    This is honestly the best apartment complex in the galleria area. Management is quite responsive and communicate effectively. Tiffany & Team are amazing. This is probably the one place that has maintenance attentive same-day as a request is put in. And being on Sage, your access to the nearby streets & highways is great. They have food trucks that visit the property on Wednesday. The gym stacked with all-around equipment + a sauna. Great walking space for pets & all the neighbors are mindful of their own space. This is a very safe complex truthfully. (Yes this is very Pro Margot but it’s an honest review. )I enjoy luxury and Margot was worth the stay.

    I am so happy that my realtor recommended this place. The apartment is in great condition for being an older community. It’s walking distance to Galleria mall and many nice restaurants. The prices are lower than most I found in the same street. Johana was the agent that helped me. I applied and got my status same day and moved in same week. Really was nice to have someone else from Florida recommend places and things to do.

    I love this place! It’s kept very clean and the amenities are top notch. They host great events weekly and their maintenance team are very responsive.My favorite thing about this place are probably the leasing staff! They are super nice and friendly and are able to help me with whatever I need!

    Over the two years I lived here, I was satisfied with the bang for my buck I got out what was Montierra and is now the Margot on Sage. Tiffany Hawkins always had my back and got any issues I had quickly resolved, maintenance was quick in responding to issues, and the amentities (a bathtub with jets, two lap pools, sauna in gym, generally empty gym with most machines you need, and covered parking for all residents) are awesome for the price I was paying.The crowd was mixed ranging from families to young professionals. I lived alone, but never felt scared or unsafe (qualified with I am a 24 y/o male). The area can get congested with Galleria traffic, but I generally found it very convenient to get to downtown and being

    This is 100% Houston’s hidden gem! The location is top tier. Grocery store and pharmacy are walking distance. The Galleria is also just a 5 min walk away! Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. Right in the center of everything. The amenities are a major major plus. Two pools, two hot tubs, two story gym with all the necessary equipment as well as a sauna. Bike rack, garden area…I mean you literally couldn’t select a better location! Club room is also perfect for entertaining guests without having them in your apt. I also have to say that Tiffany, Victoria and the rest of the staff REALLY make that place feel like home. You cannot ask for better staff and I must say after a few months it doesn’t even feel like they work there it feels more like they are family members trying to make sure you always feel comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this property. If you’re relocating from a different state like we were this is the BEST place to do it. No matter where we end up I think the Margot will ALWAYS feel like home to us. Thank you Tiffany and Victoria for being the family support I needed starting my new life in Texas!

    We have lived in Montierra for 3 years and a half and we have to say that we’ve had a great experience.The apartment is nice, spacious, and the management team is continuously improving what need to be improved. They were always helpful to us. Since we have been here, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were upgraded.The maintenance staff is really friendly and quick to help.Parking is convenient, we have always been able to find a spot near our apartment.

    I am about to be a new tenant, and i must say i absolutely adore the complex & staff already!! Mr Stephen Clark has been an ABSOLUTE blessing to me. I’d rate him 10 stars for his service alone. He has been so extremely helpful with me & my family with the application process, always tending to our needs & keeping us updated with any details about my apt/the complex. I’d hope to see him as the face of Margot on Sage sooner than later!

    I had a tour with a young lady by the Name oh Joanna. Since the first phone call she was very attentive and nice even more in person. She is the reason why I moved in. The apartments are close to really nice shopping center and fine restaurants and 3 major highways. Love my new home thank you jhoanna

    As new tenants since Nov 22, our experience here has been stress free! We are big on customer service and management responds in a timely manner, which we appreciate so much. Its safe and the gated entrance for residents and guests are an asset to have! We are even considering staying another year due to the ease of the environment in the heart of the Galleria.

    I highly recommend considering this place as your next home. I just moved out because I took a job in another state, but I would have most definitely stayed put otherwise. Its a great property with fantastic amenities - they must have the best apartment gym Ive ever seen. The pools are also just beautiful. To top it off, the location is unbeatable. I loved being able to walk to The Galleria and surrounding shopping in 5-10 minutes. I also think the office staff is very professional - they were always super helpful to me. In short, I see the negative reviews here, but honestly I just dont get it. This place is truly a gem, and my only regret is that I didnt move here sooner.

    Ive lived here for three years and would recommend the Montierra over and over again to my friends and family. This small complex offers a quiet, spacious, beautiful place to call home. The amenities are true to the photos listed online, a two-story gym equipped with walk-in saunas, two sparkling clean pools and hot tubs, a fully furnished clubhouse (available to reserve for events) and covered parking on all levels of the garage. The maintenance staff are friendly and very quick to respond. I even had my a/c fixed on the morning of Hurricane Harvey! The front office staff and management are the best I have ever worked with. Tiffany, the assistant manager, has been especially accommodating and such a pleasure to communicate with. Location is ideal, close to 610 and 59 but give the option to take back roads instead since its off Sage Road. I feel safe going on runs around this area and walking to and from my car late at night. I would highly, highly recommend if you are looking for a place near the Galleria that you check out the Montierra. You will not regret it.

    My experience with Chasity and the Montierra team has been excellent so far. I moved in this week and havent had any major issues. Anything I have needed has been responded to promptly. Chasity has been kind, courteous, professional and responsive to all of my questions and has gone out of her way to ensure my move in went well. (Give her a raise CIM group!) I have been working in property management for 7 years and I am very impressed with the building, staff and amenities. This place is a hidden gem I would definitely recommend to others who want an upscale experience.

    I love leaving here.All the stuff is wonderful, from the maintenance people to the manager Victoria and the assistant manager Tiffany. Everyone is very nice, helpful, and always willing to help.They are repainting the complex and it’s really nice. The walkways are bright and I like it very much.

    Montierra on Sage is one of the nicest properties in our area. As a neighboring property manager I can say with confidence that Victoria has managed her property well for the last 15 years. It says a lot when a property manager has managed a property for this long and thru more than one management company and owner. Her staff is one of diversity and integrity. I have been there several times looking at Montierra for my own home. If I had not moved to my own property, I would have moved to Montierra in a heart beat. Her property is very well maintained at her direction. When big problems happen she is does her level best to tackle that issue to get it resolved in the most expedient manner possible. I would and have recommended Montierra to many people and will continue to do so. They offer so much.

    The ladies in the leasing/management office at the Montierra are the best, (Victoria,Tiffany, Tiara, Debbie and new to the team,Tammy.) Ive been here for 6 years, and recently transferred to a larger apartment on the property. And I must say, they made the transaction as effortless and as seamless as possible. This has been a great place to live and I have yet to have an issue with maintenance requests, security, or anything else for that matter. And the grounds are always kept in the immaculate condition. So I intend to enjoy at least another year or so here. I appreciate all of you, the maintenance personnel as well.

    I’ve lived at Montierra for about two months now and I love it. It’s pretty quiet, it is more family oriented than other apartments I looked at. I am a student and love using the clubhouse to do my school work as well as take advantage of the coffee machine. The gym is amazing and even has a sauna. Apartment was extremely clean upon move in and is very well taken care of.

    I’ve been living here for about a month and so far it’s been amazing, maintenance has been so quick (like it has consistently taken them less than 24 hours) to help with anything i’ve needed, and everyone has been so responsive. Debbie in the leasing office is amazing, I cannot rave about her enough, she made the whole process from application to signing documents so easy and stress free and is always so kind when I go in to pick up packages! there is always parking available in the garage, and the gate attendants are great as well!

    This is the second time I lived at the Monterria and Im just as sad to leave this time as the last. The first time I lived there was 15 years ago for 5 years and this time was for the last 3 years and I couldnt have been happier with both my stays. It honestly felt like warm home since Im unable to commit to buying a home. The gated community is safe with excellent security and the ability to park in front of your home is the best. Its extremely quiet as well. The office staff is top notch excellent, professional and always there to help with anything. All the amenities are great, the pools, BBQ and work out area are all youll ever need. The location is the best, next to the Galleria Mall and any type of restaurant you could ever imagine is less than 3 minutes away.. The pricing for my 1100sq foot huge one bed with wood floors was worth every penny considering the location and the high-end living Im accustom to.Thank you for everything Ill be back..J Andersen

    We lived at Montierra for 5 years, so 5 leases. Hard to leave. Apartments are very spacious and well built, price is fair, management and maintenance are responsive, we never had any issue. I would live there again if we were to move back to Houston. Do recommend.

    Gladys was my leasing agent and she’s been nothing but helpful. The Galleria area is really convenient and you’re not going to find anything this modern for the price here. The parking here is easy and I haven’t had any problems. They have 2 really nice pools and a cool lobby where I can study. I’ve only had minor maintenance issues like my blinds not moving but they sent maintenance in the same day to fix my issues. Everyone here has been great - I can’t wait to use the pools during the summer!

    Very courteous and helpful. I am on the front end of moving in and read many positive reviews before looking at these apartments. The prices seem very reasonable and the adminities very nice. The apartment are within a miles of my job and close to the Galleria. I have lived in this area in years past and loved it. Its a package deal for me that makes sense.

    Stonemark recently took over for Margot on Sage and have left residents weeks without an online portal to pay rent for Jan 1 2023. The offices we closed for a week and half so phone calls went unanswered. Then on Jan 3rd told residents they would have to pay rent immediately or pay an additional 10% on top of rent. Huge inconvenience and previous owners communicated better. Margot on sage also have workout equipment that half way works. Outdoor roaches will enter in apartment. Also, gate attendant is never around at night time in post or parking garage.Update: They have fixed all issues and pest control comes every Thursday. No further complaintsUpdate: Tiffany the Manager at Margot on Sage is truly amazing and very helpful to the community.

    My experience in Montierra was pleasant, I always felt safe, maintenance always assisted me on time, the gym with new and modern equipment, always clean as well as the club room. The view from my window and my balcony was AWESOME it made me feel very relaxed (Apto 188)During the 16 months that we lived there Tiffany and Victoria made us feel like friends, regardless of the circumstances that made our worst moment even pleasant, I have no words to thank them, If you are thinking of living here dont doubt it is a great place,great location, you can be sure that the excellent management team will always resolve any situation or concern.

    Montierra is a beautiful complex. Victoria and Tiffany, the two managers, are incredibly helpful. I lived in a three bedroom/three bathroom apartment and downsized to a one bedroom/one bathroom and they were very easy to work with in establishing a new lease. I have lived here since May of 2016. Parking is rarely a problem. The two pools and hot tubs are great. I just wish that the office was open for hours on Sundays and that the gym had a Smith machine.

    Gorgeous LUXURY style apartments. Apartments are super spacious with upgrades and great amenities. They are also kept clean and quite. The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of Westheimer your in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. Vince is a rockstar and together with Tiffany you have an amazing team to lean on that make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff.

    Montera is a beautiful residential complex for families. It has furnished apartments with most supplies, very clean and comfortable. The complex has closed gates, which provides security for the residents. There is also a multiple parking building when renting a car. Parking is free and has elevators. There is an excellent gym and games hall, a swimming pool, other services, and mailboxes. The complex is close to the Galleria. Mall, pharmacy, supermarket, location is excellent
