    I not happy about why I have to complete this pet profile and being charged 30 dollars. I dont know why because I have been living here for over 8 years with my pet and already have paid 300 dollars for a security deposit when I first moved here with her plus my monthly pet fee is enough. I constantly keep getting emails to complete this profile. .

    I am thankful for the unit that I am in. Havent had any problems since I been here. This is why I am renewal my lease again. The office staff works hard to keep everything up and running, and deal with people from all diversity.

    I absolutely love my new apartment and I have no problems with management. NO PEST WHATSOEVER and I can’t stress enough how much I truly appreciate to not have roaches.I explained my need to move in expeditiously and Michelle got me in here fast within 3-4 days. My unit is BEAUTIFUL and LUXURIOUS. The apartments are very clean and well taken care of beautiful pool, nice clean park for the babies..Cost of move in was very affordable. Cost of my unit is very affordable. The only thing I don’t like is the people constantly walking up the street when u come or go but that’s more of a problem with the area and not the apartments itself… But anyways Michelle was an angel and maintenance was fast and easy. I’m not moving unless it’s into a house I love it here.

    Ive lived here at Linda Vista on De Soto for 3 years; its an admittedly lackluster part of the city with some equally lackluster people, but Im glad to call this particular place home. There are neighbors who readily help each other—Ive witnessed residents helping residents with car problems and searching for something several times this week alone. As for the property, the gentleman and his team work around the clock to ensure that residents needs are met and that the community as a whole is safe. Some properties are better than others when it comes to maintenance; the crew at LV is awesome. Mondays are very busy in any office/work environment, but my central air went out and somebody is being sent immediately. My personal last favorite thing about Linda Vista, in addition to the community events we regularly have, is our proximity to White Oak Bayou Greenway and T.C. Jester Park; there are still parts of the bayou that are undisturbed, and when one sits down along the banks of the bayou, the chaos and the millions of people around you completely disappear—thats free here and so is basic cable!

    Been living here a couple months now and I have nothing to complain about. From the very beginning my leasing agent Michelle Q. was extremely helpful during the process of touring/signing lease. She was professional and extremely kind making The life at grand oaks an easy choice. 2-3 months into my lease and she is still very responsive and ready to help. I am more than grateful ! The renovated apartment is so clean and peaceful. Thank you staff for continuing to make our stay here an enjoyable home.

    I’ve been here four days as of 8-24-23. So far so good. Ms.Michelle was awesome during the application process and made everything stress free. She’s very responsive, professional and attentive.I had some minor issues at move in. But, ms.Michelle was right on it and resolved them that same day within minutes. If you’re looking for a nice apartment at an affordable price. Come check ms.Michelle out she’ll take care of you.

    My experience with the move in process was actually really not anything shy of perfect. I worked with Ms. Shakita Porter she was amazing. My preferred method of communication is email and she was always so prompt with responding to my emails, answering my questions, accommodating my request and providing me valuable information about the community. The overall process was easy and if she needed additional information I sent it to her right away, & I was able to get approved quickly, get my unit quickly and my keys. This is the most relaxed Ive ever been with applying and moving in. The complex looks amazing, the neighbors seem quiet and to themselves (which I love lol). Happy to be calling The Life at Grand Oaks our new home.

    I moved to Life at Grand oaks the last week of December of 2021 to an 1 bedroom.The complex is very clean and quiet and my apt is beautiful, I have had only one issue since I moved, I had a small leak cause by 3 days of heavy rain, I called them at 5.am and It was taking care properly, a maintenance man showed up a little after I called and in the middle of the heavy rain to look at it. yesterday, some contractors came to finish the job, they painted a small space in the ceiling, they were professionals and very considerate, to the point of putting plastic all over the floor to avoid dirtying it for a job that only required 5 minutes.I have never ever seen a cockroach or any other bug, this was a major concernBoth the Managers are very helpful, and I feel safe. In general I have no complaints, Im very happy here

    I am highly satisfied for the staff and their professionalism with assisting me with my new move in.. Paola Rubio worked day and evening just to reassure my move in went as planned.. from the time I started my application to finish . she is an amazing Manager along with Kenyata Wright and their staff members ..I want to personally thank these ladies for listening to my housing needs for me and my family.. I personally recommend this complex..the apartment is totally renovated ..clean complex and Im looking forward to the new things that are up and coming.. I now have a new start and can be more successful with their programs and assistance they provide for their community and residents thanks again

    If could give this apartment 10 stars I wouldI’ve been here since 2020 of June in a 2bed and 2bath and I have no regrets.I do NOT do or like pest (Rats,Roach,& bedbugs etc.) and I have not seen one thank goodness.The maintenance are very good at what they’re doing by fixing up anything in the apartment and they get the jobs DONE on time with No mess behind. Yess,they do have a New management and rebuilding the apartments. The managers are very caring and sweet hearted and makes sure your taken care of. The remodeling apartments is moderate which I love, not only that everything is brand new.I am grateful that my Daughter and I are comfortable in a peaceful spot not only that she’s in a great school close by and she can play with other respectful kids in the area outside .Thank you The Life of Grand Oaks for us to make our apartment a Home💖 Highly recommended

    By far, the best customer service that I have experience since Ive been apartment hunting. Y-She is AMAZING!     Beautiful old style community with large rooms, ceiling fans and washer and dryer in every unit. Lovely refreshing pool, gazebo and playground for the children. Under reconstruction at the moment but when finished will be a beautiful luxurious affordable community. Come join us now!

    I have been at ease since moving to The life at Grand Oaks. The apartment is nice and grounds keeper are always out picking up trash and also see security up moving around unlike some communities they just sit in their cars. It is also quiet. No issues with roaches.

    I lived in these apartments for a year, management is one of a kind! Always fixed any problems I had within a week even when I was out of State. My apartment was spacious, clean, and had the most recent upgrades. NO PESTS!!! The surrounding area leaves something to be desired and the gate might be down a couple of days but the activity of The Houston Police Department within the complex keeps that area outside of the gates. I was never robbed my apartment was never burglarized, cars never broken into. Its a good price for a nice apartment in a not so good area but you cant blame them for the people around them. Give them a chance, you wont regret it

    Linda Vista apartments has taken a total 360 turn for the better. Just a few months ago there were so many people who didnt even live in these apartments just hanging around, doing things they werent supposed to be doing but since Anthony stepped into the office he made it his #1 priority to make sure this would be a better and safer place to live. I know no longer see any of the negative activities or people hanging out here thats not supposed to be here. I absolutely love what hes doing to the place because now its feels like an actual love and caring community.And I also loved Vaishy in the office because she is very professional and I never ever had one single problem with her. She helped out on everything I needed as far as the apartment. And every time I paid my rent she entered it into the computer immediately. Shes awesome!!!!

    I’ve lived here 3yrs and the transition from bad to a wonderful living is an understatement. Yshe the Assistant manager has always being open and upfront from day one. Mr. Anthony has cleaned the complex up stop all negative activity and hanging out which has made my living experience worth staying. Raven in the front office her customer service skills from 1-10 is 12 she great. I would recommend Linda Vista if you’re looking for a new home.

    I have lived here for 3 years and Joel is the best manager assigned to this apartment complex since I have been a resident. He has a great vision for Linda Vista to make this a peaceful place to live and is doing everything he can to ensure the safety of everyone in this community. If you have issues, communicate them to him and he will work to resolve your concerns directly with the person(s) involved. He cannot fix anything if he doesnt know what the problems are. People need to actually care more about the place they call home and work together alongside management to make this a great place. I commend him for taking his job seriously and for trying to create a better environment for the families that live here. People that complain about roaches and bed bugs should make the office staff aware and Im positive they would schedule pest control. At the same time they also need to do their part and not leave trash and food lying around or pick other peoples furniture from the dumpsters. I have not had a single roach nor a single bed bug in my unit. Is this place perfect ? No, but Joel is working hard to make Linda Vista a place you would want to live.

    Absolutely the best place to live HANDS DOWN !I’m entering my second year at Linda Vista and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The property is clean and quiet!     Stop the press! Back at the complex for the second time and it’s definitely improved! The exterior, interior, residents and of course the management is different! However, my girl Yshe is back in effect and what doesn’t she do?!! My first two years at Linda Vista (old name) was spent with Yshe and we formed a professional rapport to where I would call and issues would be resolved immediately. Kenyatta was very helpful as well!

    I just wanna say that Linda vista is a change place. The manager Mr. Anthony and Asst. Manger Ms. Vaishy are amazing. They have changed this property in a way that I have never seen happen before. Ive leaved here over 3 years and have gone through at least 6 managers never seen anything like this happened at a apartment complex. The Drugs are almost unheard of over hear and compared to what it was when I first moved here. The managers are outstanding here. There are here from morning to midnight sometimes to get things done. They get things done that the bottom line. So if you gonna move to Linda vista now you have your equipment done ready. Thank you Ms. Vaishy and Mr. Anthony. I can sleep at night peacefully NOW.

    This is the place to call home if u looking for a place where it is relishing relaxing quiet this is it. The front office comes to your need no questions asked.They want you to have the best living experience here.The property is clean landscaping is real nice I had received a lots of compliments from my family and friends. Children play together at the park no loud music and no reckless behavior at all this is a safe and beautiful place for you and your family.     Have been living here in Linda Vista for about one year and a half. Must say Vaisy the assistant manager and Anthony the Complex Manager are exceptional in their everyday operations. The management and maintenance handle the residents every need with care and attention. With that said would like the commend the management on the way we are treated here at Linda Vista. Everything from the warm reception from the Customer Service Representatives when entering the very well up-kept office to the maintenance and supporting staff attention to details, professionalism and craftsmanship that make my stay at Linda Vista so beautiful.

    Nice and quiet, community activities including block parties with free gifts. Staff including manager is professionally fake, think everyones selling bud so recently installed cameras but the new installment doesnt stop crackheads from camping. Overall its peaceful so long as you keep up your payments and mngmt is pretty lenient with payment plans

    Lived here for 4 months now anything Ive ever had an issue with or a question about has either been fixed or answered. Maintenance usually takes only 2-3 hours to show up which is great considering how many apartments are on the complex.

    I live linda vista i really love my apartment and the management and the staff or very nice i would tell a friend or family member about Linda Vista i give a five star ..Ask for Raven or Brenda. Tonya is over the kids club here. Derrick people skills are awesome

    I recently moved from Chicago to Houston. Arrived at Linda Vista apts and I wasnt sure how I felt. The apartments seemed kinda bad. Laurna encouraged and assured me that this was a nice place to live. I moved in last weekend and boy am I greatful. It is peaceful and quiet. I am even excited because of diffrent activies the complex has......thumbs up and Im about to get some ot that REFFERAL MONEY.....Tonya Wright

    Best apts I have lived in. Maintenance are always courteous and never have to wait long for maintenance to come out for problems. The office staff is always wonderful and friendly. I dont know how anyone could say anything bad about these apartments.Cookie Fish

    Ive lived here for almost five years and it has been a good experience. Whatever problem Ive had with management was solved in a friendly way by the manager, manager assistant Vaishy Velluri, and the rest of the staff. The maintanence staff too do the repairs immediately or within 24 hours.

    I like its good for the price they remodel the apartments and it really look nice people are very friendly they really cleaned up the place the only thing bad its kinda loud sometimes but they do have police officers on duty and security guard he so it is very safe to live so far but I only been here for 3 Weeks now Ill keep you updated
