acceptable way to treat your residents who have been loyal tenants for almost 2 years.

Here was very clean, quiet and convenient. Above all, Amanda and Sam and all the staff are bright and friendly, and they responded to service requests very quickly. The walk path and swimming pool were great to spend time with the kids, and the 24-hour gym was also very good. ^^

I was debating between 3 and 4 stars, but 4 stars is only fair in this case since the management at this property is exceptional. Terri is a great property manager, and sat with me a lot, even last minute when I had concerns and worked to correct them quickly, when she didnt necessarily have to.The reason for 4 stars is because of the A/C unit in our apt home. We lived in a B7 unit on the 3rd floor for 2 years. During June - September the temperature gets so hot in the unit, its almost unlivable, even when our thermostat is set to 68. During our stay, we asked maintenance to come out to check on it, and they showed us the air is blowing out of the vents at 68 degrees on very hot summer days, but it didnt matter. The apartment would stay at 78-80 degrees all the way through the night and wed be lucky to wake up to it down after running all night at 75 when the thermostat is set at 68. Maintenance always said the A/C is functioning fine, even when it couldnt keep up with keeping our home at a reasonable temp.This property was built in 2008 so a non-efficient A/C system, especially in this climate is inexcusable. Previously, I have lived in a complex built in 1983 on the same floor that had no issues cooling. Ive lived on the 5th floor in other Austin apts and had no issues with cooling. It was even more discouraging that maintenance was continiously willing to submit that it was normal for the time of year. We stopped turning the stove on to cook at night, as that made it worse and took twice as long for the house to cool down.Unfortunately, we eventually had to put a window unit in our bedroom to keep one room in the house below 72 degrees.This is not a bad place to live. Management is responsive and helpful. It is mostly quiet at night. Just think twice about the A/C situation if youre easily bothered by a stuffy apartment during summer.

Highly recommend this property! Looked at a ton of other properties both CWS and other companies. Super convenient location, the staff really do care about the residents and great amenities to the clubhouse and apartments! I was kinda blown away by the other review but guessing they are from people who lived here under the old management. Parking is enforced to ensure residents have parking. (Not sure how people can really complain about people doing there job!) Management is awesome and super easy to communicate with! Definitely check out this location, I was glad my apartment locator told me to check it out!

Have lived here for 4 years and my overall experience has been excellent!! Yes, the walls are thin but that is the case in most apartment complexes. Yes, the parking is a big issue but give credit to the complex for at least trying to fix the problem by adding more spaces. There are visitor parking spot scattered throughout the grounds, but most times they are filled with residents they dont want to walk if they have to park in a spot not close to the building they live in. Dont blame the complex if the residents dont want to follow the rules.This is an APARTMENT COMPLEX! People with kids live here with limited places to play. Dont blame the complex if parents are parenting their children. There are signs up everywhere saying Caution Children Playing so dont go speeding through the grounds. These are the things one has to deal with living in an APARTMENT COMPLEX.The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. Terri and the office staff are always willing to talk about any problems that I have and did the best they could to fix it. I would tell anyone that if they are looking for a place to live, come call here home.

Brad at the leasing office was super professional and made the process so easy. He was great at following up and following through. My move in was stress free and the apartment was I’m great shape. He even had maintenance come through and change my lightbulbs; it’s the little things that matter. I knew I wanted to lease here the moment I stepped in! Moved in a little over 4 months. The pool is awesome. I love the size of my apartment. The photos online looked exactly what I saw in person.The office staff and maintenance are really helpful.

Today I walked into the office with a problem that I expected to get not a lot of help with. I came in and ended up talking to a blonde lady who was just trying to do her job. I was so upset that I apologized to her before I told her why I was there. I expected to be turned away and not helped at all. Instead what I got was some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever experienced. The gorgeous blonde lady upfront (whose name I do not remember) was super kind and understanding all while I was not being the nicest of people. Before I left she involved the manager Terry to assist me because she was limited in what she could do. Once again I was not expecting much, but was completely dumbfounded at the lengths Terry went to try and help me to the point where I once again had hope for humanity. I have roughly 10 years of customer service experience and this has been one of the most unforgettable moments I have ever had. You would be blessed to have any of these people helping you in a rough moment.

Great experience leasing here in a good north central location. Quick to get almost anywhere even avoiding tollroads. Teresa and Teri have both been wonderfully professional and get things done quickly if any minor things need attention. The staff keeps the place looking wonderful and generally its peaceful and quiet here with a nice dog park and pool open all year.

They office staff is very welcoming and nice. There is always resident activities going on, the pool partys over the summer where so much fun! The property always looks so beautiful and I have absolutely loved living here! :)

I previously reviewed and gave a 1 star, but things have changed and I have been seeing the changes theyve been making. In the past I could not find parking, as of now they have put out the parking passes and have towed cars without them. In result, spots have opened up and are easier to find.I would have given a full five star if my problem in particular at the time had been addressed, I had nowhere else to park in the apartment at night, I couldnt park at any businesses nearby for risk of being towed, and so I parked in a reserved spot I never saw anyone in with the plan to move my car as soon as I woke in the morning. When I woke I was already towed, but I didnt know what else to do? So I lost 400 dollars that month just because, I cant say Im not still bitter about the way things turned out.I decided to edit this most of all though because of the Community Director and how understanding she was when I was going through some very stressful times, I really really appreciated that and felt like I was really speaking person to person.

I have lived Austin for many years and have lived in several communities but Marquis has been by far my best experience. The management is quick to respond to questions I may have and has made my time here pleasant. Terri, Theresa and the office staff are professional. Maintenance is the best.

This apt has more goods few improvements.Has good school in zone with bus facility,apt looks so rich,maintenance service is very good,usually solves in half day...rents seems high compare to few other apts,but not sure if for all units..though they have sub lease concept...lease breakage not available if nobody subleases which is a big issue.good gym,pool but no proper play area for kids..

I just moved into the apartment and I had a Fedex delivery this morning that was really heavy. The Fedex guy just left the package at the foot of the stairs and left. The package was so heavy I couldnt even lift it up let alone move it up to my second floor apartment. Octavio not only gladly came to help me move it into my apartment, he even took the leftover box to dispose of it for me. Outstanding staff and so far a very good experience.

Very friendly place. Dog friendly dog park. Nice size pool, never over crowded. The tiny dead frogs in the pool are sad though. Good parking. Nice/clean fitness center. You can hear dog barks easily through the walls.

One person who has gone above and beyond to make our experience great at the Marquis is Brad Kaufman. He has always been very responsive and caring to our needs - whether it was finding the right apartment, fixing maintenance issues, recommending restaurants, gyms, finding car insurance agents, or even dealing with noisy neighbors! :) This is for the management - you guys have a keeper in Brad, I hope you value him as a member of your CWS/Marquis family. He is a Linchpin - in other words, indispensable!

Angela in particular was communicative and helpful, which is one of the hardest things to find when youre looking for an apartment.

She is kind and wonderful and very responsive. Terri is also great! We wanted to talk to her about a complaint we had and she was on it! She was kind and listened to us and by the end of the conversation we left much happier than we came. We love our apartment so much!
