    Moved one of my employees in some time back. He got the three bed two bath. Feels very homey and had a good layout. He is very happy with the apartment compared to his last complex next door. After he moved in another one of my employees moved in too from the north side of town.

    Wonderful community for families, individuals and persons who are starting a family. Quiet at night time folks understand the rules in parking. And the community is clean. Very child friendly.

    The Maintainance team is great they complete work order fast and efficiently. Parker always get the job done he keeps this place going with all the good work he does .

    Although we didn’t get in , I gave 5 🌟 bc Jazzman (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was so nice & really helpful & understanding thur out the entire zoom showing! Not to mention the floor plans are beautiful & really spacious. I’m not going to give up lol I’ll try in 6 months

    The staff at Clearwood is very nice and any problems with the apartments are taken care f quickly if they are an emergency. All of the other tenants that I have met are nice too. The amenities leave something to be desired however. The one time I went to the gym the treadmill, bike and elliptical didnt work so it ended up being not much of a workout! The neighborhood isnt the greatest with shopping carts out front. A week after we first moved in there was a note in our door letting us know there had been 3 armed robberies in the parking lot in the last 2 weeks. That is pretty scary especially when you have young kids! Since though they patrolled the area for awhile and we havent seen or heard of any recent problems. The security gate rarely works and when we looked at the apartments we were quoted one price for a pet deposit, but when we came and signed we were told it increased by $100 and we had to pay $25 a month extra. Overall I say there are much better palces to live, but there are also a lot worse!

    Just moved into my apartment, worked with Nautica, she worked with us in everything. Made the whole process very easy. She answered all the questions i had, didnt get annoyed with me when i called everyday to check on my application. She was the best!

    I have had a great experience getting into my new apartment here. Nautica in the office is so sweet and helpful. The rest of office staff and maintenance has been great as well.

    From the moment I walked in the office for help everyone was helpful, but I have to give a big shout out to ms nautica for going above and Beyond to help me get a New place in Texas residing from Louisiana, she kept me inform on every update even when I was getting discouraged. Thank a lot Ms Nautica and thanks to the Clearwood villa staff I love my new Place.

    I have stayed here for the past 3 years . I loveeeee the apartments over all the maintenance people are great . The only big thing is the trash that is in the back at the end of every sunday .
