    Today is my second week in this property, the truth is I am in love with the apartments, they feel very cozy and the sound of the birds wakes me up and reminds me of my country, I feel very happy to be here, the truth is it has been excellent 👌 the attention from Alma, always so sweet, kind and understanding. I had problems with my kitchen disposal and on the same day in a matter of hours it was repaired. I am very grateful to the maintenance staff, very polite and professional. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

    Hi, I have been living here since April 2024 and I have really found it to be reasonable, all things considered, compared to all the things that could go wrong, I give this complex a 5 stars rating. The management team is top notch, they stand out for their professionalism and kind hearted nature because that kind of thing is hard to come by these days at apartment complexes. They will work with you throughout the process of moving and beyond. Im not going to lie wherever you move to you are going to have to work with management so its best to have a great team!

    I have not been so confused about leasing an apartment in my life! They dont answer questions, dont answer the phone and dont explain anything! My text from Mrs Brown this morning broke my spirit today.For months l have been in love with the thoughts of living there, but now that she made me feel small for following up on my application, I should find a place that makes me feel welcomed! So in response to the reply, you wish me good luck with finding a location that answers the phone and explains the move in process because you also understand that this could not not been experienced at this location.

    Just moved here and Im having the worst time ever my AC wasnt working when I moved in I reported it took them 2 days to come out now its out again and been close to a week its actually 89 degrees in my unit and its 9:11am. Been trying to setup my account so I can pay my rent while I was out of time but Alma was so RUDE and Nasty like I was getting on her nerves because I were asking questions so this caused me to have late fees. I go into the office on Monday and spoke with Mrs. Brown and she explained everything to me at that point I was able to understand which Alma could have done instead of been nasty. My dishwasher is still broken the maintenance guy came Monday to finally fix it since May 23 when I moved it and still didnt complete the job he said it was quitting time and hell be back in the am here it is Wednesday and still no service WOW!! I truly understand if they are short staffed but these are issues that should have been dealt with before they call and said the unit was ready. Sincerely Avery disappointed 😔☹️ tenant this is ridiculous

    Living here has been quite the experience my sister and I had hoped for. The Life @ Timber Ridge is an extremely beautiful, well-kept, and peaceful community. I have consistently been met with kindness and professionalism by the office staff, including maintenance.Upon moving in, Ms. Alma went above and beyond to make sure my move-in was fast and easy, and she continues to exceed my expectations until this day ensuring my needs are met. Chamberlain and Keisha are awesome! They are always ready to answer any questions I may have. As for maintenance, I am very impressed with their quick response time and level of professionalism. Thank you, Life @ Timber Ridge for making my stay here thus far, a great one!

    My review is simply on the application process and customer service I haven’t moved in yet I’ll update it when I do BUT first let me start with the application process is a little long well longer than most apartments but for the service they provide it’s worth it. I’ve NEVER encountered people nicer and more patient than Mr. Guy & Ms Nekeisha. I asked so many questions I was getting on my own nerves lol and they still were kind and took care of me because of them I’m definitely looking forward to living here.

    I stayed a year & 5 months here. The first year was ok after that manager was very rude at time. The unit that I was in had flooded & in my garage I had mice I ask for a transfer they said no do I was told to move out after it failed inspection 2 times for the same thang

    One of the best apartments I’ve lived in ! Due to personal issues I had to break my lease early, but if I had it any other way I’d still be there , I had planned on staying and renewing my lease for a few years lol. The staff is amazing and was very patient with me throughout everything from the application process to having to leave early! When I move back to Houston I will definitely reapply here if not to one of their sister properties! Loved it !-M. Phenix

    So I usually never review anything, only because I am a private person, but my experience has been amazing. I have to give credit where credit is due. I have only rented once in my life and I vowed to never do it again but from day one the office staff has been amazing. They truly show you that they care, they have been as warm and inviting as anyone could hope for. I am excited to move in. The apt is exceptional, I have not moved in yet but my girls and I peeped in, and the excitement in their eyes was priceless and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. The floor plan is cute, the color scheme is modern, everything is so well kept and I can’t wait to get in there and decorate. As I said before, I haven’t moved in yet but I have no doubt that I made the right choice for my new start, because we already feel at home.

    Pros: This community is pretty nice for the price. This management team seems much better than the previous ones. Maintenance as well. Cliff, Carlos and Calvin are pretty quick on work orders and friendly. They do a lot for the kids and the elderly here. It’s not perfect but a lot better than previous years. Cons: They don’t ever answer the phone or return messages and the entry gates need to be fixed.

    Im Happy to share that I just moved in today and its been a exciting experience. The Staff was wonderful through the process of me moving in especially Ms. Nakisha , she was just as excited as I was from the very beginning. She keep me informed of everything and she was very helpful with making sure my apartment was up to part. This will be a new experience for me and my family and I Thank you guys for all your help.

    Man, I love the new manager Becca!! She’s amazing!! She gets straight to the point and she keeps it real. I been having issues for awhile with previous management, and when I spoke with Becca she assured me that she would get right on it! That she did! Honestly my lease is close to being up, but because of the new management, I’m renewing!! She’s one of a kind who has a heart! Much love to the “ NEW TIMBER RIDGE”

    I recently moved into a 3 bedroom/3bathroom apartment in this community. I’ve never been more satisfied with an apartment in my life! The floor plan is spacious and functional. The Life at Timber Ridge styled the unit beautifully. The office administrators made the moving process so seamless and stress free. I LOVE IT HERE! 5 stars. Highly Recommended. Thank you, Alma! ❤️

    Ever since the new manager took over things have been getting so much better. We are getting a new fridge and sink which we have been waiting on from old mgr. And we are all getting new roofs. They are cleaning it up and to add to it, the manager is really nice and she cares.

    Moving to a new place is hard however moving to a new city in a new state is so much worse; taking a leap of faith like that requires trust, patience, determination and understanding all of which I found with Ms. Nakisha Brown at The Life at Timber Ridge. This whole relocation process has had me anxious, nervous and on edge but Ms Nakisha has been there every step of the way assuring and reassuring me everything would be ok. Im going to be honest and say we had a few hiccups, but she made sure to take care of any issue the arose in a timely manner. Huge THANK YOU to Ms. Nakisha Brown for going above and beyond for me and my family. She provided exceptional customer service, communicating with her was like talking with a best friend or sister, She personally gave me a video tour of the unit I was interested in, answered questions about the unit & property, provided great references for utility services, provided school info for the area, kept me updated on work being completed in the unit, and comforted me when I was stressing and calling her. If Ms. Nakisha is a reflection of the rest of the staff at The Life at Timber Ridge Im looking forward to working with them and becoming a resident.

    The Life at TimberRidge feels like home! The neighborhood is quiet. There’s 24 hour security. They keep the grounds clean and trash is picked up daily. The children are safe to play freely through the neighborhood. The traffic is minimal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they go out their way to make sure their residents are safe and comfortable. They communicate issues with the tenants quickly and efficiently and they aren’t a nuisance or bothersome picking with tenants about meaningless issues. They handle work orders and community repairs swiftly, professionally, and without much disruption. They even handled the COVID-19 regulations and the 2021 ice-storm very well. I’m very pleased with the new management and will stay here for many years to come.

    A bit of a lengthy process due to them having a wait list but the property is beautiful Ms. Dorthea seems very sweet and so helpful their floor plans are amazing and the neighborhood seems very quiet. Definitely recommend. Hope to be a tenant in the near future.

    First experience walking to the office met with the very attractive lady who was very accommodating and informational to what I was looking for applying for a one bedroom hoping to get it properties clean I went past several times at night and daytime theres nobody hanging out no loud looks safe no loud music but family vibes... fingers crossed looking forward to living here.

    I have family that lives here. I enjoy myself, kids, and other family members when we are here. Me and my family love to take a vacation and this is a very cool spot. Not to mention the veiw is beautiful. We love to sit on the balcony and watch the planes pass over the house. There is a lot of opportunity and things to do here. #VactionSpot

    Although they have a problem in their application system because I applied for a low-income apartment and the system gave me another one, they are very kind and attentive people who help you, I am grateful to Mrs. Alma for all her attention and help.I want to correct my previous opinion, since this is my second year living in this wonderful complex, all the office staff is super attentive to any tenant concerns, Mrs. Alma has no comparison, she is excellent, she has always helped me, the guys maintenance are the best in the world, they always arrive quickly when faced with any problem, I wish they were cleaning early the areas where poorly educated people spread the garbage but they are always cleaning, the area where the complex is located has a bad reputation but this complex does not seem to was located there, I have never seen problems There are no serious problems in here of any kind, I am super happy to live here, if they dont raise the price again next year I will stay living here.
