Nice, calm, and clean community. Any maintenance issues are usually resolved with 1-2 days if not the same day. Management is pleasant and welcoming. Great location. No complaints.

One of the Royalton Village Quadruplets was my home for 3 years. Now Im living in a house that I rent to the Shamrock leasing company. I noticed that there is a huge difference in the service, the conditions of the properties, and the communication between the tenant and the landlord of these two companies. When you rent to Royalton Village you receive a very clean property, an excellence and immediate repairing service. Kurt keeps his promises and promotes a clear and effective email/phone communication. I also received a very considerate attention when I was looking to a new place and leaving the apartment, and then almost all the deposit back in less than 2 weeks. The place is in a very good location, close to everything you may need and in a very tranquil neighborhood with excellent schools. I recommend Royalton Village as a place to have your home.

I lived in a duplex owned by Royalton Village Properties and from the first interview with Kurt, the owner and Manager, I knew that I was renting from a very special company! Kurt was so helpful in getting me in to the duplex of my choice in a very timely manner and gave me helpful information on how to keep my air conditioner and plumbing in good condition. At one point shortly after I moved in my ac went out and his Mainenance men came first thing the next morning and were able to get me up and running. The lawn was mowed regularly and grounds were always maintained in an attractive manner. I was very proud to have my friends come and visit. Kurt was able to work with me when I needed to move to another town. He was able to rent my duplex the next month after I moved out, which helped me tremendously with my moving expenses. I cant t say enough good things about my experience except thats I would encourage everyone who is looking for property to rent to check with Kurt before making any final decisions. I just wanted to leave a review of Kudos for one of the managers Sonia. When I first moved here last August, I was in a terrible bind, but she was immediately empathetic during the phone call and once I got there to view/get application details, she was an angel in person! No issues at all with the apartments and whenever I need something, I call and report it and she makes sure it gets handled. Even in passing, she always makes a point to say hello to me and my kids. I honestly don’t think I would have moved here had I not met or spoken with her. As long as she’s here, I will be a resident of the property! So grateful for her :)

Royalton Village Properties has been a great place to stay! The manger Kurt is simply amazing and handles things in a timely fashion. The maintenance staff are also great and friendly. I would definitely recommend these properties to anyone for a place to stay!

I love my home here at Royalton Village in Hewitt Texas I will never leave unless it is necessary. The best place I ever lived. Quite, Pretty Neighborhood with good people.
