I talked with Liz Gomez today and she was very nice and extremely helpful and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable and wasnt pushy like all the other complexes I went to where the leasing agent seemed to be inflating unit prices to get more money. Thanks Liz for being so kind and understanding.

The only complaints Ive had in the last three years has been some unruly upstairs neighbors. The apartments are well maintained and priced. I especially have to thank Juan from maintenance for helping with any work orders in a quick and efficient manner, and helping to keep the property clean on a daily basis.

Juan has been an excellent repairman for this complex. He is very responsive and does great work. We are lucky to have him as our maintenance man for Timberhill Apartments.

I will say ever since the new management company has taken over, i slowly see progress within my community. I can tell the new owners not only care about their tenants but the property/community as well. Unlike before the office is actually open when they say its open. the property manager and the new leasing agents are very nice and helpful. They are doing well with the transition of the new owners! They also keep up us updated on anything that goes on in the community.

My first place when i moved to Texas from Chicago from 2009 to 2014. Even though the staff changed, my comfort in living there during those years did not change. Rent was reasonable, staff members were friendly and helpful when times got tough. Good place to live.

Great experience here lived there for a little over a year and never had any issues, Perla the property manager was very helpful getting us in and very attentive to any issues and would come up while we were there. Would recommend these apartment to friends and family.

Iam very pleased with the manager working with me she is very professional and friendly I love this property very quiet place to live at really friendly neighbors I love the pool is mostly open unlike other apartments is mostly closed the gym is open 24/7 Management is fast they are really fast with the small problems that come up they are always fast to fix and also very professional and friendly.it is very affordable too!
