I have been Planning to move to Fort Worth for a while and was skeptical until I found these apartments. “Emily” the community director has definitely helped me find my future home here at “The Marq” she couldn’t have been more helpful and addressed every little concern I had about moving to another state. Which was definitely a lot haha. Again Shout out to Emily for being so helpful!! Can’t wait to move in!!!

The Marq on west 7th has been an amazing apartment for my partner and I since moving in. We have been here since December but have loved it ever since. There are two working elevators which saves time and the hassle of moving. The security is pretty good here too because every entrance has a key scanner that only residents have. The gym and the common areas are really well kept and always clean and the building staff are helpful, quick, and professional.

My experience here has been a good one mostly. My a/c has been iffy the past year here but maintenance has gotten to me quickly, whether it be fixing the system or bringing in a portable a/c. It’s been pretty cool in the apartment for the most part which is more than I can say for past properties I’ve resided at. It’s a quiet property considering being so close to 7th st bar scene. All in all I have been taking well care of. Thank you CWS!

Overall a very good apartment experience. My studio had issues at move-in but they were all resolved in short order by maintenance. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is also very friendly and fairly prompt. Good location on West 7th. Competitive rates. Overall recommend.

The apartments are also within walking distance of several stores, making its location convenient. I scheduled a tour of The Marq and Hailey B. was the representative that showed me around. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had. She talked highly of apartment building and all the staff. It was a relief to know that they stay on top of keeping the residents happy and maintaining the building. Because of how professional she was I felt I didnt need to look elsewhere and filled out my application online. I had a couple issues come up, but Hailey was able to guide me through them without any stress.

Ive lived here now 4 years, I can comfortably recommend this complex for anyone looking to live close to downtown & W7th bars while wanting to stay away from the noise.Pros: Proximity to city amenities, relatively safe, spacious floorplans with high ceilings, quick maintenance response time.Cons: They stopped holding packages in the front office and now instead have them delivered to your doorstep, recently there has been increased construction right across the street and therefore increased noise/traffic (not majorly annoying), finally their garbage policy is a bit bothersome - definitely ask about it when touring.I will say the new management team had a challenging transition initially, but theyre making the best out of a rough situation.

Whats even more helpful is staff and Karlie is so patient, genuine, never complain. I think we bugged her like 5 times today but she was so welcoming no matter what. I am looking for myself in the next month or so.

I love living at CWS because of how helpful their maintenance team is! They go above and beyond to serve their tenants. Driving home from work, my tire popped and I didn’t know how to fix it. When I told the maintenance team as I got to the parking garage, they went out of their way to help me. Mike, from the CWS maintenance team, changed my tire and was extremely helpful. Ive been living in a studio for 4 months, and I would like to highlight the excellent quality of the apartment.Also in the speed of the maintenance staff in dealing with any eventuality.The location for UNTHSC students/employees is very favorable as well, being only 5-10 minutes away depending on the location of the campus.

The reviews speak for themselves! I was looking to relocate here before finding out my job would be remote and there would be no need to move. With that being said, the staff here is AMAZING!!! Shelly and Ashley were more than helpful with all my questions along with option’s regarding my situation. You could tell how much love and respect there is between the staff and residents who would pop in during my time there. Along with the staff, the location and amenities make this a place you should definitely look into if you are planning on moving to Ft. Worth. 5 out of 5!!

10/10 couldnt recommend the Marq enough! I absolutely loved living here and Im honestly so sad to leave. The location is perfect if you love living in a downtown setting but dont want to be on top of the bars. Its close to literally everything you need, walkable to the 7th street bars, always clean, the girls in the office are always so nice and know everyone by name. I personally loved that theres a lot of guest parking and you have covered garage parking directly on your floor. The valet trash is an awesome perk. You also get discounts at the restaurants and businesses below. The fire alarm does go off pretty frequently but that was due to World of Beer, since being fixed it hasnt been an issue. One thing I would have loved was for there to be a package locker so you could grab packages after the office has closed but the ladies in the office were always accommodating if you had to get a package after hours. Personally, for the price and the square footage of the apartments it beats out a number of other close properties, I also appreciate that they didnt raise the rent hundreds of dollars when renewing like so many others.

The new maintenance guy Michael is great! I met him the other day when he was cleaning and casually mentioned my disposal wasnt working. He immediately fixed it for me. It makes me love living here even more when the staff is so friendly and I feel like I am in good hands whenever I need something fixed. 5 stars for Michael.

If you’re going to start school at TCOM. There’s really no better place than the Marq. I’ve been living here for 2 years since the beginning of med school. It’s been fantastic! Everyone in the office is super friendly. If you need things to be fixed, the maintenance team always take care of that quickly. The trash pickup is always on time. The hallway and elevator are always clean. Plus the climate control hallway will save you money on the electricity bill. Really enjoy my time here and not planning to leave any time soon!

The best apartment complex in Fort Worth! Everything from signing a lease to moving out was easy, no hidden fees or traps. All the ladies at the front were exceptional. They were super helpful and made living at The Marq a great experience. The apartments are super close to UNTHSC so for graduate students/TCOM this is a great option as its only a 2-3 minute drive to campus. You could easily walk. Its also quiet since its away from the bars so you wont hear crazy noise like you would in other apts. Amazing guest parking- nobody will ever have trouble finding a spot. I also always felt safe, they had a key fob for each door and the security guard was there each night in the garage. The study rooms/printer area/gym was open 24/7 to residents unlike many other apts, which is great because if you need to print something late at night you can. The apt was also clean when I moved in, everything worked and I had no issues while living here. They also always informed you if there was some sort of routine check so nobody was walking into your apartment unannounced. Maintenance and the trash service were always quick/on time.Honestly cant say enough good things about this complex. Ive had bad experiences in the past and this was the complete opposite. Ashley was extremely helpful and Id like to thank her and the rest of the staff. They truly do care about their tenants. If Im ever living in Fort Worth again, Ill be leasing here. And if you have any doubts you shouldnt- this place was 100% worth it.

Ive lived at the Marq for over 2 years now and couldnt be happier! The office and maintenance staff are always attentive and friendly, and the location cant be beat. Its just a short walk from everything in the West 7th area, but still clean, quiet, and easily accessible. There are lots of options to get out for a run as well--from neighborhoods with tree-lined streets, to the museums, and multiple spots to hop on the Trinity Trail if youre looking to get away for even longer.

I have lived here for about a month and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff and maintenance workers are very friendly and accommodating. The manager, Lacy, is extremely friendly, helpful, and made the move in process very easy.Pros:-great location close to my school, restaurants, shopping, and bars-great gym for an apartment complex-feels very safe and secure compared to other places I have lived-have not had any problem with noise whatsoever (even though there is a bar below)-pet friendly (they even do pet of the month)-my unit was clean and kept up well-there is always parking available in the covered garageCons:The only con that I can think of is that rent is on the pricey side. However, I think that it is worth the price to be able to feel safe in your home and to live at such a convenient location.

WOW!!! she is so, so patient and genuine. She answered all of our questions, and gave us model attention. I signed for a unit, because I knew this is where I wanted to call home. Karlee, thanks a bunch for helping me find my new home.

I have lived at the Marq on West 7th for over 6 months now. The staff is kind, attentive, and always professional. Although maintenance problems dont happen often, the maintenance team is always quick to respond (as quick as 10 minutes some times!). The apartments are in great shape from the get-go and office employees walked the apartment with us on our move-in day to make sure everything was perfect! I couldnt have found a better place to live!

We are enjoying temporarily living here while our home is being built. The staff is Amazing to work with and very friendly (Marlania and Starr - my favs). The apartment has great features and is very spacious, will fit large furniture. Love all the corner windows!! Maintenance crew is very nice, respectful and quick with repairs.Only non-issues we have had are people parking is our reserved parking spots, a few lights out in the parking garage and other tenants not pushing their bagged garbage all the way in the shoot when we have used it.

I have been here for a year now, and its an awesome place to live! Its really close to all the bars and restaurants on West 7th but far away enough so you dont have to deal with drunk people everywhere. The apartments themselves are nice with hardwood floors & plenty of space. The front office and maintenance staff are AMAZING! Honestly, the nest and most responsive staff at any apartment Ive ever lived at. My only complaint (and its not enough to make me want to move out) is that the walls are pretty thin and not sound proof so you can hear all the noise from the street. But just get a good pair of ear plugs and youll be fine!

Ive lived in Vue Du Musee for about a month and a half and I absolutely love it. The office staff is great. Lacy the property manager is so nice and answered all my questions. The ameneties are great. I love being walking distance to the gym, Pure Barre and tons of bars and restaurants. More importantly I feel safe and secure in my home. Ive lived in a lot of apartments and so far this one is my favorite by far. Its cozy and quiet but close to everything. I highly recommend moving here.

My girlfriend and I moved to The Marq on West 7th in July and have thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. From prompt maintenance responses to kind and helpful office employees, the service here has been unparalleled. Our apartment was in great shape when we moved in and I fully trust that if something were to go wrong, it would be fixed in no time. Ive also never felt safer living here, including previous apartments in smaller towns. As a student at the nearby UNTHSC, I couldnt recommend living here more to students and other people alike.

I absolutely love living at Vue Du Musee! The location is great - just across the street from several restaurants and bars on West 7th without all the noise and commotion of living in the middle of it. Less than 10 minute walk to the Health Science Center so its perfect for students! The common areas are nice and well kept, including the pool and library. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - both front desk and maintenance! Would definitely recommend!

Im approaching my 1st year anniversary att Vue and its been a great place to live. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live near the excitement of West 7th and downtown but be far enough away for peace and quiet.I have only had one maintenance request and it was handled the same day and they keep the facility in great shape year round. The staff has been very responsive to any requests on shipments also as I work through most days office hours, theyve been very accommodating. The pool and gym are just the right size and Ive never had a bad interaction with other residents either.

Ive lived at the Marq for about 1.5 years and loved my experience! The staff is always so responsive and accommodating. Its also walking distance or a short drive away from many good shops and restaurants in the West 7th area. The noise from World of Beer can be a lot sometimes, so Id recommend not living above it, but overall, my experience at the Marq makes up for any sleep Ive lost.

One of the best properties in Fort Worth PERIOD. The ladies in the office are top notch. I had tons of questions that they were more than willing to answer about prices and things to do nearby. There are no shortages of things to do on West 7th… and The Marq is within walking distance from everything. There is a 7-11 right on the corner when you want to walk right out of your apartment and grab a snack…not to mention easy to access restaurants right outside of your door. I plan on moving in in October and the process has been so smooth. Thank you Marq on West 7th!!

I love staying at the vue du musee. My experience has only been positive and I have been living here for two years now. The staff are incredibly friendly and very prompt at answering questions or service requests. The amenities are nice too and everything is kept clean and in good condition. It is worth the price you pay, and location is on point--everything is nearby. I highly recommend.—-I just wanted to update this! I wound up living at The Marq (new managements name!) for five total years. This property was very reliable, maintenance very quick, and staff exceptionally friendly and good at what they do. They are professional, kind and prompt to answer questions or concerns. I felt very safe in this place as a female living alone. It’s also Incredibly close to the med school (TCOM/HSC) and to west 7Th area which is a hot spot for good eats, walking, hanging out, bars. Under the building is WOB and a few other frequented shops (Zumba, nail salon, massage). The area is quiet mostly (close enough to everything —literally a walk down the street) but far enough you can’t hear much noise. It’s also right next to the local museums, the trinity river—i mean the location is just hard to beat.I am living out of state now and one thing I didn’t appreciate as much at the time at the marq was the integrity and honesty of the staff/management with the community about any issues they may have. At the current property I am at (again, out of state) my vehicles window was broken into and other people’s cars were also rummaged through that we’re unlocked around the property. The management where I’m currently at didn’t inform tenants this was happening, instead they generically stated “car break ins are high in rochester lately.” It made me think back to this one time a couple of bikes had been stolen at the marq. 1) again the property felt very safe 2) they were quick to inform tenants 3) they gave an alternative which was to 4) put bikes in the gated area of the garage (yes there is a gated area, even better and it came with rent ).You can’t appreciate a great thing as much until you leave! The marq was my first ever apartment complex so I had no ideas how lousy a complex could really get. I am so grateful I was able to spend my stay in Fort Worth with so much ease and convenience.As far as apartment quality, great quality. Living loom lighting is a little dim on its own. The fire alarms can go off relatively easily but not as bad as it was when I first moved there (they fixed it). Yes you can hear your neighbors..not sure at what apartments you can’t? But per usual if you get good neighbors it’s night and day difference (feel like I had a few staying there).Property amenities are sweet. They host a lot of social events which are also a sweet touch. The property stays clean. The pool area stays clean. The pool is an “okay” size and because the building flanks it so closely the shade covers it for many hours of the day. But when the sun peaks it’s nice. Also generally not super crowded.I honestly love the marq and wish I could take it every where I’m having to travel these days. It’s an excellent community with excellent management. I wish I’d known then as much as I do now! I would definitely recommend this property (especially med students! A lot of my classmates lived here too).

I have had a great experience living at Vue du Musee. The employees are friendly and the maintenance team is timely on service requests. They have social events and tenant appreciation events every so often, which makes living here enjoyable. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and quiet. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and the downtown area. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in the W 7th area.

Im a 2nd year resident at the Vue. I have found the leasing staff to be top shelf; theyre highly relational and do a great job of developing a culture of community. The maintenance staff is the real deal; from my experience, they seem to be locked in on whatever task they have on hand. The atmosphere is very quiet, Ive not had an issue with any amount of high volume noise. I always find a convenient spot in the parking garage and In my opinion, the location of the Vue is perfect.

Ive lived here three months now and enjoy living here immensely. The front office staff and custodial staff are all extremely friendly and easy to talk to. One drawback is that the hot tub is sometimes broken. Also the courtesy officer isnt very responsive to noise complaints.

We have lived here since July of this year and we love it! The building is very nice and new. It is well taken care of. Our apartment itself has a simple and modern feel to it. At 700 square feet it is smaller than our old apartment but because of the open floor plan you wouldnt be able to tell. The kitchen also has tons of cabinet space which we love! And a huge refrigerator! The common areas are also really nice. Theres a library, pool with hot tub and BBQ pit, entertaining space, and fitness center.... all really well taken care of. It is pricy for the size of our apartment but because of the location, walking distance to several shops and bars, it is well worth the money. Theres tons of little boutique fitness studios around too! Also, I am a student at UNTHSC and am able to walk to school. So as far as location goes, we feel like we really hit the jackpot with this place. And it seems to be a very safe area. I have never felt unsafe walking outside by myself.I havent had to deal with the front desk much but they were very helpful through the application process and sending photos of the actual unit wed be in since we were unable to come see the apartments before signing the lease. As far as maintenence goes, weve only had to put in a couple of requests and they were taken care of very quickly. There is a dog on our floor who is not trained very well as far as waiting till he/she is outside to do his/her business. This is annoying but it always gets cleaned up and I dont think its the dog owners who do it. One Friday night it was really bad near the elevator and the next morning I saw a man get here with a bucket and gloves and bleach stuff and when I went by the elevator again it had been cleaned up so that was really awesome that the apartments had someone take care of it so quickly on a Saturday morning (even though the dog owners really should). Ive yet to catch the four-legged culprit in the act.The only negative thing I can think of is that our apartment windows face a huge parking garage across the street that is ALWAYS lit. We got black out curtains for our bedroom which helps tremendously but it still does not get completely dark. Also, we had a guest stay over the other weekend who used an air mattress in the living room so it was really bright for them.All in all we are very much enjoying our time at Vue De Musee.

I love living at Vue Du Musee. It is a great location with the museum right across the street.. It is nice to be away from the West 7th traffic, but it is still close enough to walk. It is a very clean and secure complex. The staff is always extremely helpful. I appreciate that my maintenance requests are taken care of the same day I submit them.

I lived in The Marq on West 7th for two years. It is sad that I have to move out because I need to relocate to another city. I lived in 8 different rental properties in the past decades and the Marq on West 7th is my favorite. There are so many reasons to fall in love with this place: 1. Location. The apartment building located in a perfect area that is not only close to downtown, museums, bars, restaurants and lots of business venues, but also next to a quiet neighborhood. Downstairs you have workout studios, beauty salons, 7-11, banks, and a couple of place to grab a bite. 2. Interior. They do not have a super fancy leasing office and decorations to dazzle you, but the interior of the apartment and amenities feel clean, modern and high quality. 3. Staff members are so nice and reliable. Both the leasing office ladies and the maintenance guys are very easy to work with. Shout out to Marlaina. She is so helpful and makes me feel that she has my best interest at heart.

I have not lived here but I work for a dog walking service and came here for the first time to walk a residents’ dog. Ashley at the leasing office was so helpful! She took my ID for security reasons and gave me keys as I’m sure the resident had instructed. She even drew me a map on how to get to the unit because it is a large building. It is very dog friendly so if that’s important to you, it might be a good fit. I was thinking if it was raining and you needed to exercise the dog, you could easily walk the halls and stairs for a good 30 min! They’re well lit.

We have enjoyed our time at Vue du Musee. The staff and maintenance are knowledgeable and helpful. The location is very convenient, especially for those who want to view some museums. Our only issue has been street noise, which is worse on the Arch Adams side of the building. We moved to another unit, and the noise is better. We recommend the building.

The office staff is AMAZING! They go above and beyond for their residents on a daily basis. However, to mention, they do a great job hosting events for the residents to mingle with one another, such as Marqtoberfest. I have thoroughly enjoyed my residence here!

I have lived at Vue du Musee for over a year now and I could not be happier! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, being close to Downtown and the West 7th area but not in the midst of the noise. The amenities are very nice and make the rent well worth it. Another huge bonus is the garage which is not available in many apartments in the area but will prove invaluable when it inevitably hails in the winter! I highly recommend anyone looking for a good place to rent in central Fort Worth check out Vue du Musee!

I never hear any noise from my neighbors and I love living so close to 7th street and the museums . The Front Office staff is amazing. Always going above and beyond with any of my request.

Fantastic gym, relaxing pool, clean environment, fast maintenance requests, friendly staff, and hardly any noise issues. I would highly recommend this complex to any of my friends or family members. The office staff is always tending to your needs as soon as possible. Although I can’t say I loved my stay due to neighbors, the office actually cares about what’s going on, and tends to your needs, and maintenance was always super good, as my ac was broken multiple times, they were always right up as soon as I called and solving the issue. It’s a lot easier to go straight to the office than to use their phone line.
