1/23/25- I am currently a resident, Im very happy with the maintenance people and the management. They act so fast with your service request. The place itself is simple living and the place is quiet and closer to necessary shops. Ms. Jennifer and Sir Brandon have a great phone etiquette, very great customer service and really trying their best to make this a place like home, they are also great when answering calls from my queries regarding my unit and Im happy to have a new place to stay. Its simple and welcoming. Thank you Linc :)

I just want to make a review on my stay here.I’m very appreciative for Brandon & Jennifer for being so great & turning this place around for the better! Since meeting Jennifer and Brandon things have been getting done around here, they are very nice & has made my stay here more comfortable!Brandon and Jennifer make sure things are getting done and resolved and that’s all I could ever want or ask for.I was viewing some reviews here and there isn’t a roach infestation!? My house is actually spotless because I always keep it that way! I think if your clean you don’t need to worry about that..I really do recommend getting an apartment here, the pool is very nice, it’s very quiet here & management is great! You won’t be disappointed!

Great Move-in with Ms. Jenn and Mr. Brandon was very helpful with the move in , would recommend staying here. Great quiet, place to move. Maintenance is very urgent with fixing things! I feel very pleased to say I’m a resident here at Linc.

Ive been residing here for 3 years now. And I have to say ever since Mary and Brandon have taken over the new management things have been superb. Brandon goes above and beyond to answer any of our needs. And Mary is great at handling any issues we have. All our needs and concerns get addressed super fast. Jamal in maintenance does an excellent job at getting our repairs completed. The staff here is very kind and compassionate about residence needs. Thanks Linc and its staff we look forward to another safe year.

Brandon is the most amazing leasing agent! His personality is so loving…He really cares about the community. He goes out his way to make sure us residents are happy. From the moment he came here he addressed so many maintenance issues and really made sure things were done.they really should take a chance on him and make him a manager..I love that he is here for us and the linc at cypress is lucky to have him..I honestly

1/1/2025I still love it here.I dont know why people say these apartments are roach infested because I have no problems with that. We keep our kitchen clean, and have liquid hot shot bait throughout the apartment. We have fields around us where certain roaches like to live so just keep your place clean, keep bait around and you should be fine.Theres not trash everywhere like people say, and when I do see some on occasion I do this crazy thing called picking it up and throwing it away. If we all pitch in we can keep the property clean.Im glad Brandon is still here, we all adore him, and Im looking forward to meeting our new manager.❤️Update: Were in!! We moved July 24th and we love it here! The apartment is spotless clean and the walls are a light blue/gray color instead of the usual blinding white that most do. Even with what seems like constant storms and rain I can see that the property has still been maintained since our first visit.Dear owner and Summit Management, please stay with us, dont sell the property, youre doing great.Were trying our hardest to get in to the Linc. We spent two wonderful afternoons with Brandon who showed us the property and has worked so hard to help us with our application.The apartments are beautiful! The grounds are clean except for a few who dont clean up after their dogs, come on guys this is your home! You can tell that it gets cleaned up and not left to where theres feces everywhere. A nice small complex and we will have a community yard at the back of the property! The pools are kept clean, I could tell debris was from recent storms, and they have a private dog park!!I hope the owner and management stays because were tired of the ever revolving door here.This is the most amazing place weve seen because of the amenities. I dont plan on ever leaving the Linc if we get in. Im older and this is where we want to live.

Ive had a great experience so far. Marianda (I think thats her name) made the move in seamless and very pleasant and Danielle and Meimei have made my first 2 month here very comfortably. Ive had to address a few minor things and they were on top of it and fixed my issue or provided accommodations. Very happy with my choice to move here. ☺️

I just moved to The Linc at Cypress in March. I am new to Houston, moved here from Dallas. So everything was hectic trying to get settled in. I met the apartment manager Yvette. She was very comforting and made my move-in process easy!! Even comforted me and told me to give myself time to adjust to Houston. Any concern I have had since moving to The Linc at Cypress, I always contact Yvette and she literally is on it ASAP! Everything is always taken care of promptly! While Yvette has so much on her plate tending to so many tenants, she is always patient and kind. Responds to me promptly every single time! I would recommend these apartments any day! And ask for Yvette!!! She will help any way she can!

I have lived here going on 4 years and have seen mangers come and go. I have to say the new manager Yvette is the absolute best! I was notified that I would have to move so that my apartment could be renovated and she went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She always answers emails and responds to phone calls and concerns. You can tell that she cares about the residents. Jamal and the maintenance staff are also prompt in addressing maintenance concerns and ensuring the community looks nice. I have had issues in the past but I am truly pleased with the new direction management is taking the complex! Great Job guys.

Saturday 09/17/2022 I had a scheduled tour for 1:00 p.m. I was greeted soon as I walked in. “MINERVA “ was very professional. She gave me all the pricing for the 1/1 which is what I was looking for.She took me for a tour of the Model and in fact it was a 1/1. For 700 sq ft the layout made it look very spacious. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but that’s no big deal.I have been searching for a apartment for over a month now. I was accepted at another property that had all kinds of bell and whistles, but they only showed me the small 1/1 which was 551 sq ft. And said 756 sq ft looked exactly the same. And I loved it.I decided to go back to see the actual 756 sq ft apartment that I wanted and it was priced 1339$ and I almost took it. I’m so glad I went back to see the actual size unit I needed. I was not impressed at all. The Apartments were completely different.I was about to give up my search and sign another lease where I live now. I decided to go ahead to my scheduled tour here at “ LINC” the 700 sq ft is so big compared to the other I almost leased at another complex.I love the price “ It’s totally in my budget without having to stretch it , and the apartment and way the layout is . I would think it would be higher rent. I also like the location of Complex how it’s right off 1960/ Cypress Creek Parkway.Thank you “MINERVA” for your assistance!

I recently moved out of apartments 215 and I must say at first dealing with management and maintenance was a headache. However since the new maintenance team started taking care of my unit. Mr. Reed did an awesome job fulfilling my maintenance requests in a timely manner. I’m happy in my new home but I still would recommend the Linc to friends as long as he’s there.

I love it here! Just signed my 3rd lease. Its a great location, close to so much shopping and highway access. The apartment is beautiful, management is kind and professional. Ms Liz is very responsive to requests or issues and maintenance comes quickly for any work order you submit. Come by and check it out.

I went to visit my mom yesterday and she had an issue. The new manager Victoria Moreno came and addressed the issue and made sure to hand my mother her card and said to email her with any other concerns. That meant a lot to me to see a manager take the time to come out and resolve the issue personally. Also, I have never seen the dumpster areas as clean as they are now, normally as I would visit my mother, taking out the trash would be a hassle as there was constantly furniture and other garbage surrounding the area. I’ve been around for the last 3 managers and so far, Victoria has been best. I think the company has succeeded in finding a manager that actually cares and helps the residents. Happy to know my mother is in good hands!

I have been a tenant here for almost a four years now I should get a metal for living here. This place has gone though a nice change in management cause things have gotten way nicer in the past two years or so. The apartments units are nicer I think, I moved in the apartment from a one bed room to a two bedroom when my kid started getting old enough for a room of his own. The apartment has good amenities like the pool and gym area. I think its pretty clean every time I go use the gym and the apartment is looked after well.

The maintenance staff are great and very knowledgeable. The office staff are very friendly and understanding! They installed a new water heater in my apartment very quickly and fixed my door right away! Out of all the apartments I have stayed at, these are certainly the best!

I have lived here for a year! And I love them. They are very quiet and peaceful. I live on the first floor and I do not hear my neighbors on top of me or next door! I have lived in apartments where the neighbors were noisy and disturbing. Everyone here on the property is nice. I love the management. Miss Mattie so sweet and they take care of business. Needless to say I am renewing my lease!

Man I remember losing my job for a period of three weeks and was pretty tight on money, my family to support and all. The manager was really understanding and let me on a payment plan to help me out while I found a new job. Fortunately things worked out for me and I will always be grateful here. This apartment has been a nice home for me and my family and the amenities here are pretty nice.

I cannot brag enough at what an amazing job and personality Dulce has in the office. Since us moving in she has ALWAYS been ready to help and deal with any situation that has come up!If she goes anywhere I am moving my family out! Aurora Place is clean, quiet and beautiful. The office staff is friendly. I really love the floor plans and the location. The grounds are well kept. When the manager took me on a tour of the property, she was very professional and knowledgeable of the property.

I work in downtown Houston and this apartment could definitely be in a better location. I think the apartment is great though, the interior is nice with a balcony and patio. There is a good amount of space and I think the apartment is generally clean. The amenities are pretty nice, the pool and hot tub are good for use in the summer time and sometimes the fall. The gym is looking decent, I do mostly cardio after I tore my shoulder so it is perfect for me.

I think the management is pretty good here, Courtney the manager here is really nice and helpful. She really cares about this apartment and the tenants situation. I like the amenities here and actually use the gym quite often. I have a small issue with this apartment and it is the noise level here. I am not sure if it is just me or other people as well but the buildings are pretty close to each other so it can get loud.

She was absolutely a ray of sunshine in comparison to so many others I have spoken with since.I found another set of apartments within minutes of my job in Waller or else it would have been really nice to have had her as our apartment manager.

The maintenance guys here are shockingly fast and helpful, it is almost unbelievable especially having lived in multiple apartments with terrible service. This apartment surprised me with the quick responses and competent people that actually know how to fix household things.

The apartment building is pretty beautiful and has a nice pool and gym and playground. We live in a two bedroom unit here, got a nice little balcony and patio with a fireplace inside. I like the set up of the kitchen and the apartment has a good feel to it.

I like this area alot actually since it is not in the happening area of houston though it does get semi loud in here. I think the buildings might be too close or something. The amenities here are pretty good - I make use of the gym alot and the place is clean. I like the how the apartment looks and my apartment unit is pretty spacy inside.
