After living here for a whole year I decided to leave my review! This has been such a peaceful community. I love how it’s tucked into a little neighborhood! Love having the package lockers, seriously has made my life so much easier! The staff here is amazing and hosts some of the coolest resident events I have seen! I have never really experienced any noise issues in my apartment or with parking either! I do pay for a reserved space but it’s something I’ve done everywhere I have lived because I know how apartment living can be! Definitely recommend checking out!

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable for the Farmers Branch area and the property is kept clean.

We recently moved into this apartment complex excited about the EV charging stations, but unfortunately, theyve been a consistent source of frustration. Out of the three chargers available, only one seems to reliably work, and even thats not guaranteed. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times and them saying they’d contact the complex, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, sometimes cars are plugged in but not actually charging, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the unreliable EV chargers have been a significant letdown in an otherwise promising living situation.A month later and still not resolved.September - Issue resolved. Although sometimes people are still parking there and not charging.

I’ve lived here since October and I absolutely love it so far! Carolina was great to work with. She gave me a tour of the apartment and answered all my questions promptly. I haven’t had any issues with neighbors being loud or maintenance issues. I think one of my favorite things is how dog friendly these apartments are! That was my main concern with my dog being cooped up in an apartment all day long. Plenty of space to have him run around outside, doggy bag stations everywhere, and being able to walk him around the lake is a huge plus.

Ive lived here for almost 18 months now and I absolutely love living here and highly recommend. I want to renew my lease but it is getting expensive. The clubhouse, gym and pool are amazing and always clean. The property itself is very nice and I never hear my neighbors. Maintenance is on top of requests and the office is nice and attentive. Also this is a very walkable neighborhood and the leasing office has a lot of events.Some cons are:- Parking is an issue after about 7pm. Youll have to most likely park on the 5th or top floor. You could get a reserved spot but its an extra $100.- The parking garage gates sometimes are broken.- Not the propertys fault but my unit is near the parking garage, I would say to get a unit away from the garage because I constantly hear noises and car alarms going off.- Packages are left outside of the parcel lockers.

The current administration, specially the Manager William Lawson and his team is making this property, a great place to live. The previous management was inactive and we could see how the property was only prepared and how they temporarily fixed some stuff whenever an inspection was due. But, now things are changing for good and for a long time. Since William arrived, rules are being enforced and common areas are getting the long needed love they deserved. I love how can you see the employees outside the office greeting residents in person and fast resolving any issues. I would recommend this property with the current management, any day.

This place is beautiful and the office staff is so kind. The apartment itself is spacious, beautiful and energy efficient. The complex is clean and very well kept. Ashley made the entire process easy. She has been the best part of the entire moving process. She maintained communication with me before I even toured the unit all the way up to now (2 months in). I signed my lease in August, moved in October, and waited till now to place my review to ensure everything stayed the same. I am very happy to say it has. The few issues we’ve had were addressed very quickly, I submitted a work request at 1AM Saturday and it was fixed by Sunday Night. Maintenance is also very nice and they wear masks when entering your apartment (due to COVID). I recommend this place to everyone!

I lived at the Mansions for over 3 years, and a lot changed during my stay. TL;DR, the Mansions is a solid living option in the Farmers Branch/Mercer Crossing area. I listed my personal pros and cons, but every experience is different. I suggest looking at the most helpful Google reviews and decide whats best for you.Pros:- Close access to the highway (even tollway) and proximity to both DAL and DFW airports.- Nice gym, pool, clubhouse, and pet amenities.- Very diverse residential community - families, couples, single people, pets, of all ages.- Mercer Crossing area is a very nice walking community.- Maintenance team is AWESOME. I cant stress that enough. They usually respond within 1-2 business days.- The housekeeping team do a good job keeping the inside clean.- Leasing staff are friendly and helpful.- They have the BEST community events! I dont think any complex can top them. My favorites are the ones combined with Luxe and Towers because it feels like a big community party.Cons:- This is NOT LUXURY. It’s a good option for the area, but calling it “luxury” is a stretch. You’ll see why when you move in.- Parcel lockers are located at the back of the garage, so its always a lengthy walk from your apt to collect packages.- Inside the apt, you can hear your neighbors above and next to you. And you can hear everything in the hallways. I suggest staying on the 4th floor.- Outside noises from residents, planes, trains and yard work happens, so it can be problematic if you like your quiet time.- Parking is a huge challenge. After 4:00 pm, youll probably park on the higher levels.- The garage gate is constantly broken, only working 4-5x (for a few weeks) during my 3-year stay. When it works, there are still access issues, leading to car pile-ups at the entrance.- Car break-ins do happen, but its a common issue at any complex in the Farmers Branch/Mercer Crossing area.- Elevators do go out. At one point, they were out for 2 months.- The stariwells are poorly ventilated and always hot in the summer. If the elevators are out, your visitors cant access it, and you’ll have to come downstairs every time to let them in.- The callbox doesnt always work, and the complex tends to have broken doors, making security an issue.

We moved here last summer and were coming in from out of state, the staff were amazing to help us remotely see the property and get all set up. Pictures don’t do this place justice either, the rooms and huge (the bathtubs are also very long and deep) and the tall ceilings make every space feel more open. The staff host several fun community events a month and I look forward to seeing what new fun they have planned for us (my daughter has been a big fan of the carnival type event including petting zoo and the Wine-down Wednesday is my favorite)

Mansions at Mercer Crossing is a new apartment complex that is stunning. We were in the market for a new apartment and found this place and was very impressed. Although we did decide to go with a different place after weighing our options, if this place was closer to work it would have been our choice. Place is new and clean, has very bright units. Ashley who gave us the tour was great and it was great having constant communication, which I believe is important when it comes to apartment living. She made sure to answer questions and was great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

I found this property thru’ UMOVEFREE.con, in Dec 2022, and I’m so glad I did! Chris, the leasing agent I dealt with, was fantastic from the start. I was in my last apartment for over 13 yrs so I had lots of questions about how things work now. Chris was patient and informative and walked me thru’ everything step-by-step. On move in day Jan. 17, 2023, he provided me all of the move in information. Once again, answered all my questions & he helped me figure out the best place to stage the movers. I’ve already met a couple of neighbors who love the place so I’m hopeful the rest of my experience will be as great as move in.

Over the weekend I toured several buildings in the Mercer Crossing area, I visited the Mansions specifically to see a unit another building I was interested had but they did not have an open one available to tour. The apartment is clean and The office staff have been so helpful and welcoming. Marc in the office has made sure to clearly answer every question I’ve had, and even pointed out some local stuff too, since I’m not familiar with the area yet.

I have had the greatest experience living at Mansion at the Mercer, not only because of the high quality apartment and amenities, but due to Courtney, Kylan, and all of the team members. Courtney abs Kylan have ensured that any questions, needs, and living here are top notch experiences because of their diligent and professional work ethics and great personalities. I relocated from a great complex in Arizona and have lived in four states with high quality living, Mansion at the Mercer is at the top of all star living due to everything above. They have made me want to remain in Texas and raise my daughter here in our new home state.

Been here at this property for just shy of 6 months. Nice bright and roomy apartments. We have only had to approach property management < 5 times so far. That goes to show the ease of living here. Great area and accessibility to the highways.

The Mansions at Mercer Crossing is a beautiful property in a great area. After looking at several apartments in the Farmers Branch and Las Colinas area, I can honestly say that there are few communities that can compete with what they offer. I worked closely with Vinny there, she was very attentive and patient. Overall, it has been a great experience and I will be moving in within the next month.

I love living here they have the best office staff willing to go out of there way to make my day better every time I come into the office. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PROPERTY & IM ONLY HALF WAY THRU MY 2ND MONTH. I MOVED TO THE MANSIONS FROM JUST AROUND THE CORNER AT THE CANAL. THE MANSIONS OFFERED SO MUCH MORE FOR THE SAME PRICE. ALTHOUGH A BIT PRICEY, ITS WORTH IT. THE STAFF IS SUPER NICE & EFFICIENT; EVERYONE IS ALWAYS ON THE SAME PAGE. THEYRE PROFESSIONAL & ATTENTIVE IN EVERY ASPECT. THE GYM IS FREAKN AMAZING. THEY KEEP IT CLEAN, WIPED DOWN, & SMELLING FRESH. IVE NEVER WALKED THRU OR GONE TO THE GYM & IT SMELLED ALL SWEATY & GROSS. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES, CONSIDERING COVID PROTOCOLS & HOW MANY PEOPLE USE THIS EQUIPMENT & THIS AREA. THERE ARE WIPES AND HAND SANITIZERS THROUGHOUT THE GYM. THATS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO SOMEONE LIKE ME WITH AN AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASE. ALSO, DURING EACH LITTLE HOLIDAY, THEY HV THE MOST CREATIVE SET-UP IN THE LEASING OFFICE/CLUBHOUSE. THEY HV BALLOON CREATIONS, SNACK, DRINKS, ETC...THE WHOLE 9 YARDS. FOR VALENTINES DAY, THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE & LEFT EVERYONE A LITTLE SURPRISE AT THEIR DOORS. I THOUGHT THAT WAS EXTREMELY THOUGHTFUL. LASTLY, I FEEL SAFE AT THIS COMMUNITY. THEY HAVE CAMERA EVERYWHERE & CONTROLLED ACCESS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. ID DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CHECKING OUT THIS PROPERTY.

I want to give a big shout out to the leasing office for accommodating myself and another potential tenant. Karen was already with another couple showing the property, and Paisley was in the office checking in with me, as well being super personable during this awkward wait time. I got to the property around 5:15, and you close at 6. Lynn, another customer had called ahead to view a property. Karen was still with the original couple but acknowledged her when she came back, which was about 40 minutes after I got there. Not only did she spend quality time with her original customer (the couple), but it was already after 6pm, and she graciously still shows us two units, as I suggested since we both wanted 1 bedroom units, we could look together. She did not short-change this tour at all. We saw it all, and she answered all our questions. The property is immaculate - including the two units we toured. I especially liked the vibe of the property and we met a neighbor in the hallway with his service dog, Tyrex! What a sweetheart. Im just at the beginning stages of my apartment search and this property made it to the short list. The property is fortunate to have Paisley and Karen. I hope theyre appreciated.

Everything is very nice, but the apartments are a little expensive, 1 room 1600, but they are very nice and spacious.
